Alexander Lorenzo describes leaving religion behind after testing whether miracles actually work. He compares belief in God to belief in gravity, arguing that faith should be based on evidence rather than tradition.

People think religious people, they're weak. They copped out. They just chose this weak path of faith. It's made up. It's not real. They just didn't want to work. They didn't want to better themselves, basically. And I used to think the same thing. The problem with that is that I actually didn't choose Jesus out of blind faith. I actually tested it. Like, are you real? I tested the miracles. For example, when it comes to gravity, gravity you cannot see, but right here I can go like this. That's evidence that gravity exists. Right? So it's literally the same thing in our lives with God. If you don't believe it, test it, bro. Don't come to Jesus in blind faith. That's boring. That's whack. That's corny, bro. A lot of people, they claim they believe in God, but they don't actually believe. Don't be that guy. That is whack. I actually believe because he showed up time and time again. Like gravity, it's even more real to me than gravity itself. I genuinely believe that this is more real to me than gravity itself.
