This founder has 60 seconds to pitch their business. Watch to the end to see how much I would invest.
Hi, I'm Rachel Lauren, the co-founder and COO of Dubi. We're the first app that rewards consumers for positive financial behavior. So things like saving and paying off their debt rather than spending more money on their credit cards. We really started because my co-founder and I, you know, we went to NYU together and she graduated with about $15,000 in credit card debt despite the fact that we both studied finance. And this problem is way bigger than just her. Right now, we've seen record highs of credit card debt levels of over $1 trillion. We see student loan repayments coming back and the lowest personal savings rate in history. Our users have paid off 3 times more debt on average before and after Dubi, and they're saving 10 times more. So we're really helping them build those long-term sustainable habits. How do we make money? We work with financial institutions, essentially help them get personalized just-in-time offers for things like debt consolidation, help them get lower interest rates on their debt, as well as high-yield savings accounts.
