JP Morgan is quietly building a crypto monopoly by funneling users into centralized platforms like Base and Coinbase, positioning itself to hard-fork Ethereum and create a "super app" that controls social, shopping, and finance. The strategy mirrors China's model but threatens to replace decentralized crypto with traditional finance control.
JP Morgan, all the big dogs, they're making a monopoly and they're going to be the gateway to crypto. They're trying to take over the gateway part because right now, if you understand Ethereum, you can't control it unless you're a part of the initial developers. So it's impossible to control. You have to sway them. And so right now what's happening is there's 2 things that they're attacking. The elite or the banking or whatever the case is, are attacking getting as many people and users and as much economic value as possible. If they can pull together a lot of people and users through like ETFs or through Coinbase app, right? Like think about Coinbase. They have a whole bunch of users buying and selling on their app. If they have all All of these users and all of this economic value by accumulating Ethereum, they're accumulating a whole bunch of Ethereum. You got all these users, they can go to the Ethereum Foundation and be like, look, we're going to take all of these users and all of this economic value to a different chain. We're going to hard fork your chain. We're going to create it the way we want to, and we're going to put all of our users there. And because we have all the users, you're going to die. And so they can essentially throw their weight around and control the entirety of it. That's what I believe they're going to do with their base app. They took over the centralized space already, very obvious. And then they're going to essentially funnel those people into their version of Web 3.0. And I believe that their version of Web 3.0 is going to be the base app. And I think that's going to be the super that everybody keeps talking about. A super app is basically where you have every single app into one location. So you'll do your social media, you'll do your buying and shopping, you'll do Amazon. Like literally everything you do will be in one interface. And they actually currently have this stuff in China. So I believe the super app of America will be the Base app.
