CRYPTO STABLECOIN CREDIT EXPANSION

Banks can now issue stablecoins and multiply credit through Treasury repos and DeFi lending loops. One speaker claims a 15-25× multiplier is possible, turning $300 billion in stablecoins into $4.5 trillion in liquidity and triggering a crypto bull run.

If you're waiting for the Federal Reserve to print money for a bull run, you're already too late. They're multiplying credit right now on stablecoins as we speak. When interest rates are low, like below 2%, 1%, 0%, we see big bull runs because interest rates are the cost to borrow money. When it's low, people start borrowing more money for houses and cars. We see a major bull cycle every single time. We know that. For the first time on the internet, I'm making the claim that they're taking the stablecoin market, they're doing a 15 to 25x multiplier, and they're injecting it into our economy the same way they do when they drop interest rates. It's a new mechanism, a new financial system. They're hiding it through shadow banks, and I'm gonna expose it. 15 times $300 billion is $4.5 trillion. That is a meaningful amount of money to inject into our economy. Bull run coming, I'm telling you. Listen to what I'm saying. In July, the Genius Act allows banks legally to make stablecoins. So banks have been doing that. And so when you give the bank $100,000, for example, they get to take your money and put it into government treasuries, aka inject liquidity into the market. That's how treasuries work. When you give money to government, they give you back a thing that says that they owe you. So if you give them $100,000, they're like, okay, we owe you. But they get to take— now the government gets to take your $100,000 and do whatever they want. They can build roads, build the military, do whatever they want with that. And because you did that, they give you back a 3% yield. So you just get into a stablecoin, but But the bank's really on the back end getting 3% yield on your 100 grand, and the government is using that 100 grand to build roads and stuff. Now, if you read the fine print of the Genius Act, which is now currently law, it gets a little devious because they said right here Treasury bills may be sold for repurchase agreements. This is a whole nother crazy madness. So the bank gets back a Treasury worth $100,000. They now can put that $100,000 through an investment bank in a repurchase agreement. So they essentially get another $99,000, bro. Brand new cash because Treasuries are worth value and the investment bank gets a 1% cut. They take that brand new cash and they put it right back into, you guessed it, usually Treasuries. So the government now gets 2 investments from one initial stablecoin adoption investment. It wasn't even an investment in the first place. Somebody just bought a stablecoin. Government gets 2 investments. Now remember that $99,000? Well, the government has to give the bank back a US Treasury. So they have one US Treasury at $100,000 at 3% yield, and then they have another US Treasury at $99,000 at 3% yield. Oh my gosh. Now remember that guy that just wanted the $100,000 in stablecoins? He could technically put that into US Treasuries because there's called tokenized US Treasuries right now. Basically, it's a U.S. Treasury, but with a token attached to it. So he could buy that token if he wanted to, and that same money goes right back into the U.S. government. The government got three liquidity injections now. Now, if you put the money into one of these tokenized funds that buys government debt, they actually give you a redeemable token. See, that redeemable token right now currently could be used as leverage on Binance. One of them are called USYC. So you can literally now get seventy percent of that value back and put it right back into the government. Okay, get another U.S. Treasury because you put it in the government. Take it to DeFi and then do this, which multiplies it even more. That amount can be put right into Aave. We use eighty four dollars in this example. It's the same thing. You could literally take a loan out from Aave, then give it to person C to deposit in Compound. Compound lends it out to person D. Now it's $76. Cycle continues for 20 rounds. It's called stablecoin looping. In this case, starting with $84, the total exposure is $1,500 from a conservative estimate. This example was starting with $100. We started with $100,000. But right here, as you can see, treasury backing $199, stablecoins $184. The point is it's a 23x multiplier. In this example, again, $100, but we started with $100,000. We're looking at— guys, it's not even— this is not even the full picture. I don't know how I'm going to keep doing this in short-form content. The bull run is officially already here. We're just waiting for the public to catch up.
