This is a YouTube video titled "Aiming High As Driven Business Owners" featuring Allison Maslan delivering a motivational monologue recorded on August 2, 2022. In the video, Allison shares a personal reflection on overcoming fear and hesitation when pursuing goals, using the metaphor of standing on a flying trapeze and encouraging viewers to take leaps toward their aspirations.

Where are you? In the precipice of any area of your life where you feel like you're so close. You're so close to where you want to be. There's a hesitation. There's something that's holding you back. And that feeling in your stomach, you know that you get that pit in your stomach. It's fear. Never let fear be the thing that holds you back from what you want to create in your life. I'm standing up on a pedestal of a flying trapeze. My favorite thing that I love to do is. And every time I get up here, I get scared. Every time I get up here, I get that pit in my stomach. But I take the leap anyway, because we only have so many days left on this earth, so you might as well reach for the top and take the leap.
