This is my. Should we go out? Getting stronger. Now I'm gonna go start using my brain. From the body to the brain. I didn't follow the script because I don't follow.

I actually have to leave my office to study because there's so much busyness going on here. And I have a big webinar in like, I don't know, 45 minutes. I need to. I know it. It's all in my head and all that. I just like to go through it. I like to prepare and make sure that everything goes off flies. And so all of our attendees will have an amazing experience. Bye. So today has been a really awesome day. I actually was able to have a meeting with someone that I've been trying to connect with and build a relationship with for about years. And it went really well. So I'm super pumped up about it. And you know, where we left the meeting was, let's see where this goes and what I know about building a business. Relationships are such a pertinent, core part of growing in business, those connections. But you have to earn that rapport and trust. And I'm really fine for being here on the long haul and just, you know, and just really grooming that relationship and helping it grow and flourish. So that was really cool. Okay. I'm here at WBE West Sony, an incredible conference. I am honored to be one of the main speakers here. And really, what do I love doing? My passion is helping entrepreneurs. And these women are dynamos and they are really making a difference. I think that more now than ever, you're seeing more women business owners and we're really rising and making an impact on our communities. We have a long way to go, but we're here to make a difference. So I hope that they're inspired by what I have to say. Taking action, going out there and making it happen, getting ready to take the stage. When I do this, I take a moment, close my eyes, kind of go inside, get aligned with what I'm going to share. Remember what the heck I'm going to say. No, it's in me. And just go up there and give my best, share from my heart, speak from my heart, and hopefully there is some wisdom in there that is going to resonate with the audience and they're going to take it and run with it. So here we go. So we're all here to build our business and that's our main agenda and the reason that we're here. But if we're not happy and healthy and inspired and full of energy, it's very hard to have that get up and go. Would you all agree? And all this money was coming in and I was just incredible at building business, flying by the seat of my pants until this happened. Can any of you all relate to this picture? Like today, the clear direction of your company needs to come from you. If you're frustrated that your employees are not doing what they need to do, it's probably because they don't get the vision of the company. They don't understand the expectations and where you want to take this, right? These are big decisions.
