It's on my list. Oh, okay. Hold on, hold on. Everybody was off the charts excited. People at that level are. They're serious. So anyway, this is all in a year. I think it's really important to look at our accomplishments because we're in the weeds every day, and we're working really hard. And running a business is not easy. It's not for the faint of heart. And so if you're. If someone. Someone's looking for easy, they should definitely not be running a business. And so we're in the weeds. We're dealing with challenges and needing to come up with solutions for the challenges for us as a business and for our clients. Sometimes we're tired. Sometimes we don't, you know, think that we have the answer or the solution. And sometimes we have those moments where like, oh, my God, what are we doing? But then we get back in touch with that passion and that drive and the purpose of why we're doing this in the first place. And really to look at, wow, look how far we've come, and look what we've accomplished. This is your business. I mean, yeah, I know I'm the CEO of the company, but this is your company. This is happening because of you all and what you've created. I could not do this without you. And I mean that 100%.
All of the other coaches who do fabulous work with what they do are fairly niched in what they do. You know, they're really good with the very specific lane that they're in, and their businesses are almost all the same kind of person. And that is so far from how we attract people. Our businesses are so diverse. So I think we really are very unique in the fact that we address brick and mortar, traditional business and revenue streams, product manufacturing, coaching, in a variety of different levels.
All right, I just hung up on everybody, so thank you for waiting. Hold on, I gotta get this light up. My goodness. Well, hi, everybody, and I'm excited to share this important call with you on numbers. Our favorite thing about business is looking at the numbers, because I know that you all get so, so excited when you look at your numbers every day, right? You're jumping up and down and saying, yay. My numbers are going up and up and up. But what I realized is that the more that I focused on the numbers, got clear on where I needed to be, what was it gonna cost me to run my business, where did I want to be? And then work backwards to determine the number of sales, sales that I needed to make. It actually helped me to reach My goals faster and then my goals got, you know, just kept growing and I actually gave me more time in my day and my week just for myself, away from my business because I could really strategize on how to spend my time more profitably.
Your freaking juices, Ally. I was hot. She can't drink that one until she drinks that one. It tastes terrible. The first one that's been sitting there, 9:30 this morning, every two hours. I can't count her just how many gallons. Don't like it. Just drink it, drink it. Can you get her a straw when you go out? No juice babe. You have number one over there too. You haven't drinking anything in the fridge too painful for her.
Building a team. If it's, you know, your time management or just getting it all done, please comment below what your questions are. I'm coming back in just a few minutes live for the show and I'm going to answer your questions. Alright, take two. Let me tell you, I've also been in the health field as a homeopath for like 20 years and I really don't like anything green. I just, I'm totally admitting it here, but my husband came up with this great idea that we would do this cleanse and it's actually an amazing cleanse. It's apple, parsley, kale, spinach, mint, lime, cucumber, celery. Of course you have to match what you're charging with the value that you're offering. So you gotta increase your value at the same time, take your offer and what could you do for a lower price model? And what the heck is a strategic vision? I actually call it your big picture vision. Vision. One of the biggest mistakes I would say that business owners make is this. Exactly. And tell me if this is you, you get an idea, you want to get it out there and then you're not getting the traction that you want and then you get frustrated or maybe you even get fearful because you have bills to pay, payroll to make. And then you say, oh, I'm just gonna do this marketing plan and this marketing plan and you're just kind of grabbing at straws but you're not working within a cohesive strategic plan.
How can you get funding to start a business? If your vision is to create a business, how do you start?
Okay, so that's a really good question. And I think that's where a lot of people get stuck. You feel like that you have to have funding to start a business. And I have had, I have built 10 companies over the years and only one of the 10 did I need to get financing for when I got started. So what I will say to you is that you need to just go out there and sell. Hey, time to leave the party, get to work.
You've seen the difference and it's getting better all the time. There's nothing you and I want.
You find what you love, work at it every single day and you know that's what those overnight success 20 years later. It's just doing the work and loving the work that you do. Business is not easy. It's not easy and that's why you need to have the support now. The rewards are, you know, magnanimous but you know, you, you have to be willing to hit a lot of walls and, and know that just around the corner is where all the jewels are. It's gonna hang in there. That was it. Okay, thanks, guys. Bye. All that you thought I.
