Institutional Crypto Adoption Will Make More Millionaires Than the Last Bull Run

Two analysts discuss how U.S. regulatory clarity on crypto, including the pending CLARITY Act and a 12-month "crypto sprint," will unlock institutional money in altcoins. They argue tokenized collateral for real estate and automobiles could reshape trillion-dollar asset classes, and that regulatory timelines might extend the bull market well past the typical October 2025 peak.

Crypto being adopted by institutional America is guaranteed at this point. The Commodity Futures Exchange Commission just came out saying they plan on making America the crypto capital of the world, and they will be done with the recommendations from President Trump by August 2026. The question is, will we actually have a longer than 4-year cycle?
We are working very hard on making America the crypto capital of the world. You've seen the president's Working Group on Digital Asset Markets delivered the crypto roadmap in July, and I announced a 12-month crypto sprint in order to implement all of the recommendations for the CFTC from that crypto roadmap. We've been working very hard on that. I expect that we're going to go live with listed spot crypto trading on one of our futures exchanges by the end of the year.
You have to understand the significance of this because there's something called the CLARITY Act, and the CLARITY Act is trying to be passed into law right now as we speak. So every cryptocurrency in the future will be regulated either by the Security Exchange Commission as a security or a commodity under their umbrella. So basically, them integrating right now before this law is passed shows us that they're preparing for something to happen. Now, the Clarity Act is probably the most important piece of regulation for cryptocurrency right now for our altcoin cycle. You have to understand that once we have clear regulation on these altcoins, we're going to see a lot of major institutions start to make altcoins There's a lot of big, big players that have not launched a token because they don't know what type of regulation is going to be involved. So essentially, when the Clarity Act comes out, I have made many claims that this will lead to a massive altcoin cycle. It can even extend the 4-year cycle. It can. And it could even decouple altcoins from Bitcoin. There's a lot of things here, but this is really important. It really shows that they are motivated to make something happen.
We are going to be providing some guidance on tokenized collateral, potentially including stablecoins.
By the end of the year, tokenized collateral. Let me say it again: tokenized collateral. That means that you could use them for collateral of purchases. It could be for a house; it could be for a car. It doesn't matter. We don't know. But tokenized collateral is insane. You have to understand the type of industries we're talking. We're talking about trillion-dollar industries that don't have tokenized assets, that don't have blockchain, that will now have blockchain. I don't know how to stress this. I don't know like what else I need to do to really. show you guys that this is not a joke. It is not a joke. This could be the biggest move of your entire life that some people witness.
Next year, we're going to be doing a rulemaking in order to implement technical amendments to some of our rules like collateral margin treatment, clearing settlement, recordkeeping reporting, really technical amendments that are going to implement changes necessary for blockchain technology. And with that, by, you know, August next year, we should be all done with the crypto sprint and implementing So you heard it from them, not from me.
This is August 2026. So this really adds to the argument of the extended cycle. According to the data, the cycle should have ended in October of 2025. We're already past that. I believe the bull market's still intact, and they're making claims that all of this will be done. But, you know, the timelines are really, really lucrative right now, and I think a lot of people should be paying attention.
