In this market commentary, the presenter explains a recent SEC rule change that dramatically speeds up and simplifies the approval process for crypto spot exchange‑traded funds (ETFs) for altcoins. Previously, launching a spot ETF could take up to 240 days and required case‑by‑case SEC review; under the new rules a compliant ETF can launch in as little as 75 days without further SEC approval. The speaker cites Grayscale’s newly launched multi‑coin spot ETF (holding Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, and Cardano) as the first example of this rule in action. He then draws a parallel to the Bitcoin spot ETF launch in early 2024, which coincided with a massive inflow of capital ($119.5 billion AUM) and sparked the current Bitcoin bull run, as shown by price and dominance charts. Because spot ETFs must actually purchase the underlying coins, the presenter argues that similar altcoin spot ETFs will pull significant demand into XRP, Solana, and Cardano, potentially doubling their prices within the next 60‑90 days, with launches expected as early as October. The overall message is that the regulatory change creates a near‑certain catalyst for large capital inflows into these altcoins, though the presenter cautions that predictions are not guarantees.

XRP, Solana, and Cardano can double in price as soon as October because of what just happened. And you know I'm not lying to you because I don't even own any of these coins. Also, do not hold too much to predictions. No one can predict the future. All I know is the event that just came out is really, really, really crazy. The Security Exchange Commission just approved new rules that made it much faster and easier for crypto spot ETFs. And we're not talking about Bitcoin, we're talking about all other altcoins. So before it used to take months, now it can take 75 days and they can actually launch the ETF without the Security Exchange Commission's approval. So before this new rule change that's in effect right now, by the way, it used to take up to 240 days to launch a spot ETF. And I'm going to explain what a spot ETF is and why it's so significant. But now there is no case-by-case reviews. If an ETF meets present rules, it can launch without the Security Exchange Commission. And we've already seen Grayscale do this by launching their own under this exact rule. They launched one with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, and Cardano. And we can see a lot more spot ETFs for these coins launching very soon, as early as October, which is literally next month. The last time this happened, it started the bull run. Okay, so this is Bitcoin's price. That's the exact day that it launched for the Bitcoin spot ETF. And look at where we're at now. That's for Bitcoin. It's arguably the biggest reason why we're even in a Bitcoin bull run right now. So the last chart was Bitcoin's price. This is Bitcoin's dominance. What I did is I actually took the Bitcoin dominance chart from the start of the Bitcoin spot ETF, and as you can see, the Bitcoin dominance increased. So we had Bitcoin going viral basically and increasing in price, but we had Bitcoin dominance increasing. So now we have a whole bunch of altcoin spot ETFs about to be launched without Security Exchange Commission even looking over it for them to launch themselves. What I'm talking about is way bigger than you are probably thinking right now. So much so that one of the biggest crypto companies in the world, as soon as they come out with this rule, they launched their own immediately. A US multi-coin spot ETF holding Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, and Cardano. So I am not exaggerating. There's going to be a lot of money flowing into these coins and we're going to see a lot more spot ETFs get launched, which means more money flowing into the coins. To really relay how significant this is right now, just in Bitcoin, there's $119.5 billion in assets under management for the spot ETF for Bitcoin since it launched in January of 2024. And the market went up that high. We started the entire bull run. So just understand that when it comes to ETFs, A spot ETF is the good one. Like, that's the important one because a spot ETF actually goes and buys the coin. So if somebody wants to join XRP's ETF or whatever the case is, they actually have to hold XRP. All the other ETFs, not the case. So this means that there's real demand for the actual coins itself. That means that the actual coins are coming off the market, which we know when it comes to increased demand means increased price. You should know that by now. So the question is, where do you think these coins are going to go within the next 60 to 90 days?
