Are You Encouraging Your Team Members To Fail?

Okay. Are you encouraging your team to fail? Yes, you heard me right. What that means is, are you encouraging your team members to get so creative, to get so out there that what they come up with might actually not work? You see, the biggest breakthroughs come from the biggest failures. And if your team is afraid to make mistakes because they know how upset that you might get if things slip through the cracks, then you're really missing out on the incredible value and abundance and creativity in their brain that can come into your business and grow your bottom line. If you think that you have to be the rainmaker, the decision maker, the everything maker, you are missing out on all of the wealth and abundance of your team. Encourage them to get creative, encourage them to fail, and they will bring you the best.
