In this video, the presenter explains Aave's new service that allows users to take crypto loans backed by tokenized shares of major companies such as Nvidia, Apple, Tesla, Amazon, Alphabet, Meta, and Microsoft. The speaker describes what stock tokens are—a digital certificate representing ownership of underlying shares—and how they can be deposited on Aave as collateral to borrow USDC, a stablecoin pegged to the dollar. The loan works with a lower loan‑to‑value ratio, and borrowers must repay the loan or risk liquidation if the token’s value falls. The video highlights the advantages of a decentralized lending platform: global liquidity providers, no need for accredited‑investor status, and the ability to take very small loans. It also contrasts this with traditional finance, where such tools are limited to the wealthy. Finally, the presenter promotes a free loan calculator for the community and a $1 autonomous trader offer, encouraging viewers to click the link in the bio.

Aave just unlocked crypto loans backed by Nvidia, Tesla, and Apple stock tokens. Investors can now borrow digital dollars without selling those investments. This is a massive win for crypto adoption. You guys have no idea. This works through a stock token. That's a digital certificate backed by shares in a company. You own the certificate rather than the shares in the actual stock account. And say you have one of these certificates for Nvidia. You'd like to keep that investment, but you also need money. Selling the certificate would take you out of the investment completely. Using it to back a loan gives you another choice. That's what Aave just added for 7 Coinbase stock tokens. On September 25th, Aave announced the service was live. Aave is an online service for lending and borrowing crypto alongside Nvidia. It supports Apple, Tesla, Amazon, Alphabet, Meta, and Microsoft. Here's exactly how the loan works. You put your supported stock tokens into Aave. They serve as something valuable that you can cover your debt. You borrow a smaller amount than those actual tokens are worth. The loan comes in a digital coin called USDC. Each coin is meant to stay the worth of a dollar. You can send those coins to whatever wallet. You can use them on any other app that accepts USDC. You can use it as real money. You can even get yield on it if you want to. The share rises or falls, your investment changes as well, but you got to borrow money that you could actually use elsewhere so you can accumulate the stock over a long period of time in crypto. Now, borrowing against stocks is not a new idea. People do it, you know, through regular financial services for years. The change is that it's happening now on stock certificates on Aave, which is a decentralized loaning platform. The same certificate can actually be an investment and back a loan. There are a few things you need to know. You owe money, so you have to pay the loan back. So let's say you put $100,000 in take a $20,000 loan, you have to pay that back. Okay, if your tokens fall too low, you can get liquidated, which is the same as anything else. And the reason why this is better on a decentralized network is because you can have a whole bunch of liquidity providers. These loans need liquidity to back it, where there's people that put up money to get the yield, because you pay yield to have this loan happening. And in the decentralized world, you can get now that liquidity from anywhere. In a traditional financial world, you have to be like an accredited investor. There's so many loopholes you have to go through To allow this to happen in a decentralized world, you can take a $1 loan, a $2 loan. You can provide liquidity with $10. It's just a worldwide thing now that anybody has access to. Before, the financial tools were really like for the elite, for the rich of the rich. Now all the tools are being decentralized for the general public. By the way, we have a loan calculator not just for stocks but also for crypto that we give away in our community. I highly suggest you guys take advantage. And if you click the link in my bio. We give away an autonomous trader for $1, meaning it buys and sells and does the research for you automatically.
