This is a YouTube video titled "A Positive Leader's Space Is Waiting For You..." featuring Aramis Black, who discusses his holistic memory care community business based in Dover, New Hampshire. He reflects on leadership responsibilities and creating a results-driven, no-excuse environment for himself and his team. The content is a monologue or speech rather than a conversation.

Aramis Black. Name of the business is Johnson Creek Village. Based out of Dover, New Hampshire. We have a holistic memory care community. The environment here is, it's just top notch. It allows me to really focus on the things that I need to do and maybe don't need to do to get my team and to get the results that I want to get. So I think it allows me to see very clearly the responsibility that I have as a leader to really drive results and to really create a really no excuse environment, first for myself and then, you know, for my team as well.
