Something I want to talk about that I've seen a lot of my clients struggle with, that they they've let hold them back for far too long, is imposter syndrome. Now, if you're not familiar with imposter syndrome, it's been talked about in many self development books, but if that's not your scene, Imposter syndrome is when you think about doing something and the first thought that comes to your mind is, why is that something that I think I could be capable of, or that's not possible for me, or who am I to think that I can do something like that? And. And it's something that we. That's our default reaction. No matter whether you're just starting in your business or you're starting to scale your business, if you've been in business for two weeks or six years, like, as soon as you are up against trying something new for your business, you are innately going to think, who am I to write a book? Who am I to launch a software? Like, who am I to do that big scary thing that's just a little bit beyond where I am right now? And it's when you start moving past those fears and taking action every single day and just doing it scared, that's when the magic's really gonna happen in your business. So some things that I've done personally to move past imposter syndrome, I have felt the fear and said screw it and done it anyway. That's a really big piece. Because action begets confidence, it begets clarity. Action is the first thing that you need to do. You need to show yourself that you finish what you start, you do what you say you're gonna do, and your business will grow exponentially just from that belief. The second thing is stop telling yourself that you have Imposter syndrome. Like once people realize that's what it's called and that's this thing that they have that keeps holding them back and telling them, who am I to think that I can accomplish xyz? They keep repeating it and it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy in that, oh, I can't do that because I have imposter syndrome, or I can't be on this podcast because I have imposter syndrome. But it doesn't have to be the case. You just stop telling yourself you have it and eventually, you know, you, like in your brain, you put it on a little leaf and you float it away in the wind and it's gone. It doesn't have to be this thing that like bogs you down forever that, oh, you know, I have imposter syndrome, so sorry. It's not like this communicable disease that you have and you can't get rid of. So just think about that when you're feeling that fear and just embrace it and do it anyway and stop telling yourself that you have it and just take the baby steps every single day. If you want to write a book, put together the outline and maybe talk to some publishers to get some ideas on how to take that next step. If you want to design the software, like, go find a book about software development and start, you know, connecting with angel investors on Instagram. It doesn't matter what you do, it's just taking the baby steps or the very next thing that you can do to keep yourself in momentum and taking the very next step towards everything that you know, your life can contain. Hope you're having a great day and I'll talk to you later.
