In this commentary, the speaker argues that former President Donald Trump is deliberately driving U.S. inflation toward the Federal Reserve’s 2% target through a combination of massive tax refunds (the "Big Beautiful Bill") and a large influx of Venezuelan oil. The speaker explains that credit expansion—where 60‑70% of money in circulation is credit—drives economic growth and bull markets, and that a lower inflation rate will force the Fed to cut interest rates, further expanding credit and sparking a major rally in stocks and cryptocurrencies. Historical fiscal stimulus events (2008, 2020, 2021) are cited to illustrate risk‑to‑reward ratios for equities and crypto, and the speaker notes that most tax‑refund money is used to pay down debt, which could temporarily reduce CPI by 0.3‑0.5%. The addition of 30‑50 million barrels of Venezuelan oil is expected to lower energy prices, further suppressing inflation. The overall narrative predicts that once inflation reaches 2%, the Fed will have no choice but to lower rates, leading to a massive bull market.

Trump is literally forcing inflation down to 2%, so the Federal Reserve has no choice but to drop interest rates. It's actually crazy. We really want interest rates to drop because interest rates are the cost of borrowing money, and when more people borrow, that means that credit expands. People think it's printing. It's actually credit expansion that drives up the economy. 60 to 70% of all the money in circulation is credit. This is why we see major bull markets as soon as the Federal Reserve drops interest rates. And the only excuse the Federal Reserve has right now Is that they want inflation at 2%. So Trump's like, you know what? I'm going to try to meet your demands by doing this. There's something called the Big Beautiful Bill, which is going to trigger the largest tax refund season in U.S. history, and it's estimated $91 billion to $150 billion of additional refunds will fly into the market starting February 6th. That's called fiscal stimulus. If we look at other fiscal stimulus events, look at 2008. We have a negative 11%, but look at 2020 plus. 32%. This is the stock market, by the way. And look at over there in 2021, we have a +10%. Really good risk-to-reward ratio. 2 times we are up in a 4-month period after the fiscal stimulus, and one time we have a -11%. And this is probably because of the 2008 housing market crash. Look at the risk-to-reward on Bitcoin— +71% in 2020, but we have a situation with -7%. That's a really good risk-to-reward. Look at Ethereum— +78%, In the fiscal stimulus in 2020, minus 12. Again, really good risk reward. If we look at comprehensive surveys and economic data, you could see that the vast majority of tax refund money doesn't go to stocks or crypto. A lot of it goes to paying down debt and savings accounts and things like that, which should drop inflation short term to meet the demands of the Federal Reserve. Like I said, all that money going to pay back debt from all the people are getting extra cash. That could drop the CPI by 0.3 to 0.5 percent. But that's not the only. Thing that matters in the situation. See, Trump is doing other stuff to drop inflation. Look at the category of Venezuelan oil. As you can see right here, he got 30 to 50 million barrels of oil and dumped it into the American economy. That's a lot of oil coming into the American economy, dropping the price of oil. So the price of oil should drop. And here's the potential impact on inflation. It can drop inflation even more. If you look at how inflation is calculated, it basically looks at the cost of things including energy. So with all 3 combined— Venezuelan oil, lower gas prices, and this huge tax refund— we could see inflation come close to 2%. And all of that tax refund money could be hitting the accounts February 6th to 13th. That's crazy. So to put it simple, the Federal Reserve's biggest concern is inflation at 2%, and Trump's going to get it to 2% using oil and tax refunds. And if it's at 2% and they actually cut interest rates, that could lead to a massive bull market. It's the greatest determining factor for the increase of stocks and crypto. Low interest rates equals big bull run.
