In this commentary, the speaker asserts that Kevin Warsh, a powerful figure at the Federal Reserve, personally holds a portfolio of over 40 cryptocurrencies spanning layer‑1, layer‑2, and DeFi tokens, a fact the speaker claims is largely unnoticed. The speaker explains how the Fed’s control of interest rates influences money creation through lending, arguing that anticipated rate cuts—potentially coordinated with former President Trump—will spur borrowing, increase liquidity, and push the S&P 500 to new highs. By contrasting the soaring equity market with a relatively stagnant Bitcoin price, the speaker concludes that crypto assets are severely undervalued and poised for a rally. The narrative ties Warsh’s alleged holdings to broader macro‑economic dynamics, suggesting that his policy influence could indirectly benefit the crypto market.

The man about to control every interest rate in America is holding 40+ cryptocurrencies in his personal portfolio, and almost nobody is talking about it. Now, Kevin Warsh is not like a normal Federal Reserve chair. This man holds, number one, the most powerful position in all of finance. Not only that, but this guy has a massive crypto portfolio. I remember the last time I looked, it was like 40+ cryptos. And these are— it's not just Bitcoin and Ethereum on a safe level. We're talking about layer ones, Layer 2s, DeFi protocols. This is the trenches of crypto finance. You have to comprehend how serious this is. Now, if you don't know what the Fed does, essentially they control a mechanism, a lever called interest rates. Now, the last time I did his projections, it was like 96% of all money in current creation is created by lending and borrowing. And so he influences Rate decisions, and so every time interest rates drop, if we get a downward trajectory, the lower interest rates are, the higher chance people take out loans. If people are taking out loans, that means they're buying houses. That means more liquidity is being injected into the market, and the market is anticipating this. The S&P 500 is blown past all-time high. Look, the SPX is going crazy. Like it both passed all time. Like look at look at this market, and so the SPX is is an index of the top 500 you know stock companies. And I believe this is in anticipation for Kevin Walsh because he is likely going to cut interest rates, like with Trump, in cahoots with Trump. And Trump has been screaming about cutting interest rates for a long time. So if they cut interest rates, that means the cost of borrowing money goes down. That means more people borrow. That means more liquidity injection and more buying. And I believe the market's anticipating that. And so the thing about crypto is that crypto is considered a risk-on asset. Stocks, And crypto are basically, not exactly, but they're basically in the same bucket. And if SPX is at all-time high and Bitcoin's not, that means to me it feels like it's basically, it's undervalued. It feels like crypto right now is extremely undervalued. Just put the pieces of the puzzle together.
