There are two types of frustrated job seekers out there. The first kind cannot even get an interview. They get ghosted. They get rejected. They don't know what's wrong. The second type, they're getting interviews but they don't get called back. They get rejected after they have an interview. There are very different problems that both of these kinds of people have. I'm gonna go over them in this video. For the first kind, it is probably your resume or your online presence or something about how you're applying to jobs and maybe a lack of networking that is resulting in getting ghosted and rejected before you even talk to a real person. So fix that. Secondly, for the other type of job seeker who probably has a great resume and they're applying for jobs and they're getting interviews, you are not doing a good enough job communicating your value in an interview. I can help with both. Let me know which type you are.
