In this monologue, Alexander Lorenzo outlines an aggressive financial strategy that prioritizes allocating virtually all of his family’s assets into cryptocurrency rather than traditional assets like real estate. He argues that crypto, exemplified by Bitcoin’s 700% rally and higher returns from other coins, outperforms the housing market’s modest 8‑12% annual appreciation. Lorenzo describes leveraging emerging crypto‑backed mortgage products from Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae that allow down‑payments in Bitcoin, using an Ethereum‑collateralized loan to fund everyday expenses such as car tires, and exploiting Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) to purchase crypto tax‑free, projecting up to $15 million in gains. He frames the approach as a long‑term, high‑return plan that, if executed correctly, could secure massive wealth for his family.

I have a plan to stack as much money as I possibly can and throw as much of it into crypto as possible. It's funny because my brother was talking to me about this. He was like, Alex, why haven't you bought a house yet? And I was like, the reason I don't buy a house is because I make significantly more money off crypto. I have the money to buy a house. I have all the money. But when I started looking at the initial investment plus the interest, and I'm like, all of that money could be used to do crazy numbers in crypto. Last cycle, the oldest Slowest coin did 700% return. That's Bitcoin from bottom to top. And every coin I invest in does significantly better than that. The entire housing market increased by like 8%. It's like 8 to 12% a year. So yes, I will buy a house when Freddie Mae and Fannie Mae allows me to put an initial amount of Bitcoin because they actually have this right now where you can put up like $350,000 in Bitcoin. They'll give you $100K as a down payment. So it's basically this loaning system to where you could do what I said. There's a reason why they did that is because my methods are probably the most lucrative right now. To be very clear with you, I'm stacking as much cash as I can to put into crypto. Literally everything. My basically family's financial safety. All of my family's financial safety. Everything I'm doing, like even down to like, for example, paying for my car tires. We took a loan against my Ethereum. We put that thing, you know, into the actual car tires. We took like cash, put it into cars. I don't pay for car tires. The car tires are paid for the appreciation of Ethereum. There's something called the HSA where there's projections that even with my health, me paying for things in the hospital can be used to buy crypto. You could literally, every time you pay for a medical bill, would be equivalent to buying Bitcoin and Ethereum. And we project that if you do this right, you can make $15 million just off your HSA, tax-free, by the way, pulled from your employer account, so there's no taxes at all. It gets really crazy. We're gonna be making a lot of money off of crypto if you know what you're doing. This is a long-term strategy.
