Welcome to the Rich Life Reframe podcast. We've been given an amazing opportunity in entrepreneurship that's never been available in any other time period. We live in a reality where the number of lives we impact can be directly reflected by the dollars in our bank accounts. This podcast is all about living a truly rich life that goes beyond the amount of income that we make. It means living the good life and, and existing in a state of freedom, security, and well being. In this podcast, we'll be going through quick reframes that can help you get your mind right so you can truly live the life that you've always dreamed of. That being said, let's hop into this episode.
Welcome to this episode of the Rich Life Reframe podcast. I am so excited that you are joining me to listen to this podcast. I'm going to go ahead and consider this season two of having a podcast and I could also rename it the the Pickup Line podcast because that is probably where I'm going to be recording most of these. I don't know if some of you are listening who do not have to pick children up from school, but it's like a 45 minute ordeal right now with so many parents not having their children riding the bus because of Corona. And like we're still in Minnesota, we're doing in person school, at least in the city that I'm living in. So it's a whole thing, It's a whole adventure. I had a call with someone the other day and I told her it was an internal business call. I wouldn't take a coaching call in the pickup line, though I probably could with how long it takes. But I was telling her like, hey, I'm talking to you from the pickup line. And I had my WI Fi spot on and I had my, my camera up on my laptop and I. She's like, oh, you're not kidding. Like this. This is really a thing. Like you're sitting here for 45 minutes. So I kind of have a mobile office right now. That's where I'm gonna be recording most of these. And I'm excited to be back because I had a podcast called Prosperity Lab Podcast. I think that was. It's probably like two or three years ago. And I became a statistic. I launched only four episodes and let it die, which apparently is the average number of podcasts people launch and create and then abandon their podcast. So we're just gonna go ahead and consider this season two of Ali having a podcast, even though it has a new name. So the, the Purpose. This is kind of an intro episode. The purpose of this podcast is to give you actionable 5 to 10 minute reframes, binge worthy content that you can listen to and feel inspired or think about something a little bit differently. All about having a rich life. So being rich, that might have some connotations for you. If you think about how it makes you feel. It might give you some insight into your mindset around money. But what we're going to be talking about is having a rich life. So what does that mean? It means designing a life that looks however you want it to look. It could mean running a $10 million business and the mindset behind that. It could mean having really intentional time with your family, discovering what that balance is and all sorts of different things around really having a rich life. Not just being rich with money, there's rich with relationships, rich with experiences with travel. If we can ever travel again. There's a lot more behind the scenes. So my goal is to share mindset tips specifically around business growth, happiness, empowerment, confidence, all of those topics that are near and dear to my heart. Even though I talk about marketing specifically in other parts of my business, I realize the importance of kind of like that daily shower of inspiration, right? Like we shower. Not okay personally, not every day. Most days, if I'm working out, it's every day. But. But it does take refreshing, right? It's not like you can be inspired once and then forever be good and never have a low vibe moment in your life again. This is all about checking in, getting centered, getting your mind right in, hopefully 10 minutes or less. So I'm really, really excited about coming back and having the podcast back. And if you have things that you want to hear about or topic ideas, I would love for you to email me. You can send them to supportliebjerg.com and we can get different topics on our list because we are going to. Because it is such a short amount of time for the podcast, it's going to be bench worthy, right? Like you could listen to a whole bunch of episodes in one sitting or maybe just one at a time depending on how much time you have available. That being said, we are also having a competition for people to listen to the podcast. If you listen and you leave us a review, you are entered into winning one of our programs. It could be one of our $27 programs or it might be our signature $6,000 program. We will judge monthly based on who submits the best review. We have a whole panel of judges on our team that are looking at the reviews and they will be judged by length, by content. Best review. So listen to the podcast. If you like it, if it changes your life even just a little bit, if it inspires you, if it shifts some of the thoughts that you have in the day, leave us a review. I would love to see what you think. I would love to know what that shift was and you could have a chance to win entry into one of our programs just for leaving a review. That being said, this is episode 001 of the Rich Life Reframe podcast and I cann wait to see you on future episodes. Talk to you soon.
