Alliance of Your Team

Foreign. I'm excited to bring you another scale tip. So I've been sharing with you the scale it method and that is an an acronym for strategic vision, cash flow, alliance of the team, leadership and execution. The five pillars you absolutely have to have to multiply your growth and scale your company. So today we're going to talk about alliance of the team. Now, the reason it's alliance is because your team needs to be aligned with your vision. So if you ever have a team member that you feel like, gosh, I just don't know if this person is the right fit. Go back to the values of your company, the vision of your company and see is this person really aligned with your vision? Because that is crazy critical, especially as you're as you are scaling. Now. We love our team members and we obviously letting them go is one of the hardest things that you need to do. But keeping somebody on that is not the right fit is not really fair for them either. So the question that you want to ask yourself with whoever that you're thinking about or struggling with on your team is would you hire them again today? If the answer is yes, that's all good. Maybe they just need some more training. If the answer is no, well, you kind of have your answer. And remember, in scaling, what got you here will not get you there.
