This is a YouTube commentary titled "The Government Just Built a Money Printer That Can’t Be Stopped" (posted 2025-08-22T20:30:00Z). A single speaker (labeled SPEAKER A) explains and argues that the recently passed "Genius Act" lets banks issue fully backed stablecoins (backed by treasuries), creating a feedback loop where bank-issued stablecoins, loans, and government debt can circulate back into each other. The speaker links this mechanism to Federal Reserve interest-rate moves, claims it will massively amplify liquidity into risk assets (stocks and crypto, especially altcoins), suggests potential collusion between banks and the government, and promotes a fuller explainer video on their YouTube channel. The excerpt is opinion/analysis about monetary policy, stablecoins, and crypto adoption.

The government is creating a really crazy feedback loop to print money and then specifically take that money and dump it into specifically crypto. Let me show you. Through the Genius Act that just got passed into law, it's law now, it's actual law, banks can now legally create their own digital dollar, its own stablecoin, as long as it's fully backed by safe assets like treasuries. I want you to remember that word treasuries because that's government debt. So basically they could issue their own stablecoin And then they can go buy government debt to make sure that that stablecoin remains one-to-one on its peg. Now here's the thing about stablecoins. If you put $100 into the stablecoin, they give you $100, for example, of USDC or whatever, and then you can go use that for crypto. But what people don't understand is that that $100 you originally gave them, they're allowed to use it to do whatever they want. And this is where it gets really crazy. Listen, none of this really makes sense unless you understand how the current loaning system works. So the Federal Reserve sets something called interest rates, which is the cost to take out loans. So basically when you get your car loan, that interest rate that they charge is set by the Federal Reserve. So essentially if it's higher interest, there's going to be less loans. If it's lower interest, there's going to be more loans, meaning more money in the economy. So when they drop interest rates, that means that there's a lot of money that floods into crypto and stocks. This is really good for risk-on assets like crypto and stocks. So right now the Federal Reserve is basically like, hey, we're dropping interest rates by the end of this year, By probably, you know, half a percentage point, which is really small. But if you take into consideration this feedback loop that I'm talking about, half a percentage is way more than we have ever experienced in the history of all modern finance. The feedback loop multiplies this half a percentage point way more than we ever experienced, because when the bank actually issues loans now, some of that money can flow back into stablecoins, which could be used to buy back government debt. So now we have people potentially taking out loans Giving it to the stablecoin issuer so they can use it for crypto or whatever the case is. I'm sure the bank is going to have incentives for you to use their stablecoin. If you use their stablecoin, now the bank can effectively take your money and put it back into the government. So we're seeing this really weird feedback loop where the government can now basically use debt to buy back government debt if they collude together. If they collude together, what happens is the debt comes from the government, goes to the bank, goes to the person. The person gets out a loan. Now the person can go back into the stablecoin. If they go back into the stablecoin, then the bank can now take the money that was generated from the stablecoin and put it back into the government. So what I see is a lot of money flying into the United States economy through this feedback loop. And the beneficiary of that, the people that benefit, are the ones that are invested in stocks, crypto, and that are part of it, whether the business taking out the loan or the bank. Those people are just going to be able to feedback loop it like crazy. And I really believe that a lot of this money is going to flow into altcoins because this is the new adoption vehicle for the world. I believe the government knows this. I believe they're colluding on purpose, and this will be the thing. That brings mass adoption to cryptocurrency specifically because the more debt they issue, the more they can buy back, the more liquidity gets injected into the system. And I made a full video on my YouTube channel. You guys can watch it. It's kind of complicated.
