Alexander Lorenzo compares crypto market cycles to S&P 500 returns, claiming a winning altcoin cycle turned $100 into $3.1M. Even the worst crypto cycle beat the stock market, he argues, and a double altcoin cycle is coming.
Even with the worst conditions possible, we destroy the S&P 500 average yearly gains like multiples over, multiples over. What coins produce the highest multiples in each individual cycle? And this is exactly what we found. You could have turned $100. Look, $100 in each cycle's biggest winner became $3.1 million just with $100. So I'm not claiming that everybody's going to be able to do this, but I am claiming that it is possible. Saying it's impossible is actually a lie. So your favorite financial guru that says all these things that, oh, you should just invest in the stock market at 12% a year because it's not possible to do more, that is a lie. There's a certain level of discipline and effort to be able to find these coins, but I have made multiple 100x's in my career. I have purchased multiple right in front of your face, and the evidence is showing it again. The 5th best coin would have turned up in the worst cycle possible, $100 into $4,000. Now on average, you would have got about a 1.5x. If you guys have been here for a while, you know that the last cycle was severely manipulated because of the, you know, the Clarity Act and the regulation. I believe when regulation goes through, it's going to be absurd, and we will have double the altcoin cycle because we didn't get a blow-off top. The gist is every Bitcoin cycle we had a blow-off top. So what I mean a blow-off top is where it went up extreme, we had peak euphoria, and then it blew off. I believe, and this is why I believe we have already bottomed and why I believe we will have a double altcoin cycle next cycle is because every time we have a big blow-off top— we did not have one this time. This was like the most consistent, boring cycle we've had. So just to add to everything I'm saying, I do believe that our previous— our recent cycle is a massive outlier, and we're not going to see like 90% losses, like crazy losses like that, like we did previously before. And at the same time, I think we're going to get like a double peak euphoria next cycle. I truly believe there's a lot of momentum being built around altcoins on a significant level that we have never seen before in, in all of crypto's history. So even with the worst conditions possible, we destroy the S&P 500 average yearly gains like multiples over, multiples over, right? And so if you look at these numbers, I mean, like, it's just— I don't know how else to explain it, but it is a real thing.
