MicroStrategy buys Bitcoin with diluted stock proceeds, creating a model other companies will copy. Nike could launch a token for early product access, dilute equity, and buy back the token to pump its price. Banks will offer stablecoin loans paired with corporate tokens in liquidity pools, generating capital from nothing.

So what MicroStrategy did is they bought a whole bunch of Bitcoin, then they issued shares of their stock, they diluted their stock, and then when they fundraised and they sold their stock, they took the money and they bought more Bitcoin. So they essentially diluted the value of their stock to buy more Bitcoin. And then if Bitcoin goes up, they have more Bitcoin, which increases the value of their stock. The same thing can happen right now. If the Clarity Act comes out, what's going to happen is you're going to see a lot of big companies, Let's say Nike, because Nike already created an NFT collection. Nike, different companies that did not want to issue a token because of the regulatory environment now will issue a token. Imagine a situation where I'm Nike, I issue a token, and if you hold access to my token, they give you access to, you know, buying sneakers before everybody else. Then you have to buy the actual shoes with their token. Well, what happens is they have another fundraising mechanism. They have a new way to get capital for no reason, and they could do the same thing MicroStrategy did. So if they own the initial entire supply, they can essentially dilute the value of their stocks, take the excess capital and buy their coin. They could buy their own coin and the coin goes up. This is where it's going to blow your mind. And then they can get a loan from the bank in the form of a stablecoin and pair it to their own coin. So they give them, let's say, $10 million. They make a liquidity pool of their own coin that they launched out of thin air that's worth nothing, but it's worth something because they say it is. They launch their own coin and they pair it with the liquidity from JPMorgan. Next thing you know, we have 2 forms of random funding money out of thin air into one liquidity pool. So the question is, how do I make money? It's like, bro, like you make money by adopting crypto before they do. If you could do that, you win the game, bro.
