Wall Street Just Cornered The Bitcoin Supply and Nobody Noticed

187 public companies now hold 1.19 million Bitcoin, about 5.47% of the total supply. Michael Saylor's Strategy holds roughly 18,000 BTC, while 21 Capital and MetaPlanet each hold over 40,000. Once corporations control more than 5% of Bitcoin, a government ban would destabilize equity markets.

Public companies now account for 5.47% of all of the Bitcoin that will ever exist. We have 187 public companies, 1.9 million coins, and the wildest part about it is that the Commerce Secretary's family is all over it. They're all structurally exposed to the Bitcoin. The supply shock that everybody's talking about has already begun, and most people have no idea. So Bitwise published their Q1 2026 Corporate Bitcoin Adoption Report. 187 Public companies, 1.19 million Bitcoin held on balance sheets. Public companies added 50,351 BTC in quarter one alone. This is the highest quarterly accumulation on record, and get this: they bought it at the highest pace ever during a quarter where Bitcoin's price actually dropped. So we have Strategy, Michael Saylor's company, holding 880. 18,000 Bitcoin. 21 Capital, run by Jack Miller, holds 43,500. And we have MetaPlanet in Tokyo holding 40,000 Bitcoin. You have to understand how this works. Miners are always selling their Bitcoin, but the treasuries are actually forced buyers. The 2 opposite structural forces are now defining the flow of Bitcoin itself. Here is a rare connection. 21 Capital was launched by Tether, SoftBank, and Bitfinex through a Cantor Fitzgerald SPAC. Cantor was founded by Howard Lutnick, our current Commerce Secretary. His son Brandon now runs Cantor. Cantor owns 5% of Tether. Cantor holds nearly all of Tether's treasury bills. Read that slowly. Listen to what I'm saying. The US Commerce Secretary's family company is structurally exposed To $160 billion in stablecoin reserves and the second largest public Bitcoin treasury on earth. Once 5% plus of the Bitcoin supply is on public balance sheet, no major economy can ban Bitcoin without crashing its own equity markets. Strategy alone needs Bitcoin to appreciate 2.05% per year to sustain its 11.5% preferred dividend. Bitcoin's 15-year annual compound growth rate is roughly 80%. The math works. Saylor built a perpetual capital machine in America buying Bitcoin, storing value in a corrupt system that has already been spiritually compromised. I think there's a problem when people of America are watching companies accumulate all this Bitcoin, all this scarcity, but you don't do anything. The people are going to continue to get poor until you change.
