This Crypto Trading Strategy Prints Money:100% Win rate

Alex, an eight-year crypto trader, claims a 100% win rate strategy: buy Ethereum, hold through bear markets, use leverage to buy altcoins. He argues Ethereum is undervalued relative to Bitcoin and that spot ETFs create a scarcity premium favoring ETH.
Chapters
This has to be like the greatest crypto strategy I've experienced in the past decade. And when I say 100% win rate, I'm not exaggerating. As you can see right here, every single time this happens, no matter what, it's extremely consistent.
This is Bitcoin's price.
This is Ethereum's price. Since Ethereum was created, it always outcompetes Bitcoin. This is 9,500%. Bitcoin went up 3,200%. This is 756%. Bitcoin went up almost 2,000%. Now this cycle, Bitcoin's only up 60%. And actually Ethereum from the Bitcoin halving is actually down 30%. So all we did is look at the Bitcoin halving to all-time high. And every single time we have Ethereum outcompete Bitcoin, we have a very undervalued opportunity right before our eyes. There's not a lot of periods of time in your life when you have something that has a lot of upside but minimal downside. Ethereum is something I would hold through pretty much the bear market because we know it's going to come back. It comes back every cycle. So I consider this on the safer scale in context of crypto, and the upside is going to outcompete pretty much every hedge fund in 2025 and 2026. This is the type of trade where you could put real size into the market instead of putting $100 on a meme coin hoping it goes up, but really sleep good at night. So large amounts of money multiplying on a high scale. So again, I'm telling you, I love these types of trades. Not only that, what I want to do is break down a strategy where you can buy something like Ethereum, get the upside and diversify it through a leveraged loan and buy lower market cap or lower liquid altcoins to get even higher upside. So this is kind of a win-win if you do it the right way. And in this video, I'm going to break down the entire strategy with no detail left out step by step. I'm going to give you every single detail to where you can literally execute it yourself if you want to. This is not financial advice. And if you're new here, my name is Alex. I've been in cryptocurrency for 8 years. Managed millions of dollars, and I made this cryptocurrency channel as a way to start a movement that rewrites the future. I don't want to just be in the future, I want to recreate it.
Thank you for joining.
So what we have here is probably the greatest trading setup in the last 5 years in terms of safety and return on capital. Okay, safety and return on capital, I consider it the best, not just return on capital. And the reason why is because of this. Bitcoin from the Bitcoin halving, these orange lines of the Bitcoin halving to the top is up 60%. Ethereum is down 30%. Now, probably the biggest determining factor of Bitcoin doing so well this cycle is the Bitcoin spot ETF. In the past, we had ETFs, but we've never had a spot ETF. A spot ETF actually pulls crypto off the market. What does that mean? An ETF in general allows you to invest in Bitcoin with your retirement tax-free. It's integrated into the financial system. But see, a spot ETF, when the Bitcoin's actually purchased with your retirement, the Bitcoin's actually taken off the market. So this is scarcity. So there's— that means that like a lot of Bitcoin has actually been taken off the market with people's retirement investments and 401s and things like that, right? And see, the thing is, from a fundamental perspective, the only other coin in the world right now that has a spot ETF is Ethereum. Catch that. I'm not here going to argue about like layer 1s and stuff like that. I'm not going to argue about which layer 1's the fastest or whatever the case is. That's not my goal because obviously there's a lot of better technology. What I'm saying From a fundamental perspective, it's very clear. They both have spot ETFs. Okay, listen. And at the same time, Ethereum always outcompetes Bitcoin 100% of the time. 100% of the time, Ethereum outcompetes Bitcoin. They both have a spot ETF, which is probably the biggest determining factor of Bitcoin doing so well this cycle. So the Bitcoin spot ETF actually started on January 11th, 2024. And look at the price of 176% since the spot ETF actually started. Look at Ethereum spot ETF right here. We're down 24%. Yeah, Ethereum was in July and we're down. So guys, again, catch what I'm saying. Fundamentally, this is what you considered undervalued and it's very important to focus on. And here's just more proof of what I'm saying. Ethereum ETF flows lag far behind Bitcoin. There's not a lot of Ethereum flows. This is undervalued. We know Ethereum always outcompetes it. All these people with the retirement and everything like that, they don't even understand Ethereum yet. That's how early we are. The people that are investing in ETFs, it's usually probably 401s and retirements and things like that. They don't even understand Ethereum yet. This is insane. This is the greatest trade setup. Like, we have to focus on this. We have to focus on the ETH spot ETF flows. It will start to increase.
It will happen.
This is where it becomes really clear, right? Take a look at this ratio. So what we're looking at is Ethereum versus Bitcoin, right? The blue line is Ethereum's price. Bitcoin is obviously the golden line right there, right? Now just take a look at how similar their prices look because that's usually how it goes. Ethereum always follows Bitcoin. There's a small lag. I've seen some discrepancies of maybe like a month or 2 weeks where Bitcoin will top out, Ethereum might take 2 weeks to a month after to do the same. But in general, it follows the same price. But Ethereum is like an amplified multiplier on Bitcoin. So what I did is I lined up both of their prices. We have the Bitcoin halving here because that's the important part for the cycle. And then you see kind of like this green line there. So let me explain the green line. So the green line is basically a ratio which tracks how much ETH is worth compared to Bitcoin. The lower ratio means ETH is undervalued, and the high ratio means ETH is strong or overvalued in comparison to Bitcoin. And if we take a look, look at how low we are. We are very, very undervalued In comparison to Bitcoin, like very undervalued. We're so low, we're back here in 2019, the bottom of the bear market type of undervalued. That's how undervalued we are. So again, money-making opportunity for all, even the Bitcoin maxis, the Bitcoin maximalists, they're like, I'll hold Bitcoin forever. You could literally make more Bitcoin if you got rid of your Bitcoin. Put it into Ethereum, and then cycled it back to Bitcoin later when this ratio is higher. So again, very, very undervalued. Not only is it undervalued, right? We talked about how Ethereum can increase by 300%, but also people don't comprehend the safety behind Ethereum. You got to realize this, okay? It was the second biggest coin on the market for a very long time. The only Coin back in the day that had smart contract capabilities. It literally started smart contracts, right? It started everything. Now, I'm not going to sit here and argue layer ones. There's a lot of layer ones that have better technology, of course. But again, we talked about it: spot ETF. And when I explain this part, it's going to really bring it all together. They're market making Ethereum. Ethereum kind of already won, like from a lot of different perspectives, not for just price increase. Look again, if you want. A higher leverage return, like if you want like a 10x, Ethereum's not the bet. I'm talking in context of safety, right? So for example, Coinbase, right? Probably now the biggest centralized exchange in the world. They have 90% of Bitcoin ETF custody. Basically what that means is all of that Bitcoin that's purchased is actually stored on Coinbase. Wow. Interesting, right? Now Coinbase helped launch Circle, which was the creator of USDC, which is the second, maybe even the first biggest stablecoin in the world. So this is like where we'd start looking at like basically monopolies. Like we start seeing these type of things, right? Not only that, but this is actually supposed to be Federal Reserve. I'm gonna put this in here. Fed, the Federal Reserve, which is the most powerful entity on the face of the planet, There's so much connections to Circle and Coinbase, you have no idea. Now, these are three of the biggest examples. For example, Bill here used to be the president of the New York Fed, and I'm not going to go into the Federal Reserve because that's a whole video in itself. That's a whole ten videos. But if you study the Federal Reserve, they are the most powerful entity on the face of the planet when it comes to money. They control money. They control the printing of money. They control the loaning of money. They control money even more than United States themselves. And so there's people from the Federal Reserve that are now advisors to Coinbase, right? Now we have this person here that is now that was on the the CFTC, and remember that, remember CFTC chair, remember that, remember that because it's going to get really interesting. That is now look, look the president of Circle. Now, if you go into your history, you know that Circle was created on Coinbase. It was not significant. It was a stablecoin. And basically it was the only place. And I remember back in the day, because I've been in crypto for a long time, I remember it was the only place where you can get a stablecoin for free. What does that mean? You can go on Coinbase, put $1,000 into Coinbase and transmit it to USDC for free. You could not do that with any other stablecoin. You could not do that with Tether. It was the only place and pretty much got market made by Coinbase themselves. I believe they hold a big share of Circle as well. I believe they made like billions of dollars with this recent IPO. That's another thing to add. Coinbase and Circle are the only 2 public crypto companies in the United States when it comes to like raw, like crypto companies. Now there's a whole bunch of companies holding crypto. No, they are crypto companies, the only 2 that have IPO'd in the United States. Now you're kind of putting it together. So we're talking about connections from the Federal Reserve, the only 2 companies in the United States that have IPO'd that are crypto companies. Coinbase pretty much created USDC, right? We have Paul here that was a US magistrate, now is the CLO, the chief legal officer of Coinbase. So we have And these are just three. I know there's way more, and I'll have a list for you guys maybe one of these days. But basically, we have collusions from the Federal Reserve, the government into Coinbase Circle. These these guys are connected, bro. Something's happening here. It's very very very clear. The amount of power that Coinbase and what's happening here—the amount of power is crazy. Now, this is where I kind of pull it all together. So if you've been watching my videos, you probably know of something called Base. So Coinbase this. Decided to make their own blockchain and they called it Base. But the thing about Base is that they don't have a coin. And I'm gonna explain why that is really important. Coinbase made Base. And see, the thing is, is that Base does not work without Ethereum. It's called a layer 2. So Ethereum is a layer 1.
It's the security layer.
That's what they call it. And then you use Base on top of it and it's cheap and fast. And it's basically like a stack. I want you to think about it. I mean, the best way I can explain it is like it's an operating system on top of like the main coding layer. That's basically the gist. So basically no one really uses the Ethereum chain as much, at least new users don't. Most of the new users are using Base, but Base doesn't operate without Ethereum. It is a layer 2. It needs Ethereum. Now, this is again where it gets weird on Base. There's something called Aerodrome. Now listen, since the beginning of time, the biggest decentralized exchange in the world has always been Uniswap. Uniswap started decentralized exchanges. There was no such thing. They started it, and then everybody just tried to make duplicates of Uniswap. Aerodrome has been really the only real competitor to Uniswap since it launched about 2 to 3 years ago. And Aerodrome just got a partnership with Coinbase to be the backend of the Coinbase app. So Coinbase is now like a hybrid system. We have a centralized exchange and a decentralized exchange coming together. And it was very clear, they just did this partnership like 2 weeks, less than a week, I don't even know, like a week ago or something like that. They have a very clear hybrid system where we have a centralized exchange and a decentralized exchange. Now, this is where it gets really crazy. And this is again why I'm trying to tell you guys, Ethereum is extremely undervalued right now. This is where it gets really crazy. Just comprehend this, right? We just talked about Ethereum having a what? Spot ETF, right? The only one in the world that has a spot ETF. Bitcoin has a spot ETF as well, right? And 90% of all the money held in the Bitcoin ETF is on Coinbase, bro. The connections is absurd, and it's a little bit overwhelming, to be honest with you. The connections are insane. They are market-making Ethereum very clearly, because think about it, Coinbase created only one blockchain, and that's called Base, and it only works on Ethereum. It only works on Ethereum. That's it, right? And when I make the connections with Aerodrome, which we're going to go into the next part of this video, when I make those connections with Aerodrome It's going to freak you out a little bit. They are market making. This is it. If you are not putting your capital into something that's with this, I know you're lost. I know for the coin projects, there's a lot of probably people that build projects that watch me. If you're not building on Base, you're lost. Somebody finessed you. Somebody finessed you. You're in the wrong part of the market for a fact. Like This is clear as day. Let's get into the next part where it becomes very clear and very crazy. When this happened right here, this kind of exposed everything when it comes to who's the winner. And what I mean by that is a lot of times in government, if they like you, they'll force you to be the winner by regulation, by laws, right? They're gonna definitely make sure that who they want to win wins, okay? So they're picking winners. Right now, there's something called the Clarity Act, right? So we talked about this in the last video. If you want a deeper perspective on this, definitely reference the last video. But basically, there's a bill that's going through right now. Crypto Week is coming up, I think on the 14th to the 18th. So these guys are like, let's do a Crypto Week so that we can get through 3 bills. And one of the bills is a Clarity Act. And see, the Clarity Act is kind of where they're drawing lines in the sand. They're picking winners. What do I mean by that? So they're giving regulation on different things, but one of the most important things is the coins. So every coin will now be in 2 categories after the Clarity Act, which by the way, the timeline on the Clarity Act is looking like the end of August, August, September, no one knows for sure, it's estimates, but yeah, August, right? So in August, they're going to put a line in the sand for every single coin in the cryptocurrency world. Now, if you don't follow this, then what's going to happen is if you want to purchase that coin that's not following these guidelines is on the website, it will literally say like, this is restricted in the United States, because there's a lot of coins right now that are restricted in the United States. So the same exact thing will happen. You won't be able to load the website. I don't know exactly if that's true, but I'm pretty confident that's going to be it. Now, this is a lot of theory, but this is kind of like, and I'm going to add a lot of evidence to what I'm saying. People in crypto know what I'm talking about. They're probably freaking out right now, right? So basically, the gist is the Clarity Act is going to determine what's a security and what's a commodity. Now, the difference is a security is like a stock, bro. So the amount of regulation behind that is insane. They closely watch it. They look at pretty much every variable of a stock to make sure it's not a scam. It's a lot of regulation and a lot of money. So imagine a coin project. If they be become a security. I mean, it's like, it gets really crazy. Like the amount of money they have to spend, the amount of lawyers they need to have, they need to restructure the whole thing. It's crazy. You might as well just launch a stock right now. A commodity, on the other hand, is treated more like Bitcoin, where it's like, there's a lot less restriction and regulation. Maybe one day we'll make a video on that. But the point is, is that we see now the first time ever, A hybrid from a decentralized exchange and a centralized exchange, and you guessed it, from Aerodrome and Coinbase. So Aerodrome is the biggest decentralized exchange on Base, which is that layer 2 that I was telling you about right here. Base that operates on Ethereum, right? That Ethereum basically runs Base. Yeah, Aerodrome DEX. Aerodrome DEX is the biggest decentralized exchange. So they just had a partnership where Coinbase and Aerodrome are coming together And they basically said the backend system will be run by Aerodrome. And I wonder why. The reason why, and this is all, again, we don't know this for sure, but what I'm concluding here, it looks pretty obvious, is that maybe because Coinbase is their main source of revenue, Coinbase makes most of their money off of fees, trading fees, right? You go on there, you buy Bitcoin, you pay a fee. They make pretty much all of their revenue on trading fees and also Like if you leave your money on there, they're legally allowed to trade your currencies. So they go do DeFi opportunities. So like, again, like when you have your money on Coinbase, you don't really own it. They're actually using it to do stuff. But the point is, this is probably their main revenue source. Aerodrome probably generates revenue, but Coinbase is their main one. So I would assume, and this is speculation, I would assume that the commodity coins will probably stay on Coinbase. So when this happens, Right? And by the way, whether they determine it's a security or commodity is basically decentralization. But the thing is, the Clarity Act doesn't clearly define what decentralization means. So what happens basically is they'll be like, all right, you're a coin. Now you need to declare what are you? Are you a security or you're a commodity? And then basically there's a 60-day period where the SEC will be like, no, you're a security. Or a commodity, and then whatever they declare, if you don't like it, you're gonna have to take it to court. So it'll be decided in court, right? And obviously the SEC has way more money than a lot of people, a lot more connections. So the vast majority of the coins, if they're determined a security, are probably going to die. They're probably going to die unless they're determined a commodity. So what's happening is basically whoever's in the government gets to pick and choose the winner coins. Are you hearing what I'm saying? You have to take it to court. So if you don't have enough money, this is what they always do, bro. If they want to control something, this is kind of how it looks, right? If you've looked throughout history, this is how it looks. They want to control it, so they're picking winners on whose commodities and who's not, right? And when they pick, okay, chances are I would say that all the coins that are in like a gray area or they're determining a security might be on one of these two. I would guess it might go this way. We don't know for sure because Coinbase is their main revenue source, so they probably want to keep it really safe on Coinbase. They probably—I don't know. Again, I don't know, but it could go the other way around too. It could be a situation where maybe all of the commodity coins are on Aerodrome and the security coins are on Coinbase. But whatever the case is, I believe they're doing this dual exchange thing, this hybrid exchange because of the regulation. Because of this regulation, that's why they're having two different exchanges. We don't know what coins are going to be on what, but what we do know is one thing, which is very important. Aerodrome, Base, and Ethereum are being market made by the most powerful and wealthy people in America that have connections to the Federal Reserve. Listen, the Federal Reserve and the strongest stablecoin. You guys know that Circle is purchasing like billions of dollars worth of government debt. The amount of connections and friends that Circle has made is probably absurd. Right? So these connections again, the the only two I want to pull it together for you. Just catch this, right? The only two public companies in America, crypto-specific public companies, is Circle and Coinbase. People that work from the Federal Reserve now work with Coinbase and Circle, and vice versa. There's also people, and I'm gonna give a get a list. There's I think there's more than seven people that actually now working for the Federal Reserve too. They have extreme connections. Okay, we know that Coinbase made Base, and we know that Base needs Ethereum. It's running on top of Ethereum. We also know that Aerodrome is being market made because of this: Aerodrome is now in connection with Coinbase, right? Listen to what I'm saying: its connection with Coinbase as this hybrid centralized decentralized system what we've never seen before. And I think the reason they're doing this is because they want to separate regulation to the exchange itself, which will likely mean they're going to separate regulation from the coins too. So a couple things that could happen. Again, the coins are— there's going to be winner coins. Some are going to be picked, right? And I believe it's the ones that are closely tied to commodities. If they actually could be proven as a commodity, I think they're going to do extremely well.
So we can make money off of that.
Number 2, Ethereum is going to do well. It's going to do well. Right now it's extremely undervalued. People do not understand it. All these people that have money in their retirement accounts that are only buying Bitcoin, they have no idea. They have no idea that probably the biggest purchasers of Bitcoin in the world are more interested in Ethereum. Let me say it again. The biggest purchasers of Bitcoin in the world are probably more interested in Ethereum. I could prove that. Bitcoin mining company, right? Tom Lee just came out.
I believe that's his name.
Tom Lee. Just came out and said from his Bitcoin mining company, big my voice just cracked. His Bitcoin mining company is buying Ethereum on its treasury. We've never seen that really before. Ethereum, they're literally buying $250 million of Ethereum in his company, right? So we could see the same trend of like all these Bitcoin treasury companies that have been coming out the blue. And what that basically means is that there's companies that buy Bitcoin and they put it on their balance sheet. And if the price of Bitcoin goes up, the value of their Bitcoin goes up as well. We could see the same trend happening on Ethereum. We could see the inflows from the spot ETF once people start to realize this stuff, right? People are going to start buying. Altcoin season is going to drive a lot of demand to Base. A lot of the altcoins are going to pop off. And this regulation is pretty much going to market make Ethereum, Base, and Aerodrome. This regulation in America, you got to catch this, right? Think about all the people colluding. There's a whole bunch of people colluding together, right? Think about that. From all these companies working together, they probably created the regulation together. Chances are the conversations back and forth made this regulation happen to the point where this, this is the only centralized exchange in the world that has access to the information to move before anybody else by partnering with Aerodrome DEX. Bro, we're not going to get the Clarity Act passed through until like August or September, and they are already moving on it. They are already creating the system when the Clarity Act is passed to essentially be in regulation and they don't get deleted. So they're being market made. This is what market making means. This means that they make markets the way they want. And so I hope you guys comprehend this. I want to get into the last part of this video. This might blow your mind a little bit more. If you're still here, then maybe you might comprehend this last part here. But this is where we really like— you'll see the connections are undeniable. And I don't think anybody in the world has talked about what I'm about to tell you right now. So what I'm going to do is actually give you a video from my course because it kind of explains it way better than I could right now.
I actually went really deep into this concept and then After that, I'm going to show you what I think about Ethereum.
What is going on, Coin Picks?
So this really proves my point. It's gonna be a very interesting video. So I want to dive into some just kind of like on-chain stuff that proves my overall narrative So it can give us some confidence, right? Remember, every time I prove the narrative, it gives, it gives confidence and conviction so you can buy more, or I can buy more, you know, just kind of really ironing out our strategy. So the overarching thing about what I have always said is that altcoins are like the new adoption vehicle, right? That's what You should be buying because not only do they make the most money, but it's the new frontier. It's like you know that's where most of the adoption is going to happen. And the powers that be, the biggest people in the market, are adopting altcoins, not Bitcoin. And this proves that undeniably. And the beauty of this is that right now, depending on when you're watching this video. Right now we have an accumulation of ETH, huge accumulation of ETH right now. So it's going to be very— this is a very interesting subject, extremely interesting subject. You'll see what I'm talking about. But I'm going to—
very—
it's very complex as well, but I'm going to try to make it as simple as possible for all of you. Take notes, do what you have to do. So, um, let's, let's make this chart a little bit more simple. I'm going to take away some of this stuff here, and I'm going to only leave— I'm going to take this away as well. I'm going to leave— this is Bitcoin's price is the orange, and the red is ETH exchange balance. Now, if you notice There's a lot of money being withdrawn from exchanges. Look, a lot of money being withdrawn from exchange. Look at that. Like for almost ever, like there was a period of— if you look back, right, let's look back. There was a period where ETH was being added to exchanges, right? As you can see right here, a lot of ETH being added. But like around this event right here, which was like DeFi boom. This was like when DeFi got solidified. Ever since then, ETH has just been taking off forever. This was last cycle, August 15th. This is actually when I started making my DeFi videos and they started going viral, um, was literally right around this, this, this time period right here. And, um, this is like when DeFi got solidified. So as you can see, ETH has just been taken off the exchanges There has been no uptrend since then, even during the bear market. Now, what's the significance of that? If you put an asset on an exchange, then then there's an anticipation of of of like people wanting that asset, right? So for example, if I have let's say a supply of Jordans, right? I always use Jordans because it kind of makes it simple. If I have a supply of Jordans. And I anticipate— and I have a storefront, I have a store, and I'm like, okay, I think there's going to be a lot of people buying Jordans very soon, right? Because of whatever trend, um, because I have insider information, I just feel like everybody's going to start buying Jordans. What do I do? I buy as much Jordans as I possibly can and I put it in the store in anticipation for the increased demand. There's going to be an increased demand, so I put it in a store, right? But let's say hypothetically, you know, I think that I want to keep the Jordans, right? What I'll do is I'll take it out of the store, right? So if there's an increase, if there's an increased demand and I want to sell them, I get them in the store. If I just want to hold it for myself and I don't want, I take it out of the store. I don't put it up for sale. So this is the same thing for exchanges. When they add an asset to an exchange, They're trying to sell it, whether it's— I'm looking at the big market makers, like the huge people, and you'll see it's very clear too. This video is going to be revolutionary for a lot of people. If they're putting— if money's flowing on exchanges in massive amounts, that means that they are putting it up for sale because there's so many benefits to going on-chain. If you take your money off that, like, you actually have Custody over it. That's the first thing is you actually have the asset in your possession. If it's on a centralized exchange, you don't have your asset in a possession. Not only that, but you could do DeFi stuff. Not only that, but you could hide stuff like this. We've seen a lot of big organizations hiding with you know through their transaction history and things like that. But long story short, the benefits of on-chain are substantially greater than keeping it on a centralized exchange, especially if you're an advanced user. If you're a beginner user. That might not be so clear for you, but if you're an advanced user, no, none of them have their money on exchanges, especially if they're trying to hold. The only reason they put it on exchange is to sell. So as you can see around this time period, nobody— like, everybody's taking their ETH off. Even look, it's crazy. I know it might be hard for some people to agree with this, but even right here when we see Boom, the end of the bull market, like the exact bottom. We see a lot— like you would think people want to put ETH on exchanges to sell it because like the price is going down, right? No, actually the exact opposite. People pulled the ETH off, which really shows me who's winning here, right? Because as soon as it's like— this is where it gets really crazy, right? So if I pull up in USDC, this is exchange balance of USDC. Now again, if you have an asset and you want to give it away, you, you make it for sale.
Look at the bottom here.
Look at these 2 spikes in USDC. So what happened was, is a whole bunch of USDC literally at the exact bottom of Bitcoin's price. Orange is Bitcoin's price. Pay attention. Orange is Bitcoin's price. Bitcoin bottoms out. A whole bunch of USDC floods into exchanges. Look at how much USDC flood. Like, that's a very obvious spike. Why? Because they know people are trying to sell.
And at the same time, we have ETH coming off the exchanges.
So there's USDC coming on. That means that they know people want to sell their ETH for USDC. They know there's going to be an increased demand for cash. for USDC.
All these people are panicking, they're freaking out, they're like, I want to get rid of my ETH, I want to get rid of my ETH, and they sell it for USDC.
So the market makers anticipated that. They're like, okay, good, you want to sell your ETH at the exact bottom, great, we're going to put a whole bunch of USDC for you so you could take your USDC, that's fine. And when you sell your ETH, I'm going to take it off the exchange. And that's what they did. They took it off the exchange. So this right here was like a crypto wealth transfer at the exact bottom of Bitcoin's price. This was a massive crypto wealth transfer from the poor to the rich. It's very clear. Very, very clear. So now there's a dynamic here. Which it gets very interesting, very, very interesting. Let's take off USDC for a second. I want to show you guys Ethereum, right? So let's pull this off. Let's look at ETH exchange balance. I'm sorry, we're already looking at it. Let's look at Bitcoin exchange balance. That's what I meant.
So this where it gets really weird, okay?
So stay with me. Orange is Bitcoin price. We're going up, bull market. This is last cycle. We're going up big, big Bull market, bull market, bull market, bull market, bull market, bull market, bull market, bull market, bull market, bull market. And then right here, look at this. We have the big— the green is Bitcoin right here midway through the Bitcoin market. And this is what blows my mind a little bit right here. Look at the date: November, December 2020. November, December. We see a whole bunch of— and this is the green— a whole bunch of Bitcoin flooding in on exchanges. Exchange increase. Look at that, Bitcoin flooding in on exchanges, a whole bunch flooding in on exchanges, right? Look at that, crazy. Look at this, this is where it gets weird. Bitcoin dominance chart. This is last cycle, this is that exact period. Look, December 2020, Bitcoin dominance drops, drops. And you know that if you know, um, if you've been following me, watching the other videos in MasterClass. You guys should know that this is altcoin season. So this is altcoin season right here, is when Bitcoin dominance drops. I've always said as soon as Bitcoin's price drops, that all the money flows into altcoins and Ethereum and everything. And this proves it with like undeniable information. Look right here, boom, Bitcoin goes on to exchanges. Why? Because they know The fools are going to buy the Bitcoin, right? But at the exact same time, look at Ethereum just continues to be taken off the exchanges for like— look at a whole bunch of Bitcoin being offloaded on people, which is crazy because this actually signaled the top here too. Boom. Like, it was like midway through people realized that Ethereum is the asset to hold. Boom! Look at how far down it goes. Look at how much Bitcoin got added to exchanges. Look at how much Bitcoin is getting added to exchanges. Look at the green, right? Look at how clear that is. Very, very clear, right? Um, so yeah, I think, uh, that really paints a picture. Now I do want to go a little bit deeper. So another thing to take in consideration is the stETH circulating supply. So this is staked Lido. Now, I didn't choose exchange reserves because it's not really how it works. Staked Lido, let's look it up so you guys can get it. Lido ETH. Staked Lido is basically the way you stake on Ethereum right now. It's staking. So stake any amount of ETH and receive daily rewards and increase your balance through DeFi. So there's also votes. Let me figure this out really quickly. I want to get a definition for it. Give me 2 seconds. Yeah, here I found it. So basically, Ethereum's proof of stake. Listen to what I'm saying. Ethereum's proof of stake. So basically how it works is you put— you hold ETH, and instead of running a miner, you could just stake your ETH instead. So you stake your ETH instead, you, and then with that stake, you could vote, you have voting power. So if somebody has like $20 billion, their voting power is great, like crazy. And what they could do is they could essentially vote on these motions. Somebody would put out a big motion or a proposal and they could vote to see, okay, do they want to pass it or not? It's kind of like, imagine if like, like the, like votes in America for a president, But they do it for proposals, and anyone can vote instead of like being elected to the Senate or being the president. You don't have to be elected; you just have to have money. And if you have money, then you can essentially pick and choose what proposals go through or not. So Lido, the the crazy part about Lido is they offer like three percent or something like that. And if you if you do it, you get three point two percent APR, and they're the biggest. They have A lot of money. That's $30 billion, guys. So they're the biggest. I mean, if you go to DeFi Llama, I believe DeFi Llama shows you it. Like, there is no bigger pool of liquidity than Lido, from what I remember. I just forgot where I saw it, but I know for a fact this is true. Let's see if we can— yeah, here we go. So ETH liquid staking. Right? There's nothing even close. Lido is just dominating everybody. So when you put your money in there, and listen to what I'm saying, you'll understand. When you put your money in there, you're essentially delegating your voting power. You're giving them your voting power. You have no vote. You gave it to them. But you're getting the 3%. So you're getting that 3%. They get to use your money for voting. So the point I'm trying to make is if we look at, um, let's go back to Specifically, where is it? Glassnode. You could actually look at stETH circulating supply. So the way that the supply gets minted, the way that the supply actually gets made, is when you stake your ETH. So as soon as I stake my ETH on this website, they send me stETH and it gets minted automatically. So the, the supply is created based off of how much ETH is in the pool. So you could see basically with this chart here Come over here to Glassnode. We could see that when we put on the stETH circulating supply, you can see when there's, there's these big leaps. This is how much stETH is in the supply. So this is how much. So basically, like, long story short, around this point somebody dumped like 1.5 million ETH. Into this, this pool right here. Now what the interest— why it's so interesting to me is they dumped it right here. Look at the timing of when they dumped it in. This is a lot of money. I actually did the math. I have it over here. That first dump is— that first dump right here, this, this big dump, this is like a big amount of Someone took a whole bunch of ETH and put it on, um, Lido for voting or whatever they did it for to get the 3%. That doesn't make any sense because ETH went down way more than 3%. They're doing it for the voting. They're trying to make sure certain things get implemented so they can essentially dominate, um, crypto. But yeah, so it's basically $4.5 million— uh, billion dollars. $4.5 billion right here got dumped into ETH. Specifically Lido, so they could dominate the voting. And see, the crazy part about this is it never goes backwards. Look at the the the amount of the like Lido doesn't go backwards too much. Look, it's just going straight up. See, here's another thing. Here's where it gets really weird, right? So think about it. Bitcoin gets on exchanges. They're trying to essentially offload their Bitcoin. They're like, you know. Come to my exchange, take my Bitcoin. I'm putting Bitcoin on the market for sale. But at the same time, Ethereum is like, okay, but I don't want to sell that much Ethereum. I'm going to put that away. I'm going to store that in a vault. I'm going to store that in a vault. I'm going to put it away, right? Um, but like right here, it's like they accumulated a whole bunch of ETH. It's like this entire time they accumulated a whole bunch of ETH. And then right here, they dumped it into the voting protocol right here. Now, I believe the reason why I did this— all this is theory— but I reason— I believe the reason why they dumped it into the voting protocol is to implement the Layer 2 transaction. Like, there's— there was a proposal that went out. I forgot the exact proposal name, but it basically allowed Layer 2s to, um, get this like unique benefit to where transaction fees on Arbitrum went from 20 cents to like 0.01 cent. Like, it just got significantly cheaper. There's a huge proposal that got passed. I forgot the exact date. It was a little bit after this. Um, you know, it was during the bear market. I believe it was like July 2023 or something like that. But I, I, look, these guys have long money. This is billions of dollars. So they're not worried. They just like, it's like they almost like dumped it in there, did it for voting power to To control the market, they're trying to control the market. They dumped it in there. They don't care where the value is because they're going to build the Ethereum blockchain in the way they want. They're going to build it in the way they want so they can control all the variables. So when they market make, when they make, when they make the market and they build the market in the way they want, they have their control. Are you guys not catching it? I told you. I keep telling you this though over and over again. This is where it gets really crazy.
Nobody talks about this on the internet.
It's not public stuff. No one likes to talk about this stuff. But it's very interesting that they did that. Like, think about it. Like, they dumped like a whole bunch of circulating supply got minted literally like when the bear market started. They were taking advantage. Now here's where it gets really weird. I've always talked about USDC and how it's connected to the Federal Reserve and all these things, right? Now look at this second spike. This is even bigger. This is even bigger, right? SC ETH It's even bigger. It went from 3.5 million STE to 4 point no to 5.8 million STE. That's that's like I actually did it right here. That's seven billion dollars. Seven billion dollars, guys. In and we're talking about like when you look at it, it gets really weird. Look at how short of a time seven billion dollars. In like two days, two days, seven billion dollars. That is not no. That is not even a billionaire. That can't be. That's not even a billionaire. And you know what's really interesting? Oh man, I think I'm drawn. This this is where it gets crazy. Hold on one second. I think I've just remembered something. Okay, this is where it gets really crazy. This is where it gets really crazy. So if you guys know the story, you should look into your crypto history. But basically, FTX exchange went down, went bankrupt, and then there's a lot of money being held in Silicon Valley Bank. So it kind of led to the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank, which was mostly a tech like company bank. Like they dealt with mostly stocks and tech companies. But the problem was that they had a lot of assets on FTX exchange, so they went bankrupt, and it caused this cascading down effect of bankruptcies, which there was a whole bunch more, but those were like the two biggest. But listen to this: The Federal Reserve, in response to the failure of Silicon Valley Bank, implemented several measures to stabilize the situation. This included the creation of the Bank Term Funding Program in March 2023. Aka they printed a whole bunch of money in March 2023. Look at this, guys. That's March 2023.
This is crazy, bro.
Like, this is giving me goosebumps right now. This is March 2023, and we see a whole bunch of new supply being minted in Stake Glidel. And see At the exact same time, guys, this is when the market came back and USDC— look, this is, this is the connection. Look at that spike of USDC. Look at that spike of USDC. That looks almost fake, right? Like, how the heck did USDC go up that? Look, the, the blue is USDC right here, right there. Look at that blue. That's USDC on exchanges. Listen to what I'm saying. So what happened here? What I believe happened— I mean, I mean, there's so many assumptions you can make to this, but what I believe really happened is they put a whole bunch of USDC to give liquidity. A whole bunch of people sold. And at the same time, they pulled a whole bunch of Ethereum off the market.
You see what I'm saying? They pull it. They so they gave. They're like, "Hey, everybody, if you want to sell, sell." Okay, great. Give it to me.
And then they put it in the voting contract. That's what I think happened. They put a whole bunch into S T E so they can control the network even more. These are not like. Whoever it is, it's like very obvious. It's like so obvious. Like this is— no one could ever prove any of this stuff perfectly, but like when I mean obvious, like who puts $4 billion, $5 billion into an asset class in 2 days? Who? What exchange even has that amount of liquidity to process that? They can't. No one has that amount of liquidity to do that. An exchange does not have that much money. Look up exchange reserves. They're usually like 500 million. Like, you can't just sell that many ETH. You can't. There had to have been like a consistent, a consistent purchasing of ETH over a long period of time, which is that red line. This is the exchange reserves. This is all the ETH coming off the exchanges. Please listen to what I'm saying. Please listen to what I'm saying.
So what does that mean? Like, what is—
Alex, what are you talking about? Who cares about all this, right? Like, what does that actually mean? Well, I believe this means that they are going to offload Bitcoin on— it's like, if this holds up, then right now, like, let's go back to— let's go back to the last cycle so you can just kind of affirm this, right? So look, let me take some of this off so you guys can see better. So we have right here Bitcoin coming off exchanges. Boom! And by the way, Bitcoin halving was like right here, so that makes sense. A lot of Bitcoin coming off the exchanges in anticipation for the Bitcoin halving. That makes sense. A lot of Bitcoin coming off, everybody's anticipating the Bitcoin halving, they're trying to hold, they hold. Boom! Then about halfway through the Bitcoin bull market— halfway was like right here, like almost exactly halfway through the Bitcoin bull market— halfway through the Bitcoin bull market, everyone's like All right, now altcoin season is about to pop. Let's put the Bitcoin back up for sale and let's continue to take Ethereum off the— let's continue to hodl Ethereum. Boom, they start putting Bitcoin back up for sale. Ethereum continues to be hodled and pulled off of exchanges about halfway through, right? Let's look at what's happening now. Something very similar is happening right now. Not exactly, but it's very similar. Look at this right here. We see Bitcoin being unloaded. So first off, boom, they're putting Bitcoin on exchanges, right? This is, this is not even a big trend, but they're putting Bitcoin on exchanges for sale. Then they pulled it off up until the point we're at right now. So at this point, right, we're at right now, they're adding more Bitcoin to exchanges. It's very clear. I'm showing you guys that right now. Let me pull this up. Right now, they have been adding Bitcoin to exchanges, and Ethereum continues to come off the exchange. Let me zoom in. They are adding Bitcoin to exchanges—that's green—and Ethereum continues to come off exchanges. So the trend is like, are they gonna flip the trend, right? So like, it's come back. Okay, let's go, let's go back one more time because you gotta really understand this, right? Again, they took Bitcoin off the exchanges, it catalyzed the bull market. Then eventually they started adding Bitcoin onto the exchange and boom, uh, they kept Ethereum coming off the exchange.
They pull Bitcoin off them.
Like, look, they're trying— they try to catalyze Bitcoin, they're pulling it off, right? Look, they're putting it on here, people are buying up the Bitcoin, then they start pulling it off. But all I know is right here broke all-time high, like this, this local top. This broke a local top. So there's like a, a pretty aggressive amount of Bitcoin being added to exchanges for sale right now, right? And then you think about Germany, right? Think about Germany. Isn't Vitalik? I think Vitalik Buterin is German. Oh no, he's Russian. Or yeah, Germany is selling right now. Russia is not. That makes sense. I was just looking at that. I was like, get blown away. Look, just like freak out a little bit more. But, um, where is it? Yeah, so What I'm implying is, is they're gonna do it again.
They're gonna do it again.
They're gonna do it again, and they're gonna market make Ethereum. That's what I really believe. It's not— I think it's pretty crazy evidence. I don't think anyone's providing this type of evidence. There's no way to like catch them red-handed. You— all you can do is like look at things like this and exchange prices and things of that nature, because the lineup for this is pretty crazy, right? Look. Right here, this this like really just kind of like solidified everything for me. Was right here last cycle when Bitcoin started moving on the exchange. Look November 15th, 2020. Bitcoin started going on exchange November 15th, 2020, right? Look this is like the same. This is November 15th, 2020 right here. Like November right here. So that's when the Bitcoin dominance dropped. This is the Bitcoin dominance chart. Bitcoin dominance drops. I thought that was interesting. I think that's like really, really interesting. Um, and then yeah, we could look at ETH price, but ETH price is very similar, um, you know, to Bitcoin's price. So boom, the, um, right here is when they started selling Bitcoin, and it seems like Ethereum went up with it. I think it's because they're— look, this is what I believe. There's a whole bunch of forces involved. You got the early Bitcoin adopters, you guys, you got the early Ethereum adopters, and then you have like the Federal Reserve that can print money. So there's these weird, crazy dynamic forces. And what I think is happening is these big early Bitcoin adopters, they want to buy a jet, right? They want to spend their money, but you can't really buy— you could buy a jet in Bitcoin, like you could, but like not really. You can't really like continuously buy things. So they're realizing profit. And early Ethereum adopters, like they're selling, they're realizing profit too. Everybody wants to sell eventually. But like, whoever this force is, the force is clearly trying to offload Bitcoin and accumulate Ethereum. I don't see any other reason why. Like, let's try to make it a little bit more clear. Let's look at— I want to take away ETH's price. Let's take away ETH on exchanges, and then we have the red is, uh, so we have ETH and Bitcoin exchanges. Look, it seems like Bitcoin's always being added to exchanges and there's really no reversal on the trend. We have a sideways consolidation. Look at the green. The green is Bitcoin's always being added to exchanges. We have a little sideways action here, right? It's kind of up and down. But look at Ethereum at this point right here. Like something changed. Look at Ethereum. Ethereum was like, I'm going to add Ethereum to exchanges as well. Like everybody's like the big early Bitcoin, Ethereum adopters. They're like, I'm going to put it on the exchange.
I want to make money.
I'm putting exchange. I'm making money. Right. And they're cashing out and they're buying their jets. They're doing whatever they want, putting it on exchanges, putting on exchange. Something shifted here. What shifted here? Where Ethereum is now on a downtrend and just keep continuously gets accumulated, and Bitcoin sideways now. Sideways, which is like Bitcoin. This is just weird. Very weird. So if you scroll into that event, and I keep showing that event. Actually, let's zoom out so I can get the exact date. If you scroll right here, this event here. That was the, the big, the big event that there's something there. There's something right here that happened. That's DeFi. That's decentralized finance, guys. In August 2020, I know this because I was literally a part of it. Uh, let's look at Google Trends. I know this because I was literally a part of it. That was like when I started making my best videos. Uh, let's type in DeFi. Look right here. May, June, July, August. This is the first time it talk— it, it like did everything. Like the first time it popped was right around here. January, February, April, May, June. Like this was the first pop. That's when DeFi started, decentralized finance. And the thing about decentralized finance is you— it's a decentralized autonomous organizations with the voting power. It's not necessarily all about money. Like some of these guys have so much money that they're not worried about money, they're worried about power. They want to control. They're worried about power, not money, because they have— they know that if they can control it, then they'll make— in 30 years, they're going to make all the money anyways. So it's a power mechanism that they're using through decentralized autonomous organizations, through the creation of Ethereum. They want to control all of the voting power of Ethereum. If they can control all the voting power of Ethereum, then that means they can essentially build the blockchain any way they want. They want to build the blockchain any way they want. And if they could build the blockchain wherever they want, this is like the same thing as the Federal Reserve. The whole point of the Federal Reserve is that they can control the printing and non-printing of the money. And the way they do that is through a monetary policy. They have policy, they make a decision as a private corporation, they make a decision, hey, I'm gonna print money, hey, I'm not gonna print money. Nobody can control that. They have all the voting power. They get to just vote and do whatever they want when it comes to that. But see, the thing is, when it comes to Ethereum, the way you have to do that— like, no one can just— it's like it's smoking mirrors. They make it seem like it's decentralized, but it's not decentralized. They control the voting powers, the same thing as the Federal Reserve. So they could choose one day to increase the inflation of Ethereum if they wanted to. They can choose to decrease the inflation of Ethereum. They can actually do much more than the Federal Reserve can do because now they can do things like I could vote to have a reversal on people's accounts. So if I feel like this person is a terrorist, I can take the money from their account. They can't do that with the Federal Reserve. They can do that in some cases, but if you have cash, they can't do that. So this is more control. Of course they want it. They want it bad. They want it more than they wanted the Federal Reserve. And then they want to control USDC on it. It's so obvious. What I mean it's obvious, like all of my research has always been pointing to this.
So what does that mean for you?
Well, that means for you, um, we are in the right place. We have our money invested in the right thing, um, in altcoins, which is like Ethereum's like— I have a lot of money in Ethereum, but I have, I have the majority in altcoins. So as soon as Ethereum gets adopted, we know that altcoins are going to fly. And it seems like right now specifically we have a little— it feels like an uptrend. I mean, it doesn't feel— it looks like an uptrend. Look right here, we have the bottom, which was at the bottom. And then, I mean, if you— it's not really sideways action. I know I said that before. This is Bitcoin, so the green is Bitcoin exchange. We have the bottom. This is a higher low. Higher high, or this is a higher high. Higher, so this is considered an uptrend. We have a higher low. So look, we have a low, we have a high. This is higher than the last low, right? This is higher than the last high, right? Here's higher than the last high, and this low here is higher than this low. That's considered an uptrend. That is an uptrend when it comes to Bitcoin exchange balances. There's Bitcoin on an uptrend, and then Ethereum's on a downtrend right now as we speak. Right now as we speak, that is happening right now. So you are in a good position, guys. You are in a good position. I think they're trying to market make an altcoin cycle. They're trying to market make an altcoin cycle so they can make a whole bunch of money. And then they can continue their power-hungry, you know, do whatever they want, right? Super interesting stuff here, guys. This really, really is very interesting to me. Bitcoin uptrend, as you can see, and then Ethereum downtrend. Man, blows my mind just a little bit. Um, now I'm gonna deeply research this and find some more evidence on certain things, but just wanted to update you guys that. Let me know if you guys have any questions. Peace out. So just to pull it together for you guys, just so you understand a couple things I want to like narrow in.
I know I made a lot of claims in that video. It's a lot of theory, a lot of research, years behind it.
But the point is, is that we always have altcoin seasons, okay? We always have altcoin seasons. It's very clear and it's confirmed.
Even there's connections— I'm making a claim, I do believe it— there's connections to the printing to bail out Silicon Valley Bank. At the exact bottom of the market, so at the exact bottom of the bear market, the worst time when all retail traders were panicking and freaking out like it's going to be the end of the world because of FTX exchange going bankrupt, right? Somebody bailed out all the banks. Like not somebody; we know the Federal Reserve.
The Federal Reserve bailed out all the banks, Silicon Valley Bank and everything, and somebody dropped like. Billion into Ethereum to control the voting mechanism and to hodl ETH.
And the on-chain evidence is very clear that the dates are very close to the exact stimulus, the exact bailout, that exact bailout. So when I say that the powers that be are market-making Ethereum and altcoins, I'm telling you this is the truth. I do believe Again, very clearly that it's not just going to be a Bitcoin forever thing. Ethereum is going to pop off.
Altcoins are going to pop off. And I do believe Ethereum has like pretty much as close to guaranteed as possible 300% return.
I think altcoins are going to do phenomenal because they have ties to the Federal Reserve themselves. They're being market made. Somebody wants to control the voting on Ethereum from the Federal Reserve, from that printing. Whoever it was, I don't know if it's directly the Federal Reserve. But from that printing event to bail out Silicon Valley Bank, someone dropped in two days like eight billion dollars into Ethereum, which is absurd, unheard of. And it's crazy because nobody internet, nobody's talking about this.
Nobody's talking about this.
They are market making Ethereum. Base is going to benefit Aerodrome Finance. This conglomerate is probably going to be the new like I'm not going to go that far, but. Maybe it's the new Federal Reserve or the way they use the Federal Reserve or something like that. We definitely know that they are a monopoly. We know that. We know they're a monopoly. We know they're market making it. And now they're at a point where they're using regulation to guarantee the end result. They're using regulation. They're using the Federal Reserve. They use everything just guarantee that this is going to work. So this was a long video for some people. If you made it this long, thank you guys for watching.
