ALLISON MASLAN: Behind The Scenes at Blastoff Business Breakthrough (LEVEL UP LIVE)

Allison Maslan shares insights from her Blastoff Business Breakthrough event, a three-day gathering where entrepreneurs discuss marketing strategies, personal growth, and commitment to their businesses. Attendees describe transformative experiences and the connections they made.
Whenever you have a desire and you. You want something and it's so important to you, you have to have the comm behind it. You have to have the passion behind it, and you have to be willing to put in the work. When I think about my entrepreneurial career, it's thousands and thousands and thousands of hours and early mornings and late nights and sacrifices and, you know, a willingness to give up things that in the moment, were fun and that I had to say no to because I was so focused and driven towards this specific, magical thing that I wanted to create. So you have that in you. Everybody has it in you. You have that special gift, and, you know, it's time to get your greatest work out into the world. But you got to be willing to do the work and stay with it.
But that's when the most amazing things can happen. That's truly when the most incredible things.
Can happen to you. Have a big day tomorrow. You know, we've Kendra Scott, We've got Nicholas Guzmick on stage. We've got Pam Hoffman on stage. We have Denise Mueller on stage. I'm so excited, and I always say that when we come in here, but I'm more excited for this, this event than I have been. I feel nervous like always, but. But more solid than ever. And I just feel like we're going into this with more wisdom, more strength, more heart than ever. You all are the superstars of this company, so I'm so grateful to you. You know what the goal is? St. Bart's baby. Just stay present. Everybody that you talk to, everybody that you connect to, remember that this is a significant experience that can impact the rest of their life. Every conversation that you have, every moment, every look, every helpful can make the difference. And so every one of those moments is precious, and I'm just so grateful. So thank you. Thank you, Allison, for offering this. We're going to rock the event. Are you ready for three amazing days? Are you ready for a transformation? So are we. And I cannot wait to see the lives that are going to be changed over the next three days. Welcome to the sixth annual Blastoff Business breakthrough.
I'm fortunate enough now to be the guy behind working with some mega brands and mega names, people you may know and recognize. Not only that, but we have some of the highest ROIs recorded in industry. Not only that, we generate some really good revenue on Facebook, like in 30 days or so, generating just over $3 million. All good and all fancy. But what I've come to learn from these experiences and from doing all this work is that when it comes to marketing your business in 2017, there's only two things that matter. How many things? Number one, content. But more specifically, how does your content rise above all the other noise in your marketplace? Before you even think about running a Facebook ad, you should know what your message is and how it's different from everybody else's. And then even before that, you want to make sure that you have a magnet that you can throw out to your industry that's going to serve your industry. In order to attract the right people to you, then you need to capture them by putting them out on Facebook. And there's an entire process.
After the three days, I was the very first person to get up and sign up for Allison's Pinnacle program. And I'm so glad I did it, because my life is very different now.
My mastermind group is such a tremendous group of people that I can really be real. I'm allowed to be vulnerable, and I'm. And they. And then to validate that what I'm feeling and going through, because we all have bad days, not every day is perfect, that they sometimes go through that, too. And then we work on that together. And I'm so grateful for the friendships and for the connections that I've made here. It's just been phenomenal. And then I feel so blessed to tell all my friends, because I want to share that with them. I want them to see and meet these amazing people.
I'm asking you guys a question today. Would you recognize a moment of impact if you saw it? We're walking around today with these phones like this.
I'm pretending I'm bumping into this, because.
It'S basically what happens half the time. People are crossing streets on their phones. We are in a table, and people are texting the person across the table. Don't tell me you haven't done this, right. We're so caught up right now in our own world that we are missing moments. We are missing people. We are missing opportunities. We're missing connections. In this room, in this conference, you guys have this incredible ability right now to meet people that could change your life forever. It could change the course of what you are doing today for the rest of your life. But you've got to be looking for it. Oh, I love being in a room of entrepreneurs.
It's just so much energy. I would just like to say to you all that I am so honored and blessed to have had this time with you. Every single one of you is so important to me, and I'm very, very excited to see all of the accomplishments that you're going to make. And if you're committed and stick to it, I know that it's going to happen. Anything is possible. Anything is possible. Possible. If it's in your heart and you give that. Oh, my God. I can't believe I'm crying the last second of the entire freaking event. Oh, thank you. I love you all, and I know that whatever your dreams are, please never give up on yourself. Don't let anyone or anything ever tell you or ever have you believe that you're not worth it or that you can't make it happen. All right, let's give yourselves a hand.
