Billionaire Tax Loophole Just Opened for Regular People (And It's Bitcoin)

In this video Alexander Lorenzo reveals how the long‑standing "buy, borrow, die" tax strategy used by ultra‑wealthy individuals can be applied to Bitcoin now that the asset is accepted as institutional collateral. He explains the tax mechanics—zero tax on unrealized gains, borrowing against assets is not taxable income, and the stepped‑up basis at death eliminates capital‑gains liability. Lorenzo highlights a new product launched on March 26 2026 where Better, in partnership with Coinbase, offers a Fannie Mae‑conforming mortgage that accepts Bitcoin as down‑payment collateral, with over‑collateralization that prevents liquidation. He provides detailed numerical comparisons showing how borrowing against a $1 million portfolio yields higher after‑tax returns than selling assets, and shares personal anecdotes of using Ethereum loans for a Tesla purchase. The video outlines institutional adoption (MicroStrategy, major banks, Coinbase Prime), on‑chain scarcity metrics, and projected adoption numbers for Bitcoin‑backed home purchases. Lorenzo then offers a step‑by‑step roadmap for individuals starting with as little as $500 a month, explains risk management (interest rates, loan‑to‑value ratios), and promotes free alt‑coin trading training and community resources. The overall message is that ordinary investors can now leverage the same tax‑advantaged, low‑cost borrowing strategy that billionaires have used for decades, using Bitcoin to build wealth, avoid capital‑gains tax, and even fund real‑estate purchases.

I'm going to reveal the billionaire tax loophole that just got opened for anyone. Regular people can now take advantage of this. And the funny part about it is they're doing it on Bitcoin specifically. So, you know, anybody has access. I really want you to think about this for a second, okay? Warren Buffett pays 0.1% in taxes. And then we have Jeff Bezos, one of the richest people on Earth, paying less than 1% in taxes. And when they die, that entire tax bill legally disappears. And people have been doing this for 80 years. And it just so happens to be on March 26th, 2026, that gate completely opened for the regular person, specifically on Bitcoin. And I'm gonna expose it in this video in a way that nobody else has ever revealed this information on the internet. I need you to not only pay attention, but you need to pull out your notes and probably pull out your bank accounts to set this up for yourself because it could change your life forever and really break generational poverty. Like, this is what the billionaires do, and I'm going to be doing it for my family. I don't know about you guys. In this video, we're going to be specifically going over the wealthy playbook. It's called the buy, borrow, die strategy used by the wealthiest people, billionaires, for a very long time. We're going to be going over the fact that Bitcoin just became institutional collateral, as well as the fact that there's a product that just launched by Fannie Mae that gives us access to this. So again, this is very new strategy stuff. Like, You couldn't do this like just a month ago. We're going to go over how this works into the housing market, the housing context, supply, adoption, and a flywheel, as well as a 5-year path. Like if you have $3,600 a year to invest or just $500 a month, we're going to go over what it's going to look like in 5 years if you can stay consistent on this strategy. By the way, guys, we're giving you the whole thing, the entire thing in this video. We're going to lay it out for you. I highly suggest you put Like do something, take some notes, at least take the transcript from this video, put it in AI or something. And we're going to go over the collateral class, why this isn't temporary, why it just gets better and better over time, and how you could just like accumulate Bitcoin for a very long time and make a lot of money without paying taxes. Very long-term type of strategy, if that makes sense. By the way, guys, if you're looking for investment strategy, if you're getting serious about cryptocurrency, I know you could accumulate coins, but if you want to be serious, about your actual investments when it comes to cryptocurrency, I do have a free training, a completely free training of how I turned $7,000 into $8 million online, specifically with an altcoin trading strategy. It comes with a proprietary strategy. What I mean by that, the, like, the thing that took me 8 years to build of trial and error, losing millions and making millions of dollars, this refined checklist strategy that's easy and duplicatable for anyone. I literally crystallized it into this step-by-step process. And the smartest people in my groups, what they're doing is they're actually putting that into Claude and specifically having Claude research with my proprietary information. All of that is given away for free. The link is in the pinned comment below, uh, entire training with the altcoin research strategy. And if you don't want to research, we also give away specifically my altcoin database for free, which has the pre-researched altcoins. Everything can be found in the pinned comment below. Click it, get access to the training, or don't watch this video. Either way, you're gonna love it. Now, if this statistic doesn't blow your mind, I don't know what else will. The 25 richest Americans right now pay a true tax rate of 3.4%. A nurse making $75,000 a year pays 15 to 20% in federal taxes. The ultra-wealthy pay less than a quarter of that. This is from ProPublica. Now, to be clear with you so everybody understands, this is not a political view. I'm not going to sit here and comment on if I think the ultra wealthy should pay taxes. What I believe is that if you have the tools, use it, right? If the ultra wealthy are only paying 3.4%, then someone that's not ultra wealthy should be paying less, right? So if you have the tools, use it. I think the difference is they have the tools, they have the knowledge, right? With Claude AI as well as just diligence, You could reverse engineer, and this is what we did, exactly what they do so we don't have to pay this tax. And at the same time, you can accumulate the greatest appreciating asset class on the face of the planet, which is Bitcoin, with this. There is probably no better strategy. Like I'm telling you, when it comes to long term, when it comes to long-term accumulation, this is the best strategy I have ever seen. And we're going to detail it. It's like almost like Combining the hidden information of the ultra-rich, combining that with the new information of blockchain technology, because ultra-rich are probably not adopting this yet. So it gives you this kind of unique intersection of a strategic advantage. This is how you get ahead. Blue Ocean Strategy, right? Do what they're not willing to do, but then take the wisdom that they have and apply it to right now. This is how people get ahead. So I hope you pay attention just so I can really beat it in your brain. These are official numbers. Okay. So we have Warren Buffett that pays literally 0.1%. The richest investor in America pays the lowest rate of all 3 of these people. We have Jeff Bezos that pays less than 1% and Elon Musk pays 3.27%. I want you to remember these words forever. Okay. Buy, borrow, die. That is the core of this strategy. And I'm going to show you how it applies to crypto. It's very simple. Just memorize this, okay? So all you have to do is buy assets that appreciate, right? So it could be stocks, real estate, businesses. As long as you do not sell them, you do not need to pay taxes to the government, okay? Now, obviously, you can't just buy things and accumulate it and like never sell. You can't do that, right? Because you're gonna need the cash to pay for random bills, right? Emergencies or whatever the case is. So what you do is you take, you borrow against it, Right? I know a lot of people know this. You borrow against it, take a loan against the portfolio instead of selling. A loan is not considered income in America. Zero taxes on borrowed money, okay? And then Section 1014, it's called the stepped-up basis. A lifetime of gains resets at death, okay? Listen, the tax bill vanishes legally. So you're accumulating this massive tax bill, And when you die and you pass your wealth to your children's children, that's biblically accurate, right? An inheritance, the tax bill gets like, it vanishes. It just gets deleted and reset when you die. Are you understanding what I'm saying? So you have the cash that you need for whatever, to pay bills or whatever the case is, right? You never pay the taxes. And then when you die, it just vanishes. This is in The tax law. Like, you have to understand, it's not a bad thing to take advantage of, you know, what the billionaires are doing. And I'm actually currently doing this myself, and there's so many different ways of doing it. But like, even through this, you know, kind of sideways boring market, bro, I'm accumulating assets, putting into Ethereum on Coinbase, and just taking loans against it to pay my bills. The other day, I had, you know, my car Had a whole bunch of maintenance costs, like I had to replace the tires and fix the brakes. And it was like $2,000. And I'm like, bro, why would I spend that money when I could just put it in an ETH loan, take a loan against it, and when the market goes up, it will pay it off, like it's paying for itself. I actually did this to acquire my Tesla Model 3. So as you guys know, in previous cycles, I bought a Tesla Model 3 cash. I put about $270,000 to $300,000 in an ETH loan. I took 70 grand out when a Tesla Model 3 was 70 grand. Right now it's like 20, 30 grand. I took 70 grand out, I bought the car, and then Ethereum went up. And then because of the appreciation of Ethereum, it actually paid off the car and I didn't have to pay taxes throughout the entire thing. Right. So why are people selling their crypto when you could just do that? Right. This is really important. And we've never had an easier shot of doing it with these institutional tools. That we have access to through Coinbase and different things that's happening with tokenization, right? So now, for the first time in a long time— we're going to go into more details with Sallie Mae and how this is even crazier than what I'm saying right now— but for the first time in crypto's history, like, you could just accumulate and not worry about Bitcoin dropping like 80% and just keep— I mean, some people do that anyways, but like, they, they can't use that capital. Now you can. You could literally use the capital for houses, for different things. And so it is like the best strategy in the world because we know Bitcoin is the highest producing, you know, and right now and out of like pretty much any other asset class. The only problem is, is that you can't just accumulate. You need cash. That's the problem with crypto is that you need cash, right? And this gives you cash. Now let's get into some actual math. Let's say hypothetically you bought a stock for $10 and it's worth $10,000, right? Your unrealized gain is $9,990. That's what you're supposed to pay tax on. according to the law, right? But if you never sell it, obviously it's zero, right? And it's 100% legal. Like, it does not matter the amount of money. This is where it gets crazy. A loan is not considered income. Zero taxes every time. You could take $100 million, you could have $100 million in stock holdings, right? Walk into Morgan Stanley, borrow $10 million at 5 to 8% interest rate. The bank holds your stock as collateral and the IRS does not get a dime. You could just, you just pay the 5 to 8%, which is way cheaper than anything else, right? And then when you die, the stepped-up basis, a lifetime of gains, resets to zero. Your heirs will inherit your assets at whatever they're worth that day. Every dollar of unrealized gain that you accumulated, gone completely, legally, permanently from the tax bill. This is a real thing. Now, if we look at the stock market returns, right, of the S&P 500— we're going to talk about Bitcoin— but if we look at stock market specifically, the long-run average annual return of the S&P 500 is about 10%. So think about that in your head. If you just accumulate stocks over a long period of time, you're only paying like 5 to 8% to pull the— only on the cash, not the full amount. So like, if you have $100,000 in stocks, and you take out $20K in loans, the 5 to 8% interest that you pay is only on the $20K, not the full $100,000, right? And that's accumulating 10% year over year. This is how people get rich. This is how you stay consistent over a long period of time to get rich instead of trying to get rich really, really quickly, right? And I always recommend you have both in crypto, right? We, you know, that we do the short-term, shorter-term, it's not short-term, it's not daily at all, but we do a shorter position trade, which can be anywhere from 3 3 months to 2 years on trades. These are really lucrative, but like, if you don't have a stable foundation, then even those trades, you're gonna have to use the money for something, right? This is where you're accumulating over a long period of time, and then now you have— you always have cash for big, big events. Like, even if you want to do short-term trading, right? So like, if I have, let's say, $1 million in stock holdings and there's a crypto opportunity, I could take a loan against it and put that money in crypto. The biggest problem with I think a lot of people in my communities and my audience is that you guys just don't have long-term consistency. Your income is extremely volatile. You don't have a lot of capital to put in crypto at the right times. Then you overinvest in the beginning, and then you have nothing to follow through with. So if you solve the long-term consistency of your current retirement, like long-term things, you'll always have the capital to take advantage of the big, big fall events. And not only that, but you won't feel as emotional because your entire portfolio is not in a meme coin, right? So this is something that people really need to pay attention to. This will— this really gets you rich. I've gotten to a point, at least in my career, like, I want to get rich slow. Like, I want to get rich like purposely slow. I choose strategies that are purposely slow. And like, that mind— that mental shift was everything. It made me the most money I've ever made in my— I want to delay the gratification, not get it today. Like, and the problem is everybody's the exact opposite. So in your progression as investors or entrepreneurs or traders, Like the goal here is to slow down and get guarantees. This is like guarantees, right? It's like long-term type of stuff. Now I will be showing you again, I just want you guys to understand, I will be showing you how this works with Bitcoin specifically in a Bitcoin strategy. But for now, the reason why we're going over the stocks is because this is traditionally how it's been done. So with stocks, it's cracked. It's ridiculous. It's like insane. But with Bitcoin, Multiply that by 10, if that makes sense. So let's go over some specific comparisons with actual numbers from something in the stock market, from someone that does the borrow strategy versus someone that just uses the cash. Let's say hypothetically we have 2 people that start with $1 million in their portfolio. They both need $200,000 in cash, right? The first person sells the $200K to pay for whatever they have to pay for. The second person borrows against it, right? Let's look at the numbers. So you sell $262,500, capital gains is gonna hit you with 23.8%. You're gonna lose $62,000 off the bat, right? So your portfolio is now gonna be $737,500, and after 10 years, the growth is gonna get you to about $1.9 million, but you receive the $200,000 cash, right? Simple math. I want people to really comprehend this. But the other guy, let's say he borrows the $200K at 5.5%. So instead of selling it, he's borrowing at 5.5%. He pays no taxes, portfolio stays at $1 million, right? And over 10 years at the same exact growth rate, he's at $2.6 million. And then if you minus how much the loan would— like the actual loan for taking the cash, if you subtract that, He's at $2.2 million versus the other person at $2.1 million. So it's like free money, right? It's like literally free money, if that makes sense. So this is obviously superior if you understand it. So this is an extra $172,000. The borrower ends up with an extra almost $200,000, which is like literally the original amount that he was trying to borrow by simply using this strategy. Now you have to understand that the most sophisticated money on the face of the planet is already doing this with Bitcoin. It's very obvious that there's like these arbitrage techniques. I'm not going to go into every single one in this video. I'm going over the one that's relevant to us. But MicroStrategy has 500K Bitcoin using borrowing strategies. Okay, this is 2.5% of all the Bitcoin that will probably exist. I think that the math— that is the math, right? So you have to understand that capital markets said yes. Bond investors are already doing this. Stock investors are already doing this. Institutional money managers the most sophisticated money on the planet are all looking at Bitcoin as collateral and accepting it. So this is not just me on YouTube. This is legitimate big banks and companies that are all trying to figure out how to leverage Bitcoin, like kind of like as the bedrock of their investments, because they know that Bitcoin appreciates better than any other asset class right now when it comes to like the safer asset class, right? So if you borrow at 2% and hold an asset that's modeled to increase by 29%, your spread compounds. Even the bear case, we're going to go over the bear case in this video, but even the bear case, the worst possible scenario for Bitcoin, again, still outcompeting everything, every possibility with this borrow strategy. Now, I'm sure you already understand this, but if you were to just dollar cost average Bitcoin, right, since January 2014, you would have like $100 a month. That's it, which is a very small amount. You know, that would be a total investment cost of $14,600, but today it would be worth, you know, almost a million dollars, right? That's the power of Bitcoin. Now obviously in the beginning there was higher percentage increases, but again, like when you're looking for long-term consistency, Bitcoin's still the answer. I'm gonna explain why. If you look at Bitcoin's bear case, the worst possible, okay, it still destroys the S&P 500 and everything else, right? ARK models 28 to 52%. Saylor says 29%. So even the absolute lowest percentage returns of Bitcoin in the worst possible scenario beats everything by far. Okay, everything. There's nothing even close to accumulation percentages of Bitcoin. And then combine that with the fact that on March 26th, 2026, Better actually partnered with Coinbase to launch their first ever Fannie Mae conforming mortgage that accepts Bitcoin as a down payment for, you guessed it, collateral. Do you see what I'm saying? Not only are you doing this in like an investment strategy to borrow against it, but you could do it for your home as well as the down payment collateral for a down payment. Do you see what I'm saying? It's being embedded into every financial asset class. And this is currently a product that's currently happening. Like Fannie Mae is a federal agency that guarantees most US mortgages right now since 1938. It's pretty much the only reason your parents can get a 30-year loan at all. A conforming mortgage is one that meets Fannie Mae's rules. And everybody's waiting for this. What I'm saying is it's an extreme amount of credibility behind Bitcoin specifically being embedded into mortgages, right? 70% of American homebuyers use this type of loan. This is the most standardized, trusted, regulated home loan in America, and now Bitcoin counts towards the loan. Do you understand? So let's look at like kind of like what this means. Like, what do I mean by this, right? So Bitcoin collateral on Coinbase Prime. So literally imagine this, your Bitcoin's on Coinbase, right? And essentially you have institutional-grade custody. So it's being custodied by Coinbase themselves. The Bitcoin is pledged, meaning you do not sell the Bitcoin. It's not converted, so you don't have to pay taxes or anything, and it's still exposed to the upside while you own a home. Think about what I'm saying, right? Homes, right, they go up like 3 to 5% a year, which is okay, especially if you take a loan out. You have like a 10x play, like a 10x leverage play. What do I mean by 10x leverage? You get a million-dollar home, 10% is $100 grand, so you have to put up $100 grand. Right? If you need a $500,000 home, you have to put up $50,000 to get the loan from the bank, right? So your your your capital exposed is 50 grand. Okay. Now the thing is, it doesn't seem that bad, but the housing market only goes up three to five percent, right? So you're you're putting up $50,000 when that money could have been in Bitcoin going up like 20-30% a year, but you're putting it into a house that's only going up three to five percent. Right? So obviously, like, I mean, this is at least what I did. Like, I don't want to buy a house. Why would I lock up capital? Why would I lock up all my capital? Now we have the option to where you could put up collateral for Bitcoin for the down payment on the house. Do you understand what I'm saying? For example, if you have a $100,000 down payment, you could put $250,000 in a collateralized loan And you don't need to do anything. That money just keeps going up. The Bitcoin keeps going up and you don't need to put a down payment. You don't have to lock yourself into that 3 to 5% and you get the 3 to 5% as well. So that's really interesting. Let's take the simple math of a $400,000 home, right? So if the home value is worth $398K, you're probably going to have to put up about $40,000 in a down payment. All you need instead of the down payment is about $100,000 in Bitcoin. Right, which is 1.42 Bitcoin right there. And if Bitcoin goes up, you get to keep all of that and you don't need to put a down payment anymore. I think that's insane. I always really think that's crazy because it makes home buying worth it now because the loan is— the bank has the loan. And what's crazy about this is that they'd actually— they don't allow liquidations if they— if you follow their overcollateralization, which is 250%. So this is 200— this is the exact math. If you're trying to buy a $400,000 home, all you need is $100K worth of Bitcoin. Again, I just want to be very clear, you cannot get liquidated. Zero margin calls. This is baked in. They offer this. If Bitcoin drops 40% the day after you close, nothing happens. No phone call, no liquidation. You don't lose your house. There's no margin calls. The only way that you can get liquidated or all of this stops is if you stop making your payments. So this is Like, you have to understand how ridiculous this is. They're making— they're basically saying that like Bitcoin's not going to fall in an extremely dramatic way anymore, right? And they're, they're placing their money where their mouth is. So if you do this, you will never get liquidated. You will always have access to your Bitcoin, and then you always have access to your house as long as you make the payments. To me, I don't know. I just— you have to understand how this is integrating into real finance. Like, what's going to happen is there's going to be a lot of people that are accumulating Bitcoin now, right? Just think about what I say. A lot of people are going to start accumulating Bitcoin and doing things like this. So we don't even need the price to go up at all because it's embedded in their actual living situation. This is the type of stuff we need for mass adoption, for slow and steady growth over a long period of time, and not for quick pump and dumps, but for legitimate institutional— like, I can't even say that. Let's take the word institutional out. Legitimate payment rails, I don't know the word, but it's embedded in our society now. Now, I believe a lot of reason why they're even allowing this to happen is because of the housing crisis, right? So there's a cost of ownership crisis happening right now, and a lot of even millennials, like we've seen this, you've probably seen this all over the internet, nobody wants to buy a house, right? Right now, first-time homebuyer median age is 38. In the 1980s, it used to be 29 years old, right? 47% of people's income is spent on housing because of how expensive it is, right? That's 17 points over 30% safety threshold. They have a safety threshold and we're 17 points over it. Nobody wants to buy a house because it's very expensive right now, right? Credit defaults are up 300%. Do you understand what I'm saying? And then borrowers in distress, we have 850K, 90+ days behind. Or inactive foreclosure because of the rising costs of the housing market. Now imagine a situation which I believe is going to happen. Like I think last, like our current bull cycle, Bitcoin went up like 500%. So if we do the rough math, like in my head, right, of someone that got a million-dollar home, right, they put up the collateralization ratio, which they put up $250K in Bitcoin. Right? To pay for their $100,000 down payment, because a million-dollar home, 10% of that, they need a $100,000 down payment, right? They put up the $250K Bitcoin, bro. What's 5 times $250K, right? Just do the math. If Bitcoin went up that much, right, literally the amount that the Bitcoin's worth superseded the value of the house itself, right? Now obviously we came back down, but do you understand, like, over a 10-year period, That just the Bitcoin that the person put up to get the collateralization, just the Bitcoin itself can pay the house off. Are you seeing what I'm saying? So if you just keep paying your bill, like you're good, right? And then you're not paying any taxes on your Bitcoin. I mean, I don't know what else. Are you seeing what I'm saying? Like for when it comes to long term, like I don't know what else is better. There's nothing else better than this. They don't offer this for the altcoins, by the way. They only offer this for Bitcoin. What else is better than this? Just think about that, bro. All you have to do is accumulate cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, and different things, and take loans against it and do things like this for all of your expenses now, including your house. I think that's insane, in my opinion. And then if we combine that with the supply shock mechanism of Bitcoin that makes it so lucrative, we all know that there's only 21 million in existence. If you didn't know that, the whole point of Bitcoin and why it goes up so fast is because There's only 21 million that will ever exist. People don't know this, but there's like 40 to 50 millionaires on Earth. So if every millionaire bought one Bitcoin, there wouldn't be enough on the market, right? It would be worth over a million dollars. That's the point of the value transfer of Bitcoin. Not only that, but 28% of mined Bitcoin is tradable. There's a lot of them that are locked up permanently or cold and haven't moved in 5+ years. That's like dormant Bitcoin, right? And we have even people with long-term, you know, don't move it in 1 to 5 years. What I'm saying is right now liquid, there's a lot of metrics that you can calculate this with, but there's people that calculated it. There's only 5.5 million liquid Bitcoin. So even the entire supply is like super supply shock because there's only 21 million in existence and then only 5.5 million of that is actually tradable. So again, we know that the price appreciation of Bitcoin comes from scarcity itself. Now, if we look at on-chain metrics, Specifically, it gets kind of interesting because wallets that qualify to collateralize the median home right now is only $880K. So if we look at specifically the 1.42 BTC that we talked about with the calculation of the $400,000 house, there's like almost a million people that qualify for it, right? Like right now. But if Bitcoin moves up to $200,000, we have almost 2 million people, 1.75 million people that qualify for that specifically. Right? So at 50% adoption today, 11.4% of liquid supply permanently locked in Coinbase custody for 15 to 30-year lockups. What I'm trying to explain is it's like a prediction of how much Bitcoin could potentially be locked up if people take advantage of this, right? That if people really start buying houses with Bitcoin, we can see almost 11— we said that 55 Right? 55 million Bitcoin, right? Let's go back to the actual chart so you can see what I'm saying. We were talking about specifically how 5.5, not 55, 5.5 million, 20% is actually tradable. Half of that, half of all liquid Bitcoin right now could potentially be locked up if people start taking advantage of this with the housing market, which I believe, like, not all of it, but a lot of people will. Because the thing about a house, what's unique about a house is that you actually own that land. You own it, which is, that's why they call it the housing market. That's why it's its own market. It's just rare in a lot of cases. You don't own stocks. It's like an artificial thing. But with land, you actually own the land. So a lot of people are going to look to take advantage of this. Now let's go over exactly what this means for you specifically so we can get really specific. So if somebody earns, let's say hypothetically, $3,600 a month and they could free up $500, let's say you start from zero specifically, how long will it take to be able to take advantage of this? So if you dollar cost average You know, Bitcoin specifically, 7 years. If you DCA plus leverage, 5 to 6 years. If you do a savings account, it's going to take you 13 years. So it's significantly easier to save Bitcoin than anything because it goes up by a lot, right? It's easier to save something that goes up by a lot. So every collateral asset follows this same arc, right? And I want to explain what I mean by that because it's important, right? Your goal, let's say hypothetically you want to get $100,000 to do— to pull off the exact strategy we laid out in this video. It could take 5 to 6 years, especially if Bitcoin keeps growing at the rate it's growing, compared to your other option, which is 13 years. 5 to 6 years takes— sounds like a lot, but if you, let's say hypothetically, make a higher income or invest more than $500 a month, you can bring this down to 2 years specifically with Bitcoin and continue to take loans against your Bitcoin so that you are good, like, so you could just continue to pay your bills And accumulate Bitcoin over time, right? This is like a long-term type of strategy, and it's significantly better than anything you could do with savings. But again, every asset class was built this way. Real estate took centuries, stocks took over 80 years for something like this to happen, and Bitcoin took under 5. So again, fastest growing asset class on the face of the planet. It gets easier and easier as this happens even more— more institutional investors, more people, you know, doing these Bitcoin loans. More entities opening up, launching the same products is better. And Coinbase, and it gets really, really crazy, right? A conforming mortgage accepts Bitcoin as collateral. Fannie Mae. I mean, the options that we have now are way better than what we had 3 years ago. And it's the fastest we've ever seen in an asset class. So I just think it's like, it's time to figure out the crypto products. Like there's people that say it's a scam and it's like, okay, that's pretty much out the window for a fact, right? It's not a scam. We know that for a fact. Out the window, right? Now it's like, okay, we got to learn it to how to embed it in our lives in a permanent way. And I think that's the type of person that's going to get ahead in the next five to ten years. Not I mean AI is great. I use the heck out of AI. But like this right here, it just embed like once the companies open up the 401s and then combine like where you could take a loan against your 401. Like this this is where it gets really crazy with Bitcoin specifically. These products are just so much better for the simple fact that the appreciation of Bitcoin itself just beats everything. So it's just really like waiting for the products to drop. So that's pretty much it. This is the new strategy. You buy, borrow, build. So what I do is I am accumulating different asset classes in cryptocurrency on a consistent basis. And when I need to pay bills, I borrow against it. I could borrow against it to buy a house. I could borrow against it to pay for my car. I could borrow against it to pay grocery bills. Doesn't matter. I'm going to continue to accumulate and never pay taxes on my Ethereum and Bitcoin and just outcompete pretty much every long-term strategy on the face of the planet. It's really that simple. I'm using the crazy billionaire strategies, applying it to crypto, and this is going to— this is the future. So you guys see it here first. You should do it too. And if you need any help with that, we do have communities. Go to the link in the pinned comment below. Watch our training on altcoin trading and you can kind of see the core of what we do. But this is like a long-term strategy that I will be accumulating. Thank you so much, guys, for watching this video. If you don't get with it, you will get left behind.
