Crypto Regulation Is Locked In: Everything Changes From Here

In this YouTube commentary, the host explains how a forthcoming U.S. regulatory package—referred to as the "Clarity Act"—will fundamentally reshape the crypto landscape. The video outlines recent CFTC actions, notably the adoption of Nasdaq’s AI‑driven market surveillance system, and describes a new dual‑classification framework that will label tokens either as securities (SEC jurisdiction) or digital commodities (CFTC jurisdiction). The host highlights a proposed exemption that would raise the fundraising cap for token projects from $50 million to $75 million, granting a four‑year window for projects to demonstrate decentralization and thereby avoid securities regulation. Detailed criteria for a token to qualify as a commodity are enumerated: system‑derived value, functional blockchain, open‑source interoperable code, programmatic rule enforcement, and decentralized governance. The commentary also cites Section 203, which states that non‑issuer secondary trades are never securities transactions, effectively removing SEC liability from secondary market trading. The speaker predicts an "ICO boom 2.0" with mass token launches by large corporations and unicorns, increased liquidity, and a broader shift toward crypto‑based crowdfunding that bypasses traditional SEC processes. Throughout, the tone is urgent and promotional, urging viewers to prepare for a massive altcoin cycle.

It is officially over. Everything is about to change from here. Crypto regulation just locked in the altcoin cycle. We're about to experience a gold rush, and I know every cryptocurrency influencer on the face of the planet has said the word gold rush, but I'm telling you, this video is about to provide proof on another level. It's insane. I cannot believe that President Trump is doing this right before our face. Everything changes from here when it comes to creating a token And the regulation behind it. Everything is changing from this moment on. The Clarity Act is creating a future for cryptocurrency for anyone to launch, create, and run a crypto project without fear. It's insane. Take notes. On August 27th, 2025, the CFTC just upgraded their surveillance on looking over cryptocurrencies. They adopted NASDAQ's AI-powered market surveillance system. So they went to the NASDAQ and they're like, hey, give me your technology, we're going to adopt this so that we can actually look at coins. So things are happening and they're replacing the tech from the 1990s. They've been using old outdated technology from the 1990s. How old do you think our banking system is? The technology and the plumbing of our financial system in America is archaic. And it's getting updated, and it's not the first thing to be updated. The financial system is going to be updated, and then also the internet itself with blockchain technology. I hope you hear me right now. And the whole point of it is to detect fraud, manipulation, insider trading in real time. And essentially, they're trying to regulate crypto, and they're figuring out the tools to do it. Now, it all starts to make sense when you understand and comprehend what's happening with the Clarity Act. So we have the Genius Act, which was stablecoin regulation. that is currently in law signed by the president, but the Clarity Act is the tipping point. Now, I've been in cryptocurrency for a long time. I've been in crypto for 8 years, and I've been waiting for this tipping point thing.
We—
nobody knows exactly what it is, but it's basically the point of no return where everybody starts adopting crypto. This actually— I'm making the claim this could be it right here. When this regulation passes, it is about to get real. So The gist is that there's a new classification framework to regulate crypto. So in the old world, before the Clarity Act, because it's not passed yet, it will be passing soon. But in the old world, people are scared to launch coins because if you launch a coin, you could get sued by the Security Exchange Commission like XRP and some of these other coins. So literally, they can make a business, build it for five years, and then lose it all. Because there is no regulatory clarity. Nobody knows if they're breaking the law or not. And so now that is what the Clarity Act is trying to solve. They're trying to create a new classification framework so they could put assets in 2 categories. Either one, it is a security. If it's a security, then the Security Exchange Commission will overlook it. It's under their jurisdiction. Now it could also be a digital commodity. Which the CFTC will overlook it with their jurisdiction. So again, it kind of makes sense why they are now upgrading their surveillance. If you are watching this video right now, I need you to focus and pay attention. Stop listening to your friend in the background. Tell your wife to calm down. You're focused on making money right now and focus. I'm serious, bro. Read the screen. Read it. Under new exemption in the Clarity Act, it says— and this is not law yet, they're still talking about it— it was at $50 million and then they increased it to $75 million. So Trump is like, let's get a little more aggressive. You can raise up to $50 to $75 million if you launch your own coin. Legally, without any regulatory scrutiny, without getting sued. And you have 4 years to show that your blockchain will become mature, meaning decentralized, not centralized, meaning there's actual utility, right? And all you have to do is show them your token supply, release schedule, and economics. That's all you have to do. So if the Clarity Act passes, that means there's a lot of companies that will be launching coins to make money. There will be basically an ICO boom 2.0. We saw this in 2017. It's going to happen again.
We need a regulatory framework for crypto asset securities that allows these products to flourish in American markets. Many issuers will prefer the flexibility in product design that the securities laws afford, and investors will benefit from the opportunity to earn distributions, voting rights, and other features typical of securities. Projects should not be forced to establish decentralized autonomous organizations and offshore foundations, or decentralized too early, if this is not their desired plan of action. I'm excited to see new use cases for crypto asset securities and commerce, such as the ability to participate in blockchain network consensus with tokenized equities. Thus, for those crypto asset transactions that are subject to these securities laws, I've asked the staff to propose purpose-fit disclosures, exemptions, and safe harbors, including for so-called initial coin offerings, airdrops, and network rewards. Regarding these sorts of transactions, our goal should be that issuers no longer exclude Americans from their distributions to avoid legal complexity and lawsuits, but instead choose to include Americans to enjoy legal certainty in an accommodating regulatory framework. It's my view that a Cambrian explosion in innovation could occur if we stay true to that course. So additionally, many firms seek to tokenize their common stock, bonds, partnership interests, and other other securities or tokenize the securities of third parties. Much of this innovation is offshore today, and due to regulatory challenges in the United States. I also hear from our regulatory policy staff that firms from household names on Wall Street to unicorn tech companies in Silicon Valley are lined up at our SEC doors with requests to tokenize. I've asked the Commission staff to work with firms seeking to distribute Distribute tokenized securities within the United States and to provide relief where appropriate to assure that Americans are not left behind. Did you just hear what he said? He said household names and brands lined up to tokenize, bro. Are you guys catching this right now?
Let me pull it all together for you, okay, for a second so you understand this. So basically, there's a lot of innovation in tokenization. Clearly people want to do it, but right now you have to go overseas to do that. So we have a lot of household names, unicorn companies, and all these really, really rich people with really, really big businesses that are lined up to the Security Exchange Commission asking them, hey, we want to tokenize something within our business. And the only reason they haven't tokenized it is because there is no clarity, hence the Clarity Act. Now it gets really crazy because under the Clarity Act, there's only 2 ways a coin can be regulated. Number one, It could be a commodity, or number 2, it could be a security. So a commodity has significantly less regulatory scrutiny. Okay. It's a lot easier to live as a coin under being a commodity. So let's dive into the next topic. What does it take for a coin to become a commodity and develop maturity and decentralization according to the documentation? Number 1, system value. The token value comes mainly from the blockchain itself, not promises from the company. So The company actually has to roll out a real product for this to work. It can't just be promises and crazy stuff. This is what a mature blockchain looks like, right? Number 2, functional system. The blockchain actually works for its intended purpose. You can send, store, and transact value, deploy, run apps and services on it. That's pretty straightforward. Number 3, open and interoperable. The code is open source, so no closed-party centralized things. So basically, like, the open ones, which is like the only ones I really like— I like the closed ones too, but the open ones become commodities, and then the centralized ones become more like securities, like a stock company, right? Just like the stock market right now. Programmatic system— the rules are backed into the source code. Transparent, automatic, not changed behind closed doors. So like all these pump and dumps that say that they're decentralized, but then they rug pull you because they own all the tokens, there's a back door. That is completely out of the question when it comes to commodities. Number 5, decentralized governance. No single company or group can control the chain. No one can directly or indirectly change consensus rules at will, meaning there's not like one centralized owner. No one should be able to vote with more than 20% of the network's governance power alone. So there's distributed ownership. This is forcing the companies to become, or the coins to become distributed and decentralized. Which is like literally what everybody wants. So now we have a legal green light for mass coin creation when the Clarity Act passes. You could raise up to $50 to $75 million with a token as long as you disclose it and aim to decentralize within 4 years. We can see a massive wave of new altcoins from really big businesses that have been holding off. Not only that, But if these businesses actually reach the maturity level, which a lot of them will easily do, that means they cannot be called a security anymore. That means that there's companies that could literally have a non-security product, a commodity product, and a security product at the same time, and they can get benefits from both. And we know that centralized exchanges and decentralized exchanges are working together now. Really, really crazy. That is really, really crazy. Here's another thing that I kind of wanted to show you guys. I thought it was also important. Non-issuer secondary trades are never securities transactions. So you as a buyer, if you buy a coin from a secondary market, it can never be considered a security. So that means that this also gives regulatory clarity for a lot of the traders, the big whales, the people that buy a lot. Now this is like the floodgates. Section 203 says Non-issuer secondary trades are never securities transactions. It means once a token leaves the issuer's hands, buyers and sellers on exchange don't have to worry about SEC liability. That means that these coins can be on any exchange and there's no SEC liability in a secondary market. Altcoins can list faster and trade more frequently. This is more liquidity, obviously speculation, volatility, This is altcoin season written all over it. I don't know how else I need to do this. I don't know if you need to spell it out to you. I do not speak Spanish. I'm not going to be able to give it to you in Spanish. I think you get the point. I am not playing with you. I am— I don't know how else to do this. I don't know how else to deliver the message to as many people as possible. The only thing I could do is pray that all of you are doing your due diligence. I pray that all of you are doing Due diligence. I pray that you really are trying. You really are trying to do this because when it comes, this will be probably the most significant event. I say this so much, but it keeps rolling out more and more. This gives clarity to all coins. It's over from this point on. When this passes, it's over. I believe the cat will be officially out of the bag and there will be no big massive altcoin cycles. Maybe don't know for sure. This could be an extended cycle that we've been talking about where there's like no fall. And it's just these companies making projects, and I don't even— like, it's not going to stop after this. It's not going to stop. It's going to be crazy. This is going to be the crowdfunding source recipe. Everybody's going to want to crowdfund from crypto. They're just going to— like, if you want to make a new project, they're not going to be going to, like, the Security Exchange Commission anymore. They're not going to be going— it literally gets you the ability to be able to make a company, sell it publicly, Not go to the Security Exchange Commission for four years. That's what it gives you right now. If you make a company and you try to crowdfund, you have to go through the Security Exchange Commission. You do not need to do that anymore as long as you make your project decentralized. That, my friends, is insane. It is absurd. I believe like there's gonna be a massive. There's gonna be a massive shift. I don't. I don't know how to explain it to you. I hope you guys listen, and if you don't, it is what it is. Stay tuned for the next video. I think I'm gonna update you guys on what's specifically going on, like when is this gonna happen, time frames, things like that. We'll see what happens. Thank you guys for watching. Catch you in the next video.
