The US Just Built A Second Money Machine, And This One Only Buys Bitcoin

The U.S. government has accumulated 198,000 to 326,000 Bitcoin in just 15 months, mostly through criminal seizures, giving it 1.5-1.6% of all future Bitcoin. This Strategic Bitcoin Reserve mirrors the gold reserve but moves faster, creating a hard-asset backstop for the dollar that the speaker calls a bullish macro setup.

The Federal Reserve System, the institution that gives the United States its monetary power, was created in 1913. So for 113 years, the Federal Reserve has been the only entity in the US government that has true monetary sovereignty. The Treasury will borrow money, the Treasury collects taxes, but the Federal Reserve is the only entity that can actually create dollars out of nothing. The Strategic Bitcoin Reserve creates a second monetary entity inside the federal government itself. Not a fiat issuer, a hard asset accumulator. For the first time since 1971, the US government has a path to backing the dollar with a finite asset that doesn't have to be mined, doesn't have to be extracted, and doesn't have to be imported. All they have to do is accumulate the Bitcoin at cheap prices. And hear what I'm saying, if you didn't know this, the supply of Bitcoin is fixed. There will only be 21 million Bitcoin in existence ever. Right now, about 19.9 million Bitcoin has been mined. The government already holds somewhere between 198,000 to 326,000 of these BTC. At the high end, that's actually around 1.6% of all the Bitcoin that will ever exist ever in human history held by one nation. If you compare that gold, here's a parallel. The United States holds about 8,133 metric tons of gold in Fort Knox and other federal vaults. That's approximately 4% of all the gold ever mined in human history. The Strategic Gold Reserve took the U.S. 200 years to build. The Strategic Bitcoin Reserve, at over 1.5% of the total supply, was built in 15 months, most of it through criminal seizures. So they're literally being incentivized to stop criminals from doing harmful things and using it to pay back the government debt and to make the dollar stable? I think that's crazy. The price right now for Bitcoin is a gift, okay? It's a gift. Now, I'm not going to sit here and say that it can't dip more on the short term, but I'm telling you, in 5 years, you're not going to be questioning Bitcoin. The crypto press is publishing it's the end segments and everybody's freaking out because they don't understand Long-term position trading. The United States is finalizing the operational mechanics of a sovereign accumulation program for this finite asset. You better lock in and pay attention. The macro fundamentals couldn't be more bullish for crypto specifically. The legal architecture could not be more complete. The buyer pool couldn't be larger, and the price is down. That's not bearish; it's a gift. Okay, I want to say that clearly because like the time to buy is when it's cheap.
