In this commentary, the speaker argues that the current crypto market is already in a bullish altcoin phase, driven primarily by crypto’s unique role as a powerful crowdfunding mechanism rather than traditional macro‑economic risk‑on conditions. He explains that meme coins can be paired with tokenized stocks in liquidity pools; when the meme coin generates volume, it indirectly boosts demand and price for the tokenized stock, even though the underlying corporation never created the coin. This dynamic creates a new form of crowd‑driven investment that can lift altcoins whenever Bitcoin shows modest gains, making the altcoin cycle largely independent of broader market sentiment, interest rates, or risk‑on environments.

making money on coins right now in the bottom of the bear market, and here's the reason why. There's something called crowdfunding. So there's, you know, crypto has a lot of promises to it. There's so many different things like a, you know, payment vehicle, and there's a crazy amount of promises. And the only 2 that really actually work like right now specifically, and there could be others, but one of them is for sure crowdfunding. So crypto is the greatest crowdfunding vehicle in the world. I'll give you an example of that so you understand why I mean the altcoin cycle could be happening right now. There's an example, so I forgot what it was. I think it was Nvidia or Netflix. It was a big company, um, and somebody made basically an altcoin for the company and they launched it on Robinhood Chain, right? And then what they did is they actually made a meme coin, and the meme coin, they paired the liquidity pool, the meme coin, to the coin itself, which was the big organization. It was a massive organization. And the thing is, the massive organization didn't even make the coin, right? It was a meme coin created by a whole bunch of people that were funny. But because they started buying the meme coin because it was in the same liquidity pool— and you'll understand what I'm saying— basically it was paired to the real coin, the real tokenized stock. Because the meme coin was going and doing volume, that means that the tokenized stock by the big corporation— this recently happened was actually driving the price and driving demand. So like, essentially what I'm saying is this crowdfunding that crypto does is driving demand in a way for regular traditional stock companies that we have never seen before. Crowdfunding in crypto is like, like the— it's the greatest crowdfunding vehicle we have ever seen in the history of mankind. And so we don't need a risk-on environment. It's great if we had a risk-on environment. It's great if we had lower interest rates. It's great if like there was a whole bunch of, you know, potential energy for crypto to go crazy. But it seems like crypto just crowdfunds regardless of the market conditions. It seems like all we need is Bitcoin to go up like a little bit and these coins pop. So I think this general like altcoin season thing, it's almost being like dampened. Crypto works with or without the conditions that it used to have to have in the past. It's
