In this solo commentary, Alexander Lorenzo argues that the failure of the Canadian "Clarity Act" was a clear signal of a crypto market bottom, mirroring the 2022 FTX bankruptcy bottom. He explains how extreme negative news (the Act not passing) can trigger buying, while extreme bullish news (Trump’s crypto integration announcement) can coincide with market tops that later capitulate. Lorenzo references prediction‑market odds (>90%) that the Act would fail, cites his own confidence levels (70‑85% that the bottom is in), and claims he is currently profiting from the post‑bottom rally. He challenges viewers to verify dates (FTX filing, Trump announcement) and emphasizes that the market has already risen ~16% since the bullish event, reinforcing his thesis that the bottom is now behind us.

I told you the Clarity Act was not going to pass 7 months ago. And I told you it could signal the bottom of the market. I said this. Well, I don't know about you guys, but I'm making a whole bunch of money. So if we just get straight, forget all the theory stuff, that's great. But like, if let's look at the straight facts of the scenario, which is the market went up, right? Straight facts. Market went up and a lot of coins went up. We said this. I don't know how many times. Can I get a witness? Can somebody like Advocate, I told you the Clarity Act was not going to pass seven months ago. Think like more than that. And I told you it could signal the bottom of the market. I said this, and then I referred specifically to when FTX Exchange filed for bankruptcy, and it was the exact bottom. Last cycle, the exact bottom was when FTX Exchange filed for bankruptcy, and the Federal Reserve bailed them out. We have extreme negative news. Which is the Clarity Act doesn't pass. Everybody starts freaking out and they buy up your bags. The exact opposite is going to happen at the top. So at the top, listen to what I'm saying. If you write this down, please write this down. At the top, there's going to be extremely bullish news. It's going to tickle all of your fancy. It's going to check off every single one of your boxes. And when that thing drops at the top, the market is going to capitulate. Listen, I'll prove it. That was the most bullish news was Trump forcing crypto into America, correct? So January 20th, 2025. I mean, it's not that bull— this wasn't a hoorah. So yeah, that's pretty underwhelming in my opinion. That's not, that's not supercycle mode. So that's January 20th right here. So we have an initial fall, but ultimately the market only went up 16% for Bitcoin's price. So super bullish event, market goes down. I'm gonna blow your mind. Can someone prove it? I'm trying to prove it so you guys understand. Can someone find the day that FTX Exchange filed for bankruptcy? I can give you. I don't know the exact date, but it was right here. Oh my gosh! So super, super bearish news right here. Think about it. Market's gonna go down more. It goes up and bottoms. Super bullish news. Trump is going to integrate crypto into the entire world. It doesn't go up that much and actually leads to a pretty significant bear market. Now bring it back around. We have the Clarity Act not passing right here. It didn't pass here, but we knew it wasn't going to pass. It was like the odds on, um, the new data point that just came out that's like changing the world is, um, prediction markets. So the prediction markets are like above 90% over here, like for sure. Everyone knew it wasn't gonna pass. So I'm trying to give y'all game. I'm trying to give you game. The bottom is in. I'm not— my, my, my, um, expectations like I, I think I said a percentage like 2 live Q&As ago of me thinking the bottom was like in. I think it was like above 70%. I'm like, how about I got 85%? I believe the bottom is in.
