We've been given an amazing opportunity in virtual and digital entrepreneurship that's never been available in any other time period. We're living in a reality where the number of lives that we impact can be directly reflected by the dollars in our bank accounts. This podcast is all about deciding to become the person who deserves all of the success you can dream up and also teaching you the strategies and the tactics to bring it to fruition and make it all happen. Can't wait to jump into this episode. Thank you so much for being here. And let's get started.
What's up, everybody? We are going to talk about how you can never launch again. In three years of business, I have generated over $4 million in revenue, and I have never launched. Like, people find that shocking. Like, I don't do the open cart, close cart really loud on Instagram or Facebook and building up a bunch of, you know, like, a lot of pressure and really orchestrated and very overwhelming. I've never done it. I have not needed to do it because of the things that I've taught you in your unfair advantage. Secret number one and secret number two, having your signature framework that's different than everyone else and it sets your business apart is secret number one. Secret number two is having that limitless flow of cold traffic coming into your audience. And we're not talking about people that just want a free PDF. We're talking about people who are dedicated to learning, dedicated to buying a product. Growing your email list with the right people is the biggest secret of all. So when you are growing your email list, say you're growing at 50 people a day, a hundred people a day. Do you know what happens when you have new people coming in at that volume? You are able to consistently fill your programs without needing this urgency and scarcity. And like, opening the cart, closing the cart, because people are deciding for themselves, the urgency and the scarcity is built into a much more authentic style of knowing that they're not going to get the results they want if they don't take action. So because you are connecting with them so quickly, you're putting this no, like, trust factor on hyperdrive. Because the way your marketing set up, it's based on seen, purchased and satisfied. Right? Those are the things that I find much more important than no, like trust, seen, purchase, satisfied. We have to see our customers. They have to see us. They have to take an action like buying something, whether it's a tiny offer, even a paid challenge, buying something that separates the people who are just dabbling. We don't want to build our list with dabblers. We want to build our list of people who are excited to be there. So that makes a huge difference in the quality of the list that you're building and the type of person that is raising their hand as saying, I want to be here, I want to learn from you. You're the expert, you're my person. I. It's serendipitous that you're showing up for them, right? They have been looking for you and because of secret number one and secret number two, they finally get it. They finally see that you're their person and it clicks and they're excited and they want to join everything that you have. So the reason that I've never had to launch, I've never had to create like lots and lots of new programs and change things up all the time is because of this limitless flow of new people coming into my business all the time that are so motivated. They're most motivated when they first come onto your email list, right? So they are presented with what I talked about in the last training, your spoken sales page in your format based on how you show up best for your personality. They come into your email list and they're invited to join a program that is rolling enrollment. There are cohorts. There is like an, you know, you can say like this cohort kicks off on April 15 or whatever to get people to make that commitment. But the secret of what we have done differently is that we are using concierge. So we have people who are inside of my business that are actually talking to the people who are joining the email list as soon as they're in the email list or in my world, they're invited to get to know me even faster. So joining my free Facebook group, following me on Instagram where we're, we're sending them text messages to see how they're doing. It's all customer service based. It's all relationship focused and a lot of it is automated. So it's not based on me needing to show up and be the one who's responsible for making all these connections. So the combination of automation and having this concierge selling team has allowed me. I haven't taken a sales call in three years, you guys. I haven't been on any awkward connection calls. So if you hate sales or if you don't feel comfortable. The way that you can set it up is having a social selling team or what I, you know, social selling, concierge selling is one in the same. Having a team that is there to talk about you, it helps build that velvet rope around you that sets you up as the authority in your niche so that you don't have to feel like you're begging people to connect with you. You're setting yourself up on the expert pedestal where people, they see you differently, right? Like they're, they see you as the expert that they respect. And when they get into your programs after speaking with one of your social sellers, of your concierge sellers, there's already a different level of respect where they're excited to be there and they, they show up to calls. The engagement level is off the hook because they are so grateful that they are now in, in your world. So there's some subtle psychological shifts that need to happen in order to get people to join your programs in this way and think of you as an authority and respect that authority that you have in the niche. Right? They're not going to be asking for refunds. They're not going to be questioning what they're getting from the program. They're going to know why they're there and they're going to be motivated to be there. So when you set up your spoken sales page and you're presenting this information, you're connecting with people and you have your concierge sellers reaching out to people who are attending your spoken sales page. So when they attend the spoken sales page event and people on your team are reaching out to them to connect with them, to see what other resources they can provide to give them an even better experience. To connect on a phone call, to answer their questions, to show them what else you have available, they can come into your world excited and motivated. And those conversations, the connection calls, are now just a matter of figuring out the logistics. They're just asking questions about when does the cohort kick off, what's the payment plan like? Or whatever it might be. Because every single month you are launching a new cohort of the same program that's based on your proprietary method. So when they come in every single month, you have the same program so you can completely optimize the onboarding system. You can have an amazing experience, you can gamify the experience to keep people motivated and moving through the program. You can help them get results. So much so that your next level programs, if you have like a private mastermind or you have something else available. It's going to be a no brainer for them to join because of what a transformation you've helped them accomplish in that first step. So the secret to having this rolling enrollment or having this type of program is having a team that's out there selling every day on your behalf. They're reaching out to the new people who are attending your spoken sales page events. They are bringing them through the process and making sure that people feel nurtured. And remember I said seen, purchased and satisfied. We want to make sure people feel seen because number one, that's what we all want as humans. We want to feel appreciated. I don't know how many of you have ever purchased a product or joined a program and the pitch was so intense, you finally were like, okay, fine, I'll buy it. And then the creator never spoke to you again. Like that totally happened. My very first program that I joined, it was more money than I'd ever spent on my business before at the time. And I joined the program after the guy had like hounded me for months and like, you should really join this program. You should really join it. It's really going to help you. And then after I said yes and I put my credit card down, it was like I didn't exist anymore. I was nothing. So not allowing people to have that experience inside of your business is super important. Not only for like your reputation online, but as a human. You really want to help people get that transformation and help people achieve their goals. We got to make sure that a customer becomes a customer for life and that we have other programs available for them. So having this rolling enrollment program and having new people come in every single month and having that opportunity for them to learn about the program through a spoken sales page, those are the secrets to being able to grow your million dollar business in a very simple way. It's repeatable, simplicity, scales, right? But any business consultant or anyone who's grown a business will tell you it's not always the most fun thing to scale a business because it can feel like you're repeating processes. But that's what it takes is getting really good at the one about getting people results with your framework through a consistent program where you're not changing it up all the time and you're not trying to switch your angles and your names, the programs. You're not confusing your audience and losing your audience. You're keeping it consistent for them throughout the entire process. So figuring out how do you set up all of the systems to bring people into the program to allow them to be in the program for, you know, let's say 12 weeks for example, and then inviting them to an off boarding call that checks on their experience and then lets them know what else is available for them based on what your other programs are. Some of these minor tweaks can be the difference between hundreds of thousands of dollars in your business annually. Because it's so much more simple to do it in this manner instead of having live launches all the time and burning out and once the launch is over, like you need two months off to recover. But now you've got to deliver the thing and it's tiring. That's why I've been able to produce at the level that I have for the last three years is because I've kept it ridiculously simple. So if you're overwhelmed and tired of feeling like you're inconsistent in your business or feeling like there could be so much more that you're creating or you're producing, or you're really wanting to step into that next level, or you're wanting to step away from one on one and step into group coaching, it's best to just start with this method so that you're setting yourself up for success from the beginning. And these are all things that I teach inside of the Alibirit coaching program because I've seen it all. I've seen people launch. I was a launch manager and one of my first internetpreneur. Internetpreneur. I can't say words. You know, as a launch manager, I was a social media strategist. I've built funnels, I've run ads, I've helped coach mindset. You know, it's like all of the things that you need but you can't find in one program. That's why I created the Ali Beer coaching program based on these, all these different frameworks and all these methods that come together in a really beautiful synchronous way because I've seen people do it completely the wrong way and then either burn out and disappear from the Internet, never to be seen again, or just always feeling like there's more or always feeling like there's something else out there that they just can't quite grasp. Like something's missing in their marketing or messaging and they can't figure it out. I want to help you figure that out and I want you to hit all of your goals and I want you to have a million dollar business and have the lifestyle of your dreams and travel and have hobbies and be healthy and love your family. Like, all of these things. I want that for you. Right? Like, it's so many things that you could be doing for your business. We want to simplify it for you and get you on the right path so that you can go further faster. We want you to hit your goals further faster and become the decision maker of your life, of your business, because it's all out there for you. You're sitting on a literal gold mine.
