lead generation is the game. If you want to make money in real estate, no leads equals no money. Lots of leads equals great income. Real estate is a full-contact sport, meaning if you want to win, you got to talk to people. This is the game. How many contacts are you making a day? How many people are you talking today? This is required if you're going to make money in real estate. And you can know everything about real estate, you can be great at so many things, you can be great at marketing and all of that, But if you don't have people to talk to, you don't get paid. This business runs on conversations and leading people to say yes to you, to hire you, to work with you, to let you help them buy or sell a house. That's how you get paid. And so you gotta be willing to be in the game every day of lead generation. No leads, no money. And most agents avoid this, and that's why most agents fail.
