Toro Triggered the Biggest Payment Shift the World Has Ever Seen

eToro's acquisition of crypto wallet ZenGo positions it to control custody of tokenized assets, potentially replacing SWIFT and Visa. A handful of custodians have roughly 36 months to lock in institutional trust before the infrastructure race ends and fees on trillions in daily transactions flow to the winners.

Etoro just triggered the biggest payment shift the world has ever seen. Infrastructure is being established, brethren. The entire global payment system just got exposed, and crypto is using a custody backdoor to replace Swift, the DTCC, and Visa behind the scenes while nobody understands what's happening because they're all worried about the price of Bitcoin to go up. Etoro acquired a wallet company called Zengo. Most people saw this as a crypto company combining with another, but they missed what's actually happening. Etoro didn't buy the brand; they bought the users. They bought the key. Share position on every future customer's wallet permanently within their ecosystem. So listen to what I'm saying: when a stock, a bond, or a treasury bill, or a piece of real estate gets tokenized, meaning put on a blockchain, it can trade like crypto. Somebody has to hold it and move it, but when it changes hands, that's called the custody layer. And the custody layer is about to become the biggest infrastructure play of the next 50 years. Think about this for a second, okay? Swift, the messaging network every bank runs on. DTC. CC, the clearinghouse that settles every single stock trade in America. Visa, the network that clears every card swipe on the planet. Those 3 companies combined collect fees on trillions of dollars in transactions every day. You never see them. You don't really know too much about it. You just use it and it works, right? But they're quietly the richest infrastructure on Earth right now as we speak. Crypto basically just made a new version of all 3. Fireblocks, BitGo, Anchorage, Copper, Bitpanda, and now eToro with ZenGo. 3 or 4 of these companies going to win and develop a monopoly probably. Once the pension funds, the banks, and the asset managers pick which custodian they trust, they do not switch. And all those fees go to those companies that own all the infrastructure. By 2030, when trillions of dollars in tokenized assets are moving through these rails every day, the winners will sit in the same position as SWIFT and the DTCC and how they act right now. Quiet and unavoidable, collecting fees on every transaction for the next 50 years. And that window closes in 36 months. The infrastructure bet of this entire cycle is being decided by the handful of companies most retail investors have never even heard of. eToro just made their move. Fireblocks already made theirs. BitGo and Anchorage are right behind them. The question is, are you understanding what's going on or you're just following the general public?
