3 Ways to Feel More Fulfilled in Life (ALLISON MASLAN)

Allison Maslan discusses three ways to feel more fulfilled in life, focusing on hope, living joyfully in the present moment, and being true to yourself while pursuing your dreams.
If you had to take all of this, you know, your fundamental belief about how the universe operates, about, you know, what is required for an individual to really create their dreams, create their soulmate. If you had to boil that down to three, three key things, what would you say those three key things are?
Three things that they would need to do.
Individual needs to practice, be aware of, know, take on, to create for themselves.
Right.
Success, abundance, a balanced life, a soulmate, whatever it is. Right. Because you're a masterful creator.
Thank you. I. I hadn't thought of it that way, but I think the first thing is to really see that there is possibility for abundance. That's the first thing, is you have to have hope. If you don't have hope, you don't have anything. So that's the first thing.
So believe that it's just fundamentally possible for anybody, Everybody.
Yes. Deep down, no matter if you don't.
Have an education right now or you don't have a job right now, or you. You came from terrible background, it's still possible for you.
Yeah. I mean, well, look at our president.
Okay, yeah.
So perfect example. So, yes, we can change any circumstance. And so first seeing the possibility, I would say live a full, passionate life every single day. So it's not just about where you're headed. You know, you want to create a vision and set towards that, but live the joy every day.
Oh, I love that. It's not about focusing so much on what you create out there. It's about what you're choosing right here, right now.
Absolutely. Because then you're wasting your days if you're only seeing about what you're trying to create. You know, somebody told me a quote recently, how you live your day is how you live your life. And we're all about the vision, but this is all we have is right in this moment.
You know what I love about that is that when I was creating my business name, Focus up, it's really about the vision that we're talking about. You're raising your vibration up into the higher joy and peace and bliss.
So.
That you can get the right echo back from the universe. And when I was trying to create the web address, I could only say focus up now. And it wasn't my original plan. I wanted it to be Focus up, but I had to take Focus up now to make it work. And then, of course, later, it struck me that of course it has to be now.
See, the universe had other plans.
And the other thing that's wonderful about that is that my friend Ellen pointed out to me is that the abbreviation of that now is fun. Focus up now. I love that it just would have been fu. And now it's fun. I love that that now is the only moment that's actually happening.
Right. And have fun in your life now. You know, I mean, if you've been laid off from a job, hey, maybe you need some time off, take advantage of this break, you know, and if you're out there and you're trying to create something new, of course, put your intention on that, but, you know, embrace that opportunity. Maybe now you can spend some more time with your family. You know, look at the gem in the moment, because it is about the journey. And the last thing. Thing I would say is be true to yourself. And what I mean by that is if you really have a dream and you really, deep down want to create something in your life, don't settle based on what other people tell you that you can and can't do. So you need to live externally how you're living internally. So that's being synchronistic and being true inside and out. And so just putting your intention of what are the dreams on the inside and bring them out into the world.
Beautiful. Thank you so much for sitting here and talking.
Oh, you're welcome. I've loved time together. Yeah, thank you.
