The SEC just triggered the biggest crypto rule change America has seen in 90 years

Alexander Lorenzo and his co-hosts break down the SEC's new Reg Crypto framework, then walk through a portfolio strategy using a formula that ranks coins by pump score minus conviction score. They show how to split a $100,000 portfolio into five $20,000 blocks and consolidate into Bitcoin, Ethereum, and XRP.

So the SEC just triggered the biggest crypto rule change America's probably ever seen in the past 90 years. It's not officially law, but this rule change is very important to your entire altcoin portfolio that you've been avoiding probably for the past 2 months. So my entire 8-year career is staked on this video. I'm going to be showing you guys exactly what's happening to the market and backing it up with extreme credibility. I believe that the entire crypto market has fundamentally shifted and 95% of investors Are going to be on the wrong side of it. I'm going to go into so much detail, it will probably overwhelm you. So please take out your notepad. I have been researching for a long time, crypto for a long time, and this is very important for you, sir, if you're watching this video. This is exactly what we're going to be covering: the players who actually runs crypto regulation right now. We're going to be going over the two tracks right now.
Clarity Act is one of them, but there's like a short-term track when it comes to regulation.
It's called Reg Crypto. We're also going to go over five moves that actually happened this week. They don't actually perfectly connect, but we can put some pieces of the puzzle together to figure out what's going to happen with crypto over the next couple of months. We're going to be looking at OIRA and the ninety-day gate inside of the White House where most people do not know exists. I didn't know it existed before this entire research session I did, and we're going to go over three honest questions no one's talking about, the hidden story that nobody's putting together, and I'm gonna try to do the best I can to explain it to you in a simple way. So if you do not comprehend these concepts, you do not have to worry. I'm going to make it super easy for you to comprehend what's happening with crypto. If you bought a coin on Coinbase, you don't know what to do, I'm going to give you some super clarity in this video, so stay with me. Now please listen to what I'm saying. You can repeat it after me if you need to memorize this, whatever the case is. But we're looking at 5 main regulatory rules, okay? We're looking at something specifically called Reg Crypto, which reached the White House specifically. I'm going to explain what that means. We see SEC shields that are basically on DeFi front ends. This is some breaking news that recently came out in April. Pakistan ends its 8-year crypto ban. The UK locks, locks in its crypto timelines. Been talking about crypto regulation for a long time. They finally came out with official timelines. And eToro buys Zengo, which is infrastructure For wallets, okay? Very important. So important. They could be replacing Swift in the future. Not them specifically, but this business model could be replacing Swift in the future. And there's a lot of companies involved, including XRP, I think. But we're going to look into that in extreme detail. By the end of this video, two things will happen. Listen to what I'm saying. You're either going to see what I'm saying and reposition your portfolio, which I'm going to give you the exact details toward the end of this video, or you're going to ignore me. And we're gonna see who's right, and we'll check the receipts in about 3 months. One of the two are gonna happen. Pick a side. Now, before we get into the actual video, quick thing. We actually have an entire system. If you didn't know, I've been in crypto for 8 years. I turned $7,000 into $8 million online, not just with the altcoin strategy, but the altcoin strategy was a big part of it. And I give you the entire strategy, the thousands of repetitions of me losing millions of dollars in crypto all of the reps put into one checklist for you to research altcoins. I give it away to you for free, like for free. I'm not asking for nothing. And I actually give you even an hour and 10-minute training on how to use the thing. And if you're still lazy and you don't want to do any of that free stuff, then I actually give you the database where I actually executed the strategy. I give you that for free too, where it's already researched. So you have no excuse. Click the link in the pinned comment below or the description. Don't be lazy. You know where the pinned comment is. Click it and get access for free. No payment gateway, no dollar a month, for free. Full training. Go through the process. The biggest crypto rule in the last 90 years just reached the White House. Specifically, the SEC Chair Paul Atkins confirmed Reg Crypto was sent to the OIRA for final review. Listen to what I'm saying. It rewrites pretty much how every crypto project in America is allowed to raise money for their project. Raising money like a startup, like the startup ecosystem in crypto. That variable has been sent to the White House for confirmation from the SEC. A 90-day clock just started, and I'm telling you, most people are not talking about this for whatever reason. And the cool part about it is when they're figuring out the details, the public won't know. So when they're going back and forth trying to figure out the details, the public's not going to understand what's going on until the final ruling is happening. Now, we know that the Clarity Act is here. The Clarity Act is something that everybody's been watching, but this is another variable. It's kind of like regulatory clarity before the Clarity Act. It's kind of like a transition in other areas that the Clarity Act doesn't touch. So this is extremely important. You need to understand the severity of this. For 90 years, one law has controlled how companies raise money in America: the 1933 Securities Act. Built before television, built before computers, built long before crypto existed. In 1933, that's when the actual rules were written. So every crypto project raising money in the United States today is still operating under this law. The problem is that basically Reg Crypto is trying to fix that, okay? So this is literally a piece of regulation that's trying to fix this so that we can raise money in a transparent way. A lot of money, by the way. It's actually very specific numbers. First, let's take a look at the old rules, right? So there's Regulation D, where you can raise an unlimited amount of capital. This is only for rich investors only. And again, this is the old way. Before this week, crypto projects had 3 legal ways, and these are the 3 ways. Now we have Regulation A, raise up to $75 million from anyone. The SEC will review every step, okay?
And obviously it's really slow for crypto specifically.
And then raise up to $5 million with lighter paperwork. This is the crowdfunding rule. The cap is too small for like very big serious projects. So in all 3 categories, it's made for traditional finance, not for cryptocurrency. Now let's look at the proposal, uh, with Paul Atkins.
Let's see what they're talking about.
Now again, none of this is finalized.
They're going to go back and forth and just really like iron out the details.
But discussed by Paul Atkins and the SEC staff, this is what's been publicly said. The proposal is structured as a tiered exemption, not a single cap. Early token offerings, the startup phase, are expected to sit somewhere between Regulation A+ range up to $75 million annually with lighter disclosure, possibly with a lower inter-tier for $25 to $20 million. That's even lighter requirements, and the innovation exemption running alongside is more of a time-limited safe harbor than a hard dollar cap. So you operate under defined guardrails for a set period. Typically, everybody's talking about like a 4-year period, but it could be anywhere from 3 to 5 periods. So kind of like 3 different areas so they can like decentralize.
And there's a whole bunch of rules that are also discussed in the Clarity Act as well.
The thing that makes Reg Crypto different is from Reg A+, it isn't the raise amount, it's the cap that can be scaled up as a project decentralizes and disclosures get lighter rather than heavier. So a mature project that has graduated wouldn't be bumping up into a fixed ceiling the way that a traditional user would. So it gives more freedom to more decentralized projects.
So it's obviously going to incentivize projects to become more decentralized, which is good for us as well.
Now we have to understand what this organization is. It's called the OIRA, the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs. Okay, so every major federal rule passes through the OIRA before it becomes real. They check cost. It's a government body. Okay, they check cost. They get presidential alignment. They handle all the issues. The 90-day timeline is a default. It could take longer. It could take shorter. Nobody really knows.
But the cool part about it is that they're going back and forth and figuring out the specific regulation, and the public will not know. So as soon as they come out, it's going to probably be finalized.
And I'm sure there's going to be arguments and all these things, and they're going to come up with different things. But the point is, is that they're pushing it through. So next 3 months, Watch specifically for this to actually come out. Now here's some hypothetical scenarios. So if you come over here, 5 things can happen. Number 1, 45% odds, and I ran this through Claude specifically to look at different scenarios, like as a statistician. So again, none of this, nobody knows for sure, but here's the odds that this, this AI is—
Opus 4.7, by the way, it's like the new AI. You guys should definitely pay attention to that.
But they're saying that it's going to be a clean pass. So as it is, Reg Crypto gets formally proposed, 60-day public comment period opens, proposed rule could surface within weeks, final rule by late 2026 into 2027. Now obviously that'd be important. Again, let me say it again, this is raising capital for crypto, so clearly that's important.
If that happens towards the end of this year, we don't know if like a full altcoin season is going to explode, but we do know a lot of new projects can start And as we go through this video, you'll see what type of projects can start because there's kind of like a minimum amount of money you probably should have before making these projects. We're going to go into more details.
As you can see, scenario 2, small edits. They ask for a sharper cost-benefit analysis or clearer language.
They edit it, right?
Then there's a 7% odd that it gets returned, 15% odd there's an extended window, and a 3% odds at withdrawal.
This is from Claude.
This is from AI after looking at all the situations looking through history and just really trying to like come up with the best odds possible as a statistician. So this is kind of scenarios for you and your portfolio. All right, so how do you watch this unfold, right?
Like where's the notification when the actual—
like it actually gets done, right?
So there's a cool website that you can go to.
It's actually on this page right here, and there's a public dashboard.
You can actually search it yourself, or you could just tell AI, specifically in Claude, to set up like a scheduled timer So a scheduled timer will literally go and look like every day. You can do that.
I actually do that with Cowork for some other workflows, but you can actually set it up and then it will watch it directly and you can see all the information that you need on this screen specifically.
So reg crypto isn't happening in a vacuum because, you know, we're talking about this regulation specifically, but there's also other things that are happening in the world that could push America towards more regulation, right? Each one Majors, like it's a major story on its own, but altogether kind of tells a different story. So that's basically what I'm trying to put out here, right?
The SEC just pulled DeFi front ends. This is a big story, right? So DeFi front ends are like the website you use.
People don't know this, but in DeFi there's like a backend where all of the mechanics work, right? So for example, when you do a swap, there's smart contracts that make that happen, but there's a frontend to where you can see the visuals. Right?
It's— people don't know this in crypto.
It's actually one of the best features of smart contract platforms and autonomous platforms, because they are autonomous. Like, a smart contract executes by itself to a certain extent. It's not fully autonomous, but it does.
A really cool feature is that you can mix different front ends with the back end. So the front end part, DeFi front ends, are out of this broker-dealer trap. There's like really bad definition that they've been putting out of a broker-dealer.
That really like regulates crypto out of existence.
And on April 13th, the SEC formally said crypto websites and wallet makers do not have to register as broker-dealers. This is officially from the SEC. A 5-year shield while permanent rules get written. Okay, it's a 5-year shield and then we're going to write out the permanent rules. We're waiting for the Clarity Act.
We're waiting for all these things.
So Under the old interpretation, even a self-custody wallet would be counted as a broker. Registering means millions in compliance lost, mandatory capital, and FINRA membership. American DeFi itself would have died if we actually looked at the old way that they actually, you know, regulated it under the Biden administration. We don't know where exactly where it came from, but this new rule gives clarity to all of the front-end DeFi applications This is really big, and I think it's a good coincidence lining up with what's happening right now with crypto reg. Now, if we focus on the other side of the world, Pakistan just ended an 8-year crypto ban. And obviously, you know, Pakistan is a big story, but in my opinion, it's not really about Pakistan, right? So their population right now, with legal access to licensed crypto rails, which is the 5th largest globally, is 259 million people, okay? Now they have payment remittances, and we have statistics and numbers here. Annual remittance flows projected $41 billion in 2026, and that's the 7th largest globally. And they're removing the crypto ban. Listen to what I'm saying. World Bank global average remittance fee is 6%. So as you can imagine, right, they're going to use crypto now. I also think it's kind of a— not a coincidence, but I don't think it's ironic This is happening with the war as well, right? So like we've talked about this before in the past in my short-form content that, you know, Iran specifically are creating like a shadow banking system to bypass, you know, remittances, right? So this is a whole new market that has been opened up to crypto specifically, and they had an 8-year crypto banking ban. So I think the timing is impeccable, and I think it really shows how important the infrastructure for crypto is. How important it is to countries that are kind of desperate. That's a good concept to understand because a lot of people, they do things in seasons where like everything's flourishing, you're doing whatever you want. But in the times of scarcity and times of need, people pick the best option. And so this is a clear signal, like crypto clearly is the best option, is the best technology, because all the countries in distress right now, and Iran and different things in a war, are specifically adopting crypto to bypass American sanctions. Does that make sense? Not only in Pakistan, but we also have the UK. So the UK finally gave crypto firms a calendar. We've been waiting for the UK to put out an actual calendar for a long time, and now we have one. Here's the calendar: September 30th, 2026, FCA authorization gateway opens. You see right here, applications close on February 28th, 2027. And then we have all this going on. I think the timelines, they're not as relevant because they could change them. I think the main point is, is that we've been waiting for this for a long time and they put out a public timeline. So again, everybody's schedule is being expedited. Everybody's being forced to make moves because crypto is being adopted with or without you. I think that's the main point people have to catch here, right? For the past 2 years, UK firms were in limbo. Everyone knew the rules were coming, but nobody knew when. They kept putting out these public statements that they're going to come out with rules, they're going to regulate crypto. But they put out an official timeline. I personally think that's very important, and I think it lines up with everything that we're talking about. Regulation is happening. You just have to read between the lines and look at all the details and stop looking at Twitter, right? Stop looking at Twitter for crazy stuff all the time. Now, one of the biggest ones in my opinion that recently happened is eToro just bought Zengo, and obviously they have a brand, but they're looking for the key shares. So eToro acquired Zengo, bringing the MPC multi-party computation, which is a wallet technology that was built in-house. The MPC splits a private key into pieces across devices. So you could have, like, for example, one person holding half your private key and another person holding the private key over there, and then they come together to complete the private key to get access to the funds, right? Now, I think it's interesting because we have eToro getting involved, right? That's eToro, right? The point is, is that this is like an infrastructure play. And under this, whoever— well, the people that use the MPC are Fireblocks, BitGo, Copper, Anchorage. The entire institutional custody stack is becoming the default for how large money is being held in cryptocurrency. So we could have a world where private keys are not a thing anymore. It could be specifically this kind of fractionalized private key thing, which if you ask me, kind of sounds pretty cool. I think I'll probably adopt it in the near future. But I think the main story here of what I'm trying to explain is that eToro is trying to become an institutional player at the custody layer. And there's a lot of fees involved with that, a lot of things happening on blockchain that they could take advantage of.
There's fee structures.
Honestly, just holding the physical capital in their, in their software is a big power move. It's a lot of data, a lot of different things that give them a huge advantage.
And if you guys know what eToro is, it's like one of the first, like, stock— I think it might be the first.
I remember I did a long research session on eToro in the past. It could have been like the first or second online stock trading kind of venue.
It was like one of the most popular ones.
So I think that's interesting and I think it's a story that people need to pay attention to. So before we keep going, what I want to do is take all these stories and kind of paint you a picture of what it means for your portfolio and like how it can actually benefit you or not benefit you depending on who you are and how you actually like use this for real profit. The market is probably going to spend the next 12 months catching up to what I'm about to say in the next 20 minutes, I need you to pay attention, really understand what I'm saying, and try to put the pieces together. This is like me trying to take wisdom and apply it to the current situations happening now, and I've been in crypto for a while. Um, so yeah, take notes. Um, and not only that, there's one more thing. We're actually going to be doing a complete breakdown in my community, and I'm going to give you access to it, of how I'm recalibrating my portfolio. So essentially, obviously we were waiting for altcoin season. That didn't happen for the first time in crypto history. And so I actually have a strategy to where you can recoup your losses, either break even and make profit on your old trades. I didn't buy the top, but I bought a little bit too early, right? All those old trades, you can make profit or break even. And then being that you have profit or break even, you could take advantage of this entire bottom of the market to accumulate extremely cheap And low coins. Okay, so I'm going to break down the exact step-by-step process towards the end of this video. The exact coins I'm selling, the exact coins I'm buying, the exact type of coin I'm hunting right now, and the entire full recalibration framework will be disclosed in this video at the end of the video. So the first point I want to make is talking about Reg Crypto. So it's not built for a new crypto launch, right?
It's built for somebody that has a lot of money.
So the reality is that Reg crypto comes with compliance costs. The industry doesn't advertise it, but let's go through like what it requires. The first thing is security lawyers, Big 4 auditors, okay, 100-page disclosure documents. It also has graduation reviews in year 4 and year 5. So that basically means does it graduate as an actual decentralized blockchain?
You got to pay for that. You got to pay for the actual reviews, okay?
In 2018, anyone with a blog post can launch a coin. This is why we had the ICO bubble. Now you have to get all these things and estimations that it costs like $2 million. So for all of that regulatory compliance, the lawyers, everything, that entire process is fairly expensive. So that tells us what type of coins— listen to what I'm saying— what type of coins that we can start accumulating. Probably not focus— if, if this, uh, you know, this actually passes, if Reg Crypto passes, probably not going to focus on 2 like super small coins anymore, right? I could with smaller bags, but I'm going to take seriously the people that actually go through this process, the projects that actually go through this process, right? I'm going to add to my fundamental analysis checklist once we actually come out with the exact details. So as soon as it comes out, I have a checklist on how I research coins. I'm going to add it to that checklist, and that's going to increase the quality of my pick, right? So if that— if they go through this process, they have the capital to do it, they're actually setting up the infrastructure to do this the right way, obviously that's going to be higher likelihood to put more cash in it, or whatever the case. I can either put more cash in it or a higher chance of me actually buying it, if that makes sense. So this is important. This is so important to your— all of your research. It's important. You need to know this regulation, and it's, it's going to happen probably before the Clarity Act. Now here's another really interesting point when it comes to the actual DeFi front end. So we talked about how, you know, regulation is coming to the DeFi front end specifically. It actually forces you to be like in the United States, which is really interesting. Okay. They ask you to operate openly in the United States, which means every protocol that takes the exemption has to put their name in and publicly verify who they are. Its team, its jurisdiction on record with the SEC. The front ends that operated quietly for years, they have to identify themselves, right? So do you see what's happening? So they're, they're kind of putting a little gateway with how much capital you need to have to keep up with all the regulation. And then they're also saying that you have to be public. All the issues that crypto has had for so long. It's not a bad thing, it's a good thing. In my research process, I avoid anonymous teams because most of them are scam rug pulls. So now we have kind of this barrier of entry that the SEC is setting. This is not a bad thing. What you have to comprehend is that I am a very high-risk trader. Some of you are very, very high-risk traders. You don't even know it. Some of you think that you're trading normally. You have no idea how high-risk you're trading. Like, you have no idea. If you go to Wall Street or any of these traditional firms, you saying that you're investing in a coin with $100K liquidity, they're going to laugh at you. You saying you're investing in a coin with $2 million liquidity, they're gonna still laugh. They're gonna call you a scammer, okay? Crypto is extremely high risk. So with these new standards, it's allowing the traditional investors, the ones that are extremely low risk— man, you guys don't even know, low risk normal in today's day and age is like 15% a year returns. That's normal.
Some of you are looking for 100% returns per trade.
Right? So normal can now look at crypto in a legitimate way. We have real identity verification, and we also have like a kind of threshold to launch coins when it comes to capital requirements and regulation. So this is not— I repeat, it's not a bad thing. You just kind of got to get with it and let go of this whole thing that crypto is going to save your life. It's not going to save your life. It can make you a ridiculous amount of money, If you play your cards right and stop thinking that it's going to somehow like break you out of a system that doesn't even exist, the construct's in your head. What it can do though is make you a lot of money. Freedom doesn't come from money. It doesn't even come from crypto, but it can make you a lot of money. So if you get your mind right and you invest with them, with the big liquidity, you can eat, right? That's the point of all of this is that this changes our actual investment process when it comes to the altcoins. It changes everything. This is why when it comes to the course, because I got a community, we change it so fast. This is why the live Q&As are so important, because I could say something in one live Q&A 2 weeks ago and then it completely changed in the next 2 weeks. This is why being up to date is so— so I told my community the other day, I was like, bro, stop watching my old videos. How about instead you set up Claude to scrape all of the data? Because Claude is crazy. Opus 4.6 is crazy. Scrape all the data And then just ask it exactly what you would have asked me, and you'll get a pretty detailed answer. You go through that list, bring that list to the live Q&A, and then I'll update it with like my new thoughts on what's going on, and then you get the answer directly, right? We're living in the future, bro. Even watching videos itself is probably going to be outdated in a couple— like, you could just get the information fast. You can just get an answer immediately, right? So crypto moves fast. You need to move fast too. You cannot just avoid your portfolio. You cannot just make excuses. You have to adapt. Some of you are still stuck at being butthurt because you bought a coin that didn't work out for you. You need to adapt. Stop crying. Make something happen, okay? Some of you are using a strategy from your homeboy from 2 years ago. You need to adapt. Why would you want the old stuff, right? It doesn't make sense. Everything's changing in real time. You need to take hold of your future. And that's another thing I've been talking about. I was writing some short-form written like content and I'm like, bro, like we are in a generational— like everybody hears these words and then like it just becomes like normalized. Like you're like, I've heard that many times, like XRP is going to save my future and like all that. It's getting normalized. Like you forget, you're forgetting that it really is the infrastructure of the next 100 years. Conceptualize that for a second. Take a second, take a second back and think about what I just said. Like, just think about that. The next 100 years, we're talking about your kids, your kids' kids, and your kids' kids' kids are probably going to be using the payment infrastructure blockchain technology that's being established right now. It is the most important thing on your radar regardless if you lost money or not. Some of you are in pain because you lost money and you don't even want to look at crypto because you lost money and it hurts. But it's still even more important than your pain. If you could just zoom out and stop thinking about yourself, you could take advantage of this. Like, get up. Like, you lost money, whoop-de-doo. We all thought there was gonna be an altcoin season. There wasn't an altcoin season. Get up. I made the mistake too. Get up. Who cares? Who are you gonna blame? You wanna blame someone? Okay. How long are you gonna take in blaming somebody else until you realize that the blame never got you anything out of it? Like, how long is it going to take you? A week? How— you're going to blame your friend for telling you to buy a coin at the wrong time for a week, 2 weeks? How much thoughts are occupied in your brain, in your brain right now, of trying to blame someone else when you can replace those thoughts with action that actually makes you money right now? Like, how much, how much data does it take for you to realize that that's stupid and it's the main reason why you've been broke your entire life? And if you've been programmed to blame other people, how long does it take? There's a certain point where it has to crack, where you take a hold of your future and you change. So no, if you feel like blaming somebody else, tell yourself to shut up, stop talking, I need to make money and change. That's the truth. Some of you are so caught up In an individual scenario from 2 months ago, or in a research process from 4 years ago, or a thought process that was inherited from your parents because they dealt with scarcity and lack that you don't want to change. And that's the thing that's holding you down, and you need to let go of that. So that's my— and I'm on a rant here, I'm sorry. I'm just— it just pisses me off. Like, like, shut up. Like, for real. Like, tell yourself to shut up. Not me telling you to shut up. Like, tell yourself to shut up, stop thinking about the negative things, and move forward. So to just sum everything up with you, we have regulation on other sides of the world with Europe, right? They're actually putting out timelines. We have RegCrypto that's happening in the short term, the Clarity Act that's happening in the long term. These are all regulations. Seems like it's very timely that all of them are coming together because of the Iran war. Iran's creating like a shadow dollar system to bypass, you know, American sanctions. We have this domino effect of other countries being forced to adopt crypto because of the war issues. We have Pakistan lifting an 8-year crypto ban, right? All of these kind of regulatory pieces to allow crypto to flourish in some way, shape, or form, right? Are you not catching it? Put 2 and 2 together, right? They didn't get the Clarity Act. Now we have these things coming out. It's very clear that crypto is going to be the next infrastructure of our entire payment system, monetary system. And this is going to be something that we are going to, like, for the next 100 years, are going to have to answer for. Like, I want you to think about your children, like, hey Dad, what were you doing around that time? And I hope it's not like I was making excuses about the issues that I had a month ago or 2 months ago. I hope it's not like, oh man, I was blaming somebody else for my crypto losses. I hope it's something along the lines of I got up, I made something happen, I recouped my losses, And I won, and I took advantage of this massive shift, this massive wealth shift that's happening real time right in front of your eyes. So for the remainder of this video, like I promised, I'm going to be giving you guys the complete full strategy from my live Q&A on how to recoup losses, break even, etc., etc. Okay, the entire thing. I just snipped it from my live Q&A.
You have it.
If you want access to all the live Q&As so you can train your Claude bot or just like go through the course, whatever you want. It's probably over 300-400 videos, everything. The link is in the pinned comment below. It takes you through a free training. So even if you don't want to go into the course, fine, takes you through a free training, hour and 10 minutes. It gives you my altcoin trading strategy, okay, the actual strategy. You're given that for free. And it also gives you the altcoin database, okay, pretty much everything you need to at least get started with your crypto journey or at least recoup the losses on your crypto journey. I tried to put it All in this video, so take advantage.
Thank you guys for watching. Catch you later. We're portfolio balancing. So the goal here is to reestablish different type of coins so that you could prolong through this bear market, try to break even or make some profit or even lose a little bit so you can take advantage of this next cycle because there's going to be a cycle. Like it's just a little bit prolonged. We know that there's too much research backing it. There's too much institutional plays. Not only that, but the entire you know framework of like modern money is being changed. Like, we know that, it's very obvious. So we want to be positioned in the bear market to make the most money, to accumulate the best altcoins. So what we're looking at here is Bitcoin, like, has recently been doing pretty well. Um, and I said it specifically in a post and a live Q&A that I'm looking at this range specifically. So I'm looking at $80K to $85K. I extended it a little bit So if you want to get super specific, $79K to $86K, maybe $87K, will be like my range of when I'm going to recalibrate, recalibrate my portfolio completely. So I'm not going to get caught up into the hype where the market's going to go up from here and never come back down. Um, from everything of regulation that I have been looking at, it looks like We still got some time, maybe early 2027. I'm not going to get pump faked, and even if I do get pump faked, I'll still be holding coins, so I'm still able to make money. So in this strategy we talked about before is the best of both worlds. So if the market does go up and we go into a full-on bull cycle, I'm still going to be holding good coins that will make me money. If it does end up being a like a long like market does come right back down. Then I will be out of worst of the worst coins. This is your opportunity to pull out your altcoin list. You don't have to do dollar amounts right now, but pull out your altcoin list. I'm literally going to show you in real time and do it right in front of your face how I'm going to recalibrate it. So pull it out and actually pull out Claude too. So if you have Claude, pull out Claude, pull out your altcoin list. You can have it written down, I don't care, but like have it in Claude preferably. I think it's very obvious why we didn't have an altcoin season. I think it's very, like, clear as day, but the regulation was blocked and prolonged. All regulation that you currently see right now has nothing to do with Bitcoin. Zero. Everything— the Clarity Act, everything that's being prolonged— all has to do with altcoins being created, launched, and clear in law. All of them. So it's very clear that that inhibited our current altcoin season. Which, if that's true, then it's very clear that it will— there, there will be another altcoin season. I believe that fully. So yeah, I mean, this is a weird cycle, but it's obvious why it got hindered. So yeah, so that's to answer the first question, which is yes, I believe there's gonna be another altcoin season because they're the most superior form of technology on the face of the planet. They're establishing the rules, and the regulation inhibited it before. And then the second one is bear cycle. The reason I do believe we are in a bear cycle Is because we have the big— the Bitcoin halving timeline is so spot on, it's crazy.
People that—
people are saying Bitcoin halving is not a thing. It's like, it's spot on. It's literally exactly what was supposed to play out according to the Bitcoin halving. So, I mean, I believe it, but like, I'm— what I'm— what I'm really meant to say is I'm willing to bet on that is what I'm really meant to say. I'm willing to put up money for that. Yeah. It's like, yeah, I believe that we are in a bit— like, if we move up here, I believe everything was inhibited by the by the Clarity Act, and the Clarity Act shows no signs, no signs. Like I said, it's it's not gonna happen probably anytime soon. Some people are saying it could be pushed to 2030. Like I don't believe that, but I just don't think it's gonna happen. So yeah, I think like kind of my original timeline beginning of 2027, maybe we can see a spark. But we have if I'm not mistaken. I think it's April 2028. We have the Bitcoin halving from the next one. It's projected because we don't know the exact timeline. So according to that, and we'll probably rerun the numbers, kind of irrelevant for the topic I want to talk about today. But according to that, the momentum should pick up like beginning of 2027, according to that. So if the Bitcoin halving is in, you know, 2028, then 2027, we did this before. 2027, beginning of 2027 is when the momentum will pick up. That's usually how it historically happens. We all know history doesn't— like, it's clear history doesn't always repeat, but I would willing to—
that's just gonna—
I'm gonna bet on that timeline. I'm gonna bet on that timeline, if that makes sense. And either way, like, again, I want everybody to understand this. Either way, I'm holding coins, so I am not getting rid of— the strategy I'm doing for myself is not getting rid of 100% of my coins. But accumulation, accumulation of the right types of coins. So in both scenarios, if we run to a bull market, I'm gonna be good. I'm gonna make money. And if we do run into a bear market, I'm gonna be holding very safe coins that will come back, that will come back, if that makes sense. My goal is not to tell you what to do with your money, right? So my goal is to like, I'm telling you what I believe and then how I'm gonna pivot through that. Now, doesn't mean I'm 100% right. I've been wrong many times before, right? But that's, that's what I believe until it changes. And so there's something foundational that changes. So I believe in liquidity, but I believe specifically in crypto. I've gotten burned way too many times because I let this concept go of the Bitcoin halving. I believe the Bitcoin halving narrative of it dying is relevant in our current situation. But it's blown out of proportion. I believe it is relevant. It's very clear it's relevant, like very clear. But it is not like the halving cycles are not there. That's not true. We did a Bitcoin halving price prediction video, like almost on the day. If you guys were there for it, if you witnessed that almost on the day the market dropped. So I believe it is relevant. So if that's relevant, that means that next Bitcoin halving anticipation should lead to an altcoin cycle within crypto. Within, or at least a Bitcoin cycle, not an altcoin cycle, a Bitcoin cycle within crypto, within crypto. And then if that is true, then I believe if the Clarity Act passes and regulation is not inhibited to 2030, which I highly doubt will happen, then we'll have our altcoin cycle. We need regulatory clarity and we need Bitcoin momentum. I believe that, and that's my official thesis. And for that, that is, that comes, that's why I made the official decision where I am going to rebalance my portfolio. Again, coming back over here, this is the range specifically. This is relief rally territory. I made an entire post in school that went over the historical relief rallies and specifically what the percentages look like. And according to the math, this is my range. And so what typically— if I give you kind of the overview perspective of what I'm going to do, I'm going to essentially split up The entire— listen, this is where we have everybody.
Everybody ready?
Everybody good?
Can we put ones in the chat, make sure everybody's locked in?
So step 1, you take the total USD value of the coins you don't want. All right, you take all— you get a list of all your coins, you take the total USD value of the coins that you do not want. Personally, I'm just going to split it into 5 equal portions. So let's say hypothetically the coins I don't want is USD value Adds up to $100,000. I'm going to split it into $20,000 allotments, and as we move up, I don't have specific price like exact prices right now because it's impossible to do that. But as we go up, I'm going to get rid and consolidate right now to three coins. Now we can go into the details. Don't freak out on me, but these are the three coins: Bitcoin, Ethereum. XRP. That's it. I'm going to probably put more into Ethereum than any of the 3 coins, but I'm accumulating those 3. And it's very clear with regulation that they have something that nobody else has. There's actually 14 projects specifically when it comes to regulation that are solid, but these are obviously the best 3, not only regulatory perspective but also business competitiveness. And they're the safest coins. That's it. All right, so I said I take out US, the— and then I'm going to show you how exactly I'm going to be taking out of each coin. So I'm going to take it out, recalibrate it to those 3 coins. Now before we get into the next part, because it's going to get a little complex, do you guys see what I mean now? So we can break this down simple style. Do you see what I mean when I say if the market keeps going up, I'm still good? So if the market's— so right here, what I'm saying, what I'm basically saying is I'm getting rid of almost all my coins And consolidating them to three coins, right? I'm actually consolidating and de-risking. So like, I don't know. I'll give you the numbers when I do it. But it would be like five separate cells: one cell, two cell, three cells, four cell, five cells within this range. And then if I had a hundred thousand USD value, let's say I'm gonna put fifty thousand into those three coins, keep fifty thousand cash. This just is a hypothetical. It's not exact numbers. I'll tell you as I do it. Okay?
Now, now that you guys catch that in your brain, who do you guys understand?
If it keeps going up, I'm still good. Do you guys do you guys understand that? So the reason why I still make money is because let's say I have a hundred k that I got rid of, right? And the and the altcoins.
Now I have fifty grand into three coins: Bitcoin, Ethereum, and XRP. If the market still goes, goes up, that means my Bitcoin position, my Ethereum position, and my XRP position are going to go up.
Does that make sense? I'm going to make money off that. So all of those losses that I could have accrued from buying too early will be offset and profit will be made. Does that make sense? Now, the other scenario, if it goes down, which I believe is more likely will happen, I believe this is more likely. If we do go down after reconsolidating and de-risking my portfolio—
reconsolidation means switch coins, de-risk means take money out into USD— so after doing both in this range here, if the market goes down, does everybody understand why I'm good?
Okay, I'm good. Now, who doesn't understand Why I'm good? Who doesn't understand it? I'm good. I'm still gonna make money. How is that true? Who can explain? Who can explain how I'm still gonna make money?
You're probably gonna buy some bear-proof coins, some more bear-proof coins like Bitcoin and Ethereum and XRP.
Collect them while they're low.
Easy.
And not only that, but I'm gonna use my risk management. Strategy to accumulate heavier and heavier. So I just de-risked and I just consolidated. Market goes down, small buy. And these are not the exact price points, these are hypotheticals, please bear with me. Depending on how far the market goes down, small buy, bigger buy, bigger buy, biggest buy. So when the market rebounds, this biggest buy makes up for all of these losses. Does that make sense? So, Alex, I've got a question. Go ahead, Omar. So what if most of your portfolio are actually those 3 coins? Then you just re-de-risk on the ones you don't like. Okay. You could, or you could do 2 things. You can consolidate the ones you don't like, and then you could de-risk even on those if you feel led. If you feel like the market is going to go down, there's nothing wrong at selling at a loss. People have to understand this in their head. When it comes to any decision, it's not about the past; it's about the future. So, Omar, if you make the official decision, like you know, I really do believe we're going to continue to go down, then it might be wise to de-risk 20% and be okay with it. Like that's okay. There's no, and you could blow your mind, Omar. You could de-risk 20%, be wrong, and still be happy, and you'll still make money. But what you don't want to do is you believe that it was going to go down, but you held because you. You just want to hold. And then like, that sucks. That means that you can't follow through with what you believe, right? That's worse than losing money because then you never develop a consistent track record. So in that case, what I would recommend is you get rid of the coins you really don't like, and then if you want to make the decision on de-risk and then follow through— if you, you write it plain, like, I'm going to de-risk, and then once you make that decision, you follow through. You just do it. Even if it hurts, I don't care. Does that make sense? All right, cool. Any other questions? That was a good question, actually. A really good question. Any other questions? Going once.
So, Alex.
Yes, sir. Question.
Yep.
At what point are you, uh, at what point are you buying the Altcoins, the higher risk altcoins again, or are you holding the Bitcoin, Ethereum, and XRP through what would look like the bull cycle?
No, that's a good question.
That's a really good question. So my main strategy is high risk altcoins. It's always been. It's where I make the most money. It's easy to hold Bitcoin, Ethereum, and XRP. It's hard to get like get the 50 to 100 Xs. That's the part that like makes everything. Super, super lucrative. So I will always accumulate the low risk altcoins. At what point's a good question. So if you look at historical cycles, I've made very— this is one of my, my favorite subjects. Typically hype cycles come out and go— not exactly, but the model is Bitcoin momentum first, Ethereum momentum second, then we get hype cycles. That's typically what it does. I don't believe that's going to happen without regulatory clarity. So I need, I need the Clarity Act. For me, I need the Clarity Act. I'm not going to get crazy until I get the Clarity Act. So that's important. Does that make sense? So that's kind of the win-win. It looks like— we don't know for sure— looks like the Clarity Act maybe the beginning of next year, and the Bitcoin having momentum beginning of next year. That's—
and that doesn't mean I'm going to buy the highest altcoins.
That means that that could be the starting point of momentum to start to build. And then at a certain point midway through the momentum, I'll start accumulating the altcoins. Here's one more thing I want to answer for people that might be— it's like on the same subject. Here's another thing I want to answer because I feel like people are thinking this. Here's another thing that you have to grasp for some of your altcoins that you guys are holding. You don't know if the altcoins you're holding are going to bypass regulation. That's another thing. So for the high-risk altcoins, some of you, I'm just going to hold and not do nothing. Sure, do that if you want. But how do you know that the new regulatory rules Are going to coincide with your altcoins? You don't. That's the point. It's extreme uncertainty. This is why I don't. I never adopted a set and forget strategy ever in my life. I always sell for this exact reason because you don't know vast majority of the coins last altcoin cycle that did well and did hundred x's did nothing. Look at Polkadot, one of the most well-established coins in the entire market. Like is is like basically not a rug, but that thing is trash. Bad. So I highly suggest everybody pull a fire under your butt. Make a decision, bro. Make a decision. Seriously, because you don't know if the coins you're holding are going to bypass regulation. You have no idea. And according to the rules of what I've been researching, it's they're putting in the regular. There's something called crypto reg, which is like a precursor to the Clarity Act that we just did this entire video on. Like crazy research report. Crypto reg just went got put into. I forgot what is it? It's like the OICT or something like that. Basically, there's a company or an organization within the government, and they're looking at these exact parameters. So, for example, one, one exact parameter is you have to have like a stack of regulatory compliance, including lawyers, this whole thing that costs approximately $2 million. So a project just getting started has to fund all of that. $2 million. Some of these coins don't have $2 million in the liquidity pool.
Right.
So that's kind of like a filter that the SEC's imposing before the Clarity Act even passes. Potentially, they haven't finalized the rules. It's in the next 90 days, but that's like one of them. Another one is crypto front-end. So DeFi has front ends and back ends.
And so a front end is what you see.
It's basically the interface. So the SEC is also proposing— they're coming out with a rule, actually, I think it was April 13th, where all DeFi front ends have to register their identity. So they have to go and then say where they are and what country they operate from.
So all of the anonymous projects are like, if your project that you're holding doesn't do this, that's another filter.
They're probably not going to tap into any liquidity from institutional money or real investors. So these are kind of 2 parameters that weeds out a lot of projects, a lot that are, we don't know for sure, are the permanent parameters. We don't know. But based off of the gauges, what I'm saying is there's so much uncertainty. So I would recommend that everybody take what I'm saying serious and put aside your— the issues and like just listen to what I'm saying, right? Take what I'm saying serious. Like, it might be wise to reconstruct your portfolio during this time. Any other questions? What about the 18 coins classified as commodities?
I think it's 14, Alan.
I don't know if it's 18. And yes, correct, those 14 are good. That's the point I'm trying to make. Like, there is a list, and there's— I think it's 14. I don't know if it's 18. Maybe I'm wrong about that. Um, and I'll give you guys the list, but it's like, it's the ones that you already know. It's like, I think it's like XLM, XRP, HBAR, Bitcoin, Ethereum. Like, we know like the main ones. Um, I forgot, we can get a list, uh, real quick. Uh, Alan or Jesse, can you generate a list for everybody? And so just because they're past the clarity, personally, I don't believe They're bear market resilient still. Not only do they have to pass the regulation, in my opinion, I think they also have to be good business models. And then some of them are. I'm not saying they're not, but I just— I'll bet on— I'm just going to keep it conservative. Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP.
That's—
I'm just gonna keep it conservative. Any other questions? Good question. That's actually a really good question. Yeah, he's right. So there's like— it's very difficult and complex to understand, but there are like 14 to 18 projects that have been classified as commodities guaranteed. And no matter what regulation comes out, they're good. They're good to go. And so that might be like something that people can focus on if they want to. 16.
Okay.
Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, Dogecoin, Cardano, Avalanche, Chainlink, Polkadot, Hedera Hashgraph, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash. If you touch Bitcoin Cash, you don't belong in this community. I'm just joking. It's bad. Bad joke. Bad joke. It's a fake Bitcoin. It's fake Bitcoin. Alright. Shiba Inu, Stellar, Tezos, Aptos.
Okay.
There you go. There's your list.
There's also 2 more. that were mentioned in the, um, I think library credits, right?
Library credits.
Yeah, that's how grand.
I feel like they just did that to get past the lawsuit. They had like a lawsuit and they just, yeah. So don't buy library credits in my opinion, not financial advice. All right, don't do that. But you see how the list is not perfect. Like just because they've passed regulatory clearance doesn't mean they're good businesses. So like, I think you should just be conservative, everybody. All right, any other questions? These are like, I think these are banger topics. Really good topics. I think this is gonna— these topics are gonna help people really remember like what's gonna happen. So I'm good. I'm glad we're talking about this. Anything else? All right, going once, twice, three times. All right, let's get into it. So now you know my official decision. I want regulatory clearance. I'm letting go of the bad picks and letting go of my past. I'm reconsolidating into a new structured portfolio based off of regulation and bear market. Scenarios. That's my my official take. Now, does everybody understand the concept? If the market goes up, I'm good. And does everybody understand the concept? If the market goes down, I'm good. Who doesn't understand that? Going once, twice. All right, everyone understands it going up. Everyone said so. We're good here. We should DJ. What you got? Um, just a question. So are you using regulatory clarity? As a sign of the alt cycle? And if that does not happen, what is your plan? So number one, I think it's very unlikely it won't happen. Very unlikely. Extremely unlikely. Number 2, if it doesn't happen, at least we got a list of 14 that we know are good, right? So I believe it's very unlikely it will happen, but if we, if we don't, well, at least we got a list of 14 that outcompetes the S&P 500. By a lot. So we're good there. And I do believe the regulation is the main priority over the altcoin cycle and the invitation— the inhibition of the altcoin cycle. I think it's the main determining factor. Hopefully that answers your question. Does that answer your question? Yes, it does.
Thank you. Yeah, no problem.
Thank you for the question.
Alright, let's get into the meat.
against some meat. So Claude is beautiful. I hope you guys are using it. I really do. But I have a portfolio reconstruction plan here. Here's some of the altcoins I've been accumulating over the past, I think, like year or so. And so I'm going to break down right in front of you how I'm going to research it. Now, what I want to do here is not like— I'm not doing a complete— this is a— this is what I call a, like, a rough draft session. I don't know. I don't really— I don't really call it anything. So typically I go through a process. Before finalizing any process, I go over it again and then I go over it again. So this is like the first attempt at it. Does that make sense? Does everybody understand that this is not final? Does everybody understand that? Okay, and everybody's gonna freak out, start tweaking with their portfolio, right? So this is what I'm gonna do. This is my methodology framework and it can change and I update you guys as we go through it. So the first thing I'm going to do is I'm going to basically rate each of the coins that I want to get rid of. On a scale of 1 to 10 from 2 different variables. So you can write this down if you want to. The first variable is how much conviction I have in the coin. This is very important, right? How many conviction I have, like, how much do I actually like this coin? Now, conviction can only be made by what? It starts with an R. Who can say what is conviction built off of? It starts with an R. Research.
Research.
So that means that we're doing an initial research process, but I'm going to dive deep into each one of these projects individually before I rate it.
Does that make sense? Okay, now the pump— what I mean by that is how much it pumped since the bottom, the recent bottom. So what does that mean? So for example, if we have a coin that from its bottom is up 80%, and then we have another coin from its bottom that's up 20%, right?
I want to get rid of the one that has 80% up.
Why?
Because I'm in more Of a win than I am with a 20% one. I'd rather sell that one last into the momentum because remember the initial strategy of what I'm trying to pull off. I don't know where the other line went. I don't know where the other line went. I think it's like right here. It's it's 80,000 to 85,000, 79,000 to 85,000. So within here, remember we're going to pick up momentum. So what's going to happen is some of the altcoins that are lagging are eventually probably going to pick back up.
So the lagging ones, the super lagging ones, I want to sell last.
The ones that caught the momentum early, I want to sell first. Does everybody understand that concept? So if we look at how to rate this, the ones that have the highest pump will have a higher score. Does that make sense? And the ones that have a higher conviction score will actually have a lower conviction score. And I'll give you guys the exact. So let me let me back.
So I have.
So the perf. Let me explain the perfect scenario. So the perfect scenario of a sell is something that I have zero conviction for, but has pumped a lot since the bottom. Does that make sense? I do not like the coin, but it's up a lot since the bottom. That's the one I want to get rid of first. Does that make sense? Does anybody have any questions? Going once, twice, three times. Sold. Are you sure? You guys get it? Okay. So I'm gonna do let's say a hypothetical 100K. So I'm gonna explain that. So for this scenario, what I want to do is I want to sell the perfect scenario. So I want I basically want to build this into a list of the coins that I'm going to sell first. The coins that I want to sell first are the ones that have the least conviction but have pumped the most since the bottom. Do you understand? We're going to go through and rate each individual part, and at the end of this, we're going to basically make a list of all the coins so we know exactly what to sell first. Does everybody hear me with the prompt? You guys heard me, right? Okay, I just wanna make sure everybody hears it. So there it is. Now, beauty of Claude, or I think Mark was like putting us onto this browser tool. He could just take this and put it in the browser. It's the same thing. But the beauty of these AI tools is that you could do the research in real time.
So we're gonna do a rough draft research.
Quickly, quickly, like a paragraph, and pre-fill it in. We're gonna pre-fill it in, get a list, and then I'm gonna hold myself accountable to going into deeper research into each individual coin later. Does that make sense? Everybody got it? Who doesn't understand? Before we get into this research session, I hope you guys got your coins pulled up. Put in a 5 in the chat if you got your coins pulled up in an AI or something.
Put a 5 in the chat.
Come on. All right, good, good. Now real quick, just be honest, like forget all like Alex is smart or like, like anyone, whatever. Isn't this kind of like the accurate methodology? Does anybody have any other rating that would increase the likelihood of success logically? Like this is kind of— it feels like this the right way to go, correct? Because you can make decisions logically. Like, it doesn't have to be perfect. Like, you can— you guys can make a decision. Like, you could say logically, before I put my shoe in the— my foot in the shoe, I want to pull up the tongue. You don't know for sure if that's the better way to do it, but logically, like, probably it is, right? Does that make sense?
Does anybody want to add to this model?
Because I want to open it up. Like, I'm not— I'm not perfect, bro. Has anyone got anything to add to this variable that would increase the, uh, success of this, uh, trade. All right.
Well, Alex, this, this is probably going— you're probably going to touch on this, or it was— has to do with something that you were talking about a little previously. But situation where you have conviction and a coin is pumping, such as an example as, say, Aerodrome, which I'm looking at my portfolio and Aerodrome is pumping, and you know before you spoke about you know getting rid of the coin that pumps first, my logical thought was well Aerodrome is a coin with conviction and is also pumping. And for example Noise has you know has dropped a significant amount, and at the same time it does not show much signs of pumping. But you know maybe that comes later to your you know. your thesis. And so then I'm, you know, my original thought was, well, I should take the money from Noise and put it into Aerodrome because it has— on its way up because it has conviction as well as it's pumping. But, you know, now Aerodrome's already pumping. So, you know, that's a little bit of like, it's a, it's a coin that, you know, I, I believe in, but it's also the first one to pump type of thing.
Yeah.
So this is where manual selection comes into play. So typically with AI, what I do is I draw a list And then manually, I'll move things around like based off of what I believe. So Aaron's not like he's not wrong. What you want to do is you want to keep the momentum. That's also a variable in this. Like just because a coin went up doesn't mean you have to sell it. Like none of this is black and white. So in this case, I actually agree with Aaron. So what I would do is I would probably take that coin and drop it lower. On the final list on purpose because I believe in it.
Does that make sense, Aaron?
Yes.
No, I get what you're saying. So the—
this is just—
so what we're talking about here is priority of sales. It's not determining like the sales in total. This is a good question. So no matter what, the— like, when I sell is going to be determined by Bitcoin's price, not the coin itself. It's just priority in sales to give me the The best possible outcome. Does that make sense?
So the thank you. Yes, yes.
Does that make sense? So that's good.
Yes.
So what I want to do is when we go through it, you understand. Like you'll be like, oh, okay, I get it. Like I'll break it up into USD format so you get exactly what I'm talking about. So that that question will be answered. Just bear with me. Okay.
So we're gonna go through a hypothetical.
So for example, like some of these coins, I'm gonna be honest. I've researched them so thoroughly. I'm just gonna give it a score. But then some I do want to do a little research. Okay, does that make sense? So for virtuals, I have a high conviction. I believe in, I believe in virtuals. I would say in virtuals I'm at like 8. And then when it comes to the— okay, hold on one second. So from all-time low, I'm actually connected to CoinGecko right now, so I should be able to pull the price data. So I should be able to like Automatically weigh those out, and I'll explain what I mean by that. We have to wait. We have to to get a one out of ten. We have to essentially compare them to all the other coins. You'll see what I'm saying. Just bear with me. It will all come together. I promise. Okay. So hear what I'm saying. So virtuals, my conviction is an eight. For virtuals, my conviction is an eight. What I need you to do now before I can tell you price from all time low to how much it pumped, what I need you to do is get the The bottom price within the last 3 months, like the lowest of low price from CoinGecko. You're connected. And then I need you to get its current price and just save it there for now. Does that make sense? You guys see where I'm going with this? So if we can get the, the bottom price and the current price, we can automatically calculate the percentages and then weight the 1 out of 10 based off of those percentages. So it's not an opinion. So, so, and this is for the basically the math. Like, I know it's probably difficult. What I'm saying is we're bait— we're basing 1 out of 10 based off how much it pumped, right? So if it pumped 80%, that's good. Let me allow this. If it pumps 80%, it's good, but like 20%, it's bad. The problem is you can actually get a perfect like 1 out of 10 if you compare all the, all the lists to each other. So like, for example, virtuals If it pumped 80% and another coin pumped 20%, the 1 out of 10 is determined by the list itself. Hopefully that makes sense. Is that— does anyone understand that? Hopefully you guys understand that. Okay, so there you go. It got—
look, for pump from lowest 40, this is the beauty of connecting your—
the API with CoinGecko is you can just get the data right there without having to do anything. All right, Aerodrome, same thing. So I believe in Aerodrome, probably a little bit better than Virtuals. So conviction score is 9. Do the same thing with the price. And then just so we can speed through it, what I'm going to do is I'm just going to pull open a notepad and I'm just gonna write out my conviction scores right now, right? So for Trump Coin, I feel led to do a little bit of research on Trump to see what he's doing, but yeah, I don't know. Zora, I feel like I feel led to do a little bit of research as well. BNB, I already know my conviction's at like a 7. There's really not much research you can do with BNB. It's an established coin. It's like super established. Um, Ondo Finance, I feel led to do a little bit of research. Noise, to be honest, there you can do the research if you want to, but it's just such an early coin. My conviction will be like a 2. Render. I already know it very well, like the back of my hand. My conviction will be like, here, let me just copy this list. Just gonna do pure conviction here so that we can get this right. So I'm just gonna do pure numbers. So let's do Who can explain how this is kind of a perfect— not perfect, but a good example of combining qualitative and quantitative data? Who can explain what that means? Why, why I worked this out? Who can explain it? This is a perfect example of qualitative and quantitative data. It's in the course. Talk about this in the course a lot. Who can explain it? Nobody can explain it? Go ahead, Jesse.
I'll give it a shot. Um, basically we're getting the quantitative data and we're actually seeing from a number standpoint which coin—
First off, what's the quantitative data?
Quantitative data, does that mean—
and what is the quantitative data in this scenario?
The quantitative data is actual Numbers, things that you can measure that are definite, that don't change. They're not subjective, so your opinion doesn't matter when it comes to quantitative data. And the quantitative data in this case is how much percentage these coins have pumped from the bottom to where they are now. My opinion doesn't change that. Like nobody's opinion changes that. But the conviction part is the qualitative data. And like you said in the course, the qualitative data is. you actually seeing things that aren't numbers. So like maybe you see a couple events that happen and it shows you this direction of things, or in this case it's your— based on your research, your, your, um, thesis on a coin or how much you believe in it, which is not a number but it's qualitative, and you're ranking it with a number in this case.
Exactly. Qualitative, you can't really put a number, but you can try to put a number. So it's all perspective-based off of research and things like that. So the qualitative element here is the conviction. Right? So like, that's like you, like, you just got to make a decision. Like, not everything's perfect in life and lines up perfectly with math. There's a faith element involved.
Mm-hmm.
The quantitative data is just pumped from the bottom. So that's perfect. Like, we, we know that that's quantitative. As a good investor, from my experience and from what I've learned from even Warren Buffett and all these people, there's both. Both, both are taken into consideration. And so when people are like making pure decisions off of technical analysis, That might work for short term, but that's pure quantitative data without qualitative data at all. That's like, that doesn't work. That's not real. It's not maybe short term, but not long term. Like, all qualitative and quantitative data are important. Does that make sense? It's a really important concept to understand. If you guys don't get that, like, I highly suggest you memorize that. Now, for right now, I figured out all my convictions. There's some I want to research, okay? So keep up. If you have any questions, let me know. So here is all of my convictions. Go ahead and fill the percentages for all of them. And there's some I want to research, so go ahead and fill that in. And then what we're going to do is we're going to do a little bit of research on the coins that I actually want to research so I can pick my conviction score. So it's going to pre-fill all of my convictions, and then it's going to go find the percentages for each individual one. And then we're gonna have 3 that we want to research. While that's gathering that, I'm gonna do just a small research session. Like I told you, I'm going to follow up with a lot of this stuff, but I'm gonna do a small research session to understand what's going on. Okay, now remember, before I buy any coin, I always thoroughly research it. So really what I'm looking for is what happened recently, right? Like, what's like the recent history of events, basically. Now, of the coins that I'm asking for more research so I can actually accurately scale or actually accurately put a number to the conviction score, I want to see what happened in the last 3 months. But specifically, what I really want to see what happened is the most recent events. What is the most recent important events? I want you to do about 2 paragraphs per coin. And then what I will also want you to do is I want you to give me your score from an unbiased perspective as kind of like a starting point, and then I'll officially decide after reading this what my conviction score is, and then we'll put that into the final list. Again, rough draft. Does everybody understand? All right, great. My tech CEO got to go. Like, it's probably like, it's just, it's too small. It was just like a, we were trying to get ahead of a trend, but he never wanted to promote the coin. So happens. All right, let's take a look. It's funny is because the recent ones we've been like, I've been going hard like since I've come to conclusion was the Virtuals, Arrow, BNB was accumulated, but like this doesn't look bad from all-time low. So let me just wait for that to process. All right. Official Trump meme coin is rough, is rough shape fundamentally. It's currently trading. Yeah. So there's a lot of I've been doing research on it. World Liberty Financial, they're going through a FUD moment. Like make sure it's 96 down percent from January 2025. Okay, I don't care about any of that. 80% of supply is controlled by Trump affiliate entities. The most recent event, Mar-a-Lago Gala, on April 25th, there are 297 attendees, will be selected based on token holdings and merch purchases. Wait, hold on. Whales have been accumulating millions in tokens in the weeks leading up and And a dormant whale scooped up $7 million in Trump after the gala announced in March. However, Senators Warren, okay, have launched an investigation raising questions whether Trump personally profits from the scheme. It's a pure event-driven narrative coin with no product. Okay, so it's saying 2 out of 10. Let's look at Zora. 3 out of 10. A token, 6.2%. Yeah, this is true. Primary attention markets. I agree. Like with the whole like narrative of non altcoin season, all of this dies. Like everything, not just Zora. Like everything that has to do with hype base pump is not going to flourish. It's not going to flourish. Base community members have criticized the move. We had even what's it called? The founder say that. They're pivoting from attention markets in general. Let's take a look at Ondo. I know what Ondo is. MetaMask supported for 264 Ondo-powered tokenized stocks on the ETF April 8th. That's good. Binance listed 10 additional Ondo. This is good. This is signs of development. Additionally, Ondo filed a no-action request in the SEC seeking confirmation that recording security entitlements on Ethereum won't trigger enforcement. Which arrives less than 5 months after the SEC closed a 2-year investigation into the company without charges. That's good. That's good. So based off of this, because we're running out of time and I want to complete this, based off of this, what I'm going to do is I'm going to give conviction scores. So for Trump, I want to give like a 3 conviction score. Let's keep Zora at 3. Let's put Ondo at 6. Let's, let's adopt those conviction scores. Also, I noticed that the price for MyTech CEO is non-existent. Just put like a 1% pump just so it has data so we could do it. And the, um, actual conviction for MyTech CEO is 1. All right, there you go. So now we should have a final list. Now really quickly, while it does that, can you please quickly give me the formula again so I know that you understand of how to sort these coins out? This list is supposed to be Basically the coins I'm gonna sell first to the, the last coins I wanna sell. Alright. I'm gonna run that. It'll give us a list. It'll organize the list, and then I'm gonna manually edit the list. And then I'm gonna apply it to USD values of a hypothetical portfolio, if that makes sense. Alright. While this renders, does anybody have any questions? All right, good. Yeah, Alex, I came late to the, uh, the meeting. Just, I'm guessing you're doing a quick summary of, um, what you're talking about here. Yeah, so basically we're rating the coins of basically like what we want to get rid of to the strategy, the consolidation strategy, into, uh, safer bear market altcoins. These are like actual application of my, of like Some coins I've been accumulating. Does that make sense?
Yeah.
Okay. Based off like, okay, cool. Yeah. This is one of those you gotta, you gotta rewatch this, Brian, and try to make it on time if you can next time.
No worries.
I was taking your advice of not showing up and just downloading the stuff in cloud. I would say show up to live Q&As and then don't want to download all the other stuff. I'm just teasing.
Yeah.
No, I had a meeting at work, but yeah, I'll rewatch this. Okay. Real quick, let's not— let's knock this out. So no, no, no. Okay, let me just make sure I understand this.
It says—
okay, I don't care about that. It's hyper— no, no, no. So I want the formula of how you calculate the list of what to sell first and what to sell last. So I just want to get the formula. So priority equals pump score minus conviction score. That's pretty straightforward. Yeah, that's pretty straightforward. Pump score, high pump, low conviction. High pump with— if there's a high pump with low conviction Sell first. There you go. Low pump with high conviction, sell last. High pump with high conviction, middle. Okay, perfect. All right, good. Now go ahead and organize it, and then I want to manually edit the list. So to manually edit it, make sure you put numbers on it. Now what I'm going to do is we're going to do a hypothetical $100,000 portfolio. So at the beginning of the video, we said specifically what you want to do Is take the USD value of all the coins you want to get rid of. So you get the USD value, right? You don't need to. You don't need to do. You could do the USD value of the individual coin itself, but I don't think it's relevant, and I'll explain why. We'll just do like an actual thing, right?
So BNB is selling.
I'm going to manually edit this now. Okay, I'm going to manually edit this. So the real way I want to do this is I want to get rid of because based off of I forgot Aaron. I agree with him, right? So noise gotta go. So I'm gonna get rid of noise first. I wanna get rid of B3 second. I wanna get rid of render third. I wanna get rid of— okay, how about this? Let's redo it to these 3 matching the list, and then I also want to add Aerodrome and Virtuos Protocol to the bottom. All right, so it's going to give me the first 3 at the top and then those at the bottom. Everything else is kind of structured. According to the formula, and I think that's comfortable for me. And then this is what we're gonna do.
So, so now what we want to do is just do a hypothetical portfolio of $100,000, assign random values to each coin that equals $100,000, right? Random values to each coin that all of it will equal $100,000.
So I can show my group how to hypothetically go through this cell. There you go. This is my favorite list right now, right? Obviously, as I do more research, this list will change, but we're going to do a random hypothetical $100 grand. Okay, so it's going to randomly assign to different coins, and then I'll show you how I'm going to sell, and then we got to conclude this. Does anybody have any questions while this renders? All right, good. So basically, so you can have a sneak preview, basically what you want to do is we talked about how if you have $100 grand, we split it into 5. That means that there's $20,000 sell allotments, right? So hypotheticals. So we sell the initial $20,000, second $20,000, third $20,000, fourth, fifth $20,000. Hypotheticals, not exact price. But it's a hypothetical, right? So these are $20,000 in USD. So what you do is very simple. You add it up.
So let's say your first—
but you're looking at Bitcoin's price.
Your first sell triggers.
You have your list. You add these up to $20,000 right now. Watch this. Let's say hypothetically I want to split it now. I want you to put into chunks of $20,000 sells. So I know exactly how much, what coin to sell, and exactly how much USD value to sell of it. Split it into 5, and each, each one should equal $20,000. There you go. You have your 5 sells of the exact coins based off of what you want to make, and then the timing is up to according to the, the— this is what I'm doing. Does anybody have any questions? There you go. So just running through it verbally so we understand. First sell triggers, I'm getting rid of these, right? And I'm consolidating into what? Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP. And I will likely probably put a little bit more into Bitcoin and— I mean, Ethereum than any of them. Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, those are 3 coins, right? Sell 2. I'm getting rid of this chunk. Sell 3, sell 4. You guys get it? Any questions? Now, to be clear, it doesn't have to be perfect. So I might not sell them all perfectly, right? I might get rid of—
I might keep some virtuals or arrow. That's up to you. Make your decision.
But it's a good skeleton. Does that make sense? All right, any questions? And it's pretty, pretty thorough and specific on this exact, uh, structure. So you guys are prepared. So when you see like in the community, you're prepared. Does anybody have any questions, comments, concerns? It's good.
