Hey, welcome to another episode of the Rich Life Reframe podcast. Today, I wanted to tell you a little story about a client call that I got to be on this morning as part of a bonus that we offer for my program, tiny OfferLab. When people pay in full, they get a one hour strategy call with me. And I've gotta say, like, that is one of my favorite, favorite things to do because it helps me really get a pulse for how people are feeling about the program, what questions they have. I always love hearing direct feedback and ideas from people, but also I get to know who's in the program and then when I see their faces on group calls, I just feel really connected to the group, which is important to me. So this morning I got to have a call with a woman named Katie and it was one of those calls where you just feel energized afterwards. Like you feel like you have a purpose in life and you just feel really, really good. I don't know if you've ever had a consulting or coaching call like that, but most of them are like that. But this one was like extra memorable. So she emailed me just now and she said, ali, just to say I loved every minute of our session today, just even for the confidence booster that you gave me in pushing forward and getting my tiny offer completed. You were born to coach. And I will always remember this day as my turning point. I think as women, we put so much pressure on ourselves to be perfect and today made me realize that actually by just being yourself is so much better. Perfect is so overrated. I feel that I have an achievable value ladder to work on and it excites me for the first time. I'm forever grateful to have connected with you sister from another lifetime and I can't wait to join and the Rich Life Lab. So the reason I wanted to share this with you is because of the line where she says, you were born to coach. I remember probably four years ago when I was still building ads for people or ad campaigns from people, I was dabbling in building funnels and I wanted to coach. Like, more than anything, I really wanted to coach. And I remember going on Amazon and buying like every book I could find about coaching and looking at certification program after certification program. I remember coaching people for free and printing off lists of like what questions to ask during a coaching call. Like, I remember being so insecure that I was going to say the wrong thing or I was going to send them in the wrong direction or that I was going to screw them up somehow by calling myself a coach because I wasn't certified and I wasn't, you know, I didn't have all the accreditations behind my name, but I just kept doing it. I just kept coaching people for free. And then I started charging a little bit and then I started charging a little bit more. And now I coach on a high ticket basis. But I could have never been here if I hadn't started there. So the fact that she was recognizing I was born to coach when that's something that I always thought about myself. But I like didn't want to allow myself to think that because I didn't think I knew enough or I didn't think I was coachy enough. Like I didn't have all the, the really deep questions that get people thinking about things. You know, I felt like I was so surface level that there's no way I could have ever been a coach or done a good enough job coaching. And I just kept taking tiny baby step after tiny baby step and expanding not only my belief in myself, but by taking action and doing the coaching. I was seeing people get results and those results came from advice that I had given them. I also remember sitting in the back of the room at mastermind events that I'd go to with my own coach and listening to how she was answering questions and realizing that I had had the exact same thought of how I would advise the person she was coaching before she said it out loud. And that was so validating to me that I know as much as my coach does that I know the same things that my coach knows. And even sometimes I had different opinions that I felt would have been a better strategy than the one that my coach was suggesting. So it really made me pull back and think about why am I sitting in the back of the room instead of being the one leading the mastermind session. So I started expanding Little by little. And I'm guessing if you're listening to this podcast, you have something inside of you that you know you were born to do. You know you were born to make an impact on people's lives. You know you were born to live a life of freedom and impact and not just work your life away in a cubicle or for someone else. So I just really encourage you to keep taking baby step after baby step and keep growing your belief in yourself, keep growing your muscle in doing what you say you're going to do and finishing what you start. Every time you finish a project, every time you bring something all the way to launch and you actually ask for the sale, you. You are building your confidence, you're building your feedback for yourself to show that you can keep growing, you can keep expanding, you can keep raising your prices so that your time no longer equates with the amount of money that you're making. You're becoming limitless. So, just wanted to share that today. I am so grateful for the work that I get to do and the women and the men that I get to talk to and coach and that I was born to coach. And, like, just seeing that validated in an email, I could cry. Just amazing. So I love all of you, and I hope you're having a fabulous day, and I will talk to you all again again soon.
