This is a YouTube commentary video (title: "Sam Altman Just Tied 18 Million Eyeballs to The Internet’s Payment Code") published May 14, 2026. A single speaker (labeled SPEAKER A) delivers an alarmed, opinionated monologue about World/Worldcoin, Sam Altman, and a newly launched "Agent Kit" that reportedly links AI agents to human iris scans and autonomous crypto payments via an HTTP 402/X402 payment protocol. The speaker cites events dated March 17 and April 2, 2026 (World’s Agent Kit launch and Coinbase moving a payment spec to the Linux Foundation), lists major tech and payment companies adopting the protocol, raises privacy and surveillance concerns (including bans in several countries), and invokes a Biblical reference (Revelation 13) to underscore potential dystopian implications.

They just turned on a payment system that was reserved in the actual internet code since 1991. It's basically been reserved in the internet's plumbing for 34 years and it stayed completely dormant. They just turned it on and catch this, the actual identity verification is your eyeballs. The man who runs OpenAI, Sam Altman, also runs a company called World, formerly known as Worldcoin. For 3 years, they paid people in cryptocurrency to walk up to a chrome ball called an orb and let it scan their iris. Edward Snowden called it cataloging eyeballs. In Kenya, Spain, and Thailand, the Philippines, all of them banned it for privacy violations. Nobody could figure out what the 18 million iris scans were actually for. Well, we just found out. On March 17th, 2026, World launched something called Agent Kit. Agent Kit gives every AI agent its own passport tied to a real human's iris scan. The human signs off with their eyeball. The Agent gets its own crypto wallet and can make autonomous payments. No credit card, no human approval per transaction. The agent just spends the money. The protocol runs through the X402 protocol. HTTP 402 payment required was reserved in an original internet specification in 1991. Imagine a code that they just unlocked and it was there from 1991. The engineers literally knew that payments would need to be native. To the internet someday. For 34 years, it sat dormant. On April 2nd, 2026, Coinbase moved their version onto the Linux Foundation as an open standard. Look at the founding coalition of this open standard. We have Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Stripe, Cloudflare, Shopify, Circle, Solana— every cloud provider, every card network, every payment processor on Earth signed onto the same protocol in one announcement. Now, if you didn't know, Revelation 13 from the Bible says nobody might buy or sell except for those with the mark. The Bible doesn't say what the mark looks like, but it does say that the rails for it will exist before the rest of the prophecy actually plays out. The rails just got built. 18 million eyes. You need to pay attention. Maybe they'll connect it to Elon Musk's Neuralink or something. I don't know.
