Where in your life are things showing up that the result is I'm following my feelings, not my commitments? And if you want to win, you got to flip that and say, I follow my commitments, not my feelings. So I had one of our coaching members on a coaching call this week just said, I'm not having the quality conversations. I'm stuck. I'm paralyzed. I'm just not doing it. Well, you're only stuck here. You're not stuck. You're just not doing it. And so I gave this coaching member a challenge. I said, okay, pick your number. Text that number to me of how many quality conversations you're going to have today. Make the commitment, and then text me when you've done it. And so the agent texted me 5. I'm going to do 5 quality conversations today. Now, I'm going to tell you, I think 10 is where you need to be. But when you've been doing 1 or 2 or none, 5 is great. It's a great start. So they did it. They did their 5, and then they texted me and they said, just finished my 5 and I got an appointment. Do you know how many appointments you have missed? Because you were following your feelings, not your commitments. She didn't feel like doing the 5 Quality Conversations, but she committed and she kept her commitment. And the result? Got an appointment.
