In this alarmist monologue, the speaker argues that recent U.S. legislation—specifically the Genius Act, which exempts stablecoins from the Financial Stability Act of 2010 (the core of Dodd‑Frank)—has legally enabled banks to issue stablecoins without the safeguards that were intended to curb shadow‑banking after the 2008 financial crisis. The speaker claims banks are now using these stablecoins to conduct shadow‑banking activities analogous to the pre‑crash mortgage‑backed‑securities market, funneling capital into speculative altcoins. He warns that an upcoming "Clarity Act" will further allow the creation of valueless altcoins with no capital requirements, enabling a new bubble driven by marketing and hype. The overall purpose is to caution listeners that the emerging crypto payment infrastructure is being weaponised by traditional financial institutions for profit, posing systemic risk to investors.

My goodness, the shadow banks are using stablecoins to create another 2008 bubble. The first time this news has ever been broke on the internet, so if you use this information, please give me credit. Long story short, in 2008 there was a housing market crash. It was a big bubble, a lot of people lost money, and so what they did is they put into play the Dodd-Frank Act. It was created after 2008 to stop the banks from taking massive risk Outside of regulation, aka shadow banking. Pay very close attention to this right here: Financial Stability Act of 2010 shall not apply. This is on the official documentation of the Genius Act, which is now law. The Genius Act allowed stablecoins to be created by banks. So basically, in July, by law, banks are legally allowed to create stablecoins in the United States without having any issues. And so obviously, when there's a new financial infrastructure in adoption, they start finessing it in their favor. And if you look at the fine print of the official act, according to the government website, it literally says that the Financial Stability Act of 2010 shall not apply. What does that mean? Basically, the Financial Stability Act of 2010 is the original Dodd-Frank Act that was meant to stop shadow banking because of 2008. Section 171 is known as the Collins Amendment. They amended it, changed the name. When I mean fine print, they're trying to hide this. It's fine print. One of the most important Dodd-Frank safeguards does not apply to stablecoins. The bank can create the stablecoin and they can do the shady shadow banking that they did in 2008 on the stablecoin. Listen, it's no wonder we've seen the greatest adoption of stablecoins in human history. It's happening. It's happening. It's happening. The new payment infrastructure is being embedded into society. Right under your noses. The only question from here is how are they going to make money? Are they making money on stablecoins? Of course. But how are they really going to make money and how do we make money with them? You have to remember that in 2008, although it was devastating and a lot of people lost money, it was a bubble. Meaning before the crash, there was an 8-year period where the market went absolutely ballistic. It was a bull run and a lot of people got rich. What they did is they sold bad mortgages, right? So they couldn't give mortgages out to anyone. They created a shadow bank. shadow business to be able to hand out those shady mortgages. And essentially they tricked the system to sell junk to people and make money on the back end. Bad mortgages, they bundled them together, they finessed it. Now this shadow banking can only happen on crypto. It has to be on crypto. So what is junk on crypto? You guessed it, altcoin season, sir. Listen, listen, they're gonna funnel that money into altcoins. I'm telling you. They have the ability with the Clarity Act that's going to be passing soon to create altcoins out of thin air legally. That means that they have no capital required to create a coin that's valueless. They're going to put marketing behind it, run up the altcoins. I'm telling you. And they're going to do it through these shadow little altcoin companies. It's already happening.
