JP Morgan is putting its institutional stablecoin on the public Base blockchain and partnering with Alibaba for tokenized payments. The move brings institutional liquidity to crypto and lets the stablecoin swap with Bitcoin, USDC, and other assets, potentially creating a major wealth shift in the space.
JP Morgan just partnered with Alibaba and just triggered the greatest financial wealth shift in America that probably we've ever experienced in human history. And you could essentially take that same stablecoin and now put it on the open blockchain with Base specifically. As you can see right here, this actual JPMD token right there, will be settled on the public blockchain, not a private blockchain, the public blockchain of Base. As you can see right there, you will be able to do things like swap USDC or maybe Tether and other stablecoins. You'll be able to swap Bitcoin for the JP Morgan stablecoin.
