Are You Ready to Live on Purpose?

Allison Maslan talks about aligning your values with your actions and living from a deeper purpose. She argues that congruency in business and life attracts and inspires others, and that self-awareness and empathy are what let you connect authentically.
So the power of living on purpose. It's kind of like, you know, when, for those of you who grew up in radio, with the dial, you know, when you are on that right frequency, you are. You're tuned in. There's no static. You know that feeling when you're doing something and you're so in the zone, that's when you're living your higher purpose. So I want to talk about that for a minute. I want to talk about that. So when you have this higher purpose internally, when you can express that, then you begin to attract other people that are dialed in on that same radio frequency. If you are holding in a certain value of your life that's so important to you, but you're expressing something different outwardly, then you are not living congruently. And I truly believe that that is probably one of the top three reasons people get ill. Right? I. I mean, an autoimmune disease is that the body is fighting against itself. And in a sense, that's what you're doing when you are living one way, but internally, you're feeling something different. You're not allowing your true self the freedom to express and be and do all the things that you're born to do. So there's just this constant fight. And that's what creates depression and frustration and ultimately disease. Because over time, that kind of friction is going to manifest. And so when we can be in our higher purpose and have the courage to step into that and use our voice, then we will start to connect with others that love that too, in our team, in our customers, in our friends. And when we can follow our heart and when we speak from the heart, other people will feel that. They feel you truly care. They feel your passion. And the number one quality that moves people in marketing and in life is what? Yeah, some of you saw my slide that moved over, didn't you? Okay. Empathy. When people get that, you get them. Not that people get what you do. People get that you get them when they feel heard. You know that feeling when you're out to dinner with some people and you've never met them before, and they talk about themselves the entire time and they don't ask you one question. It's kind of like that feeling doesn't feel that. That's how my husband was on our very first date, because he was so nervous. I was like, well, I think he was nervous. He's kind of cute. I'll give him one more chance. So. But that's the thing. It's the feeling of empathy. So is that something that you're expressing, are you connected to that? Are you connected to that? What do you stand for? What's important to you? Why did you get into business in the first place? Was there a purpose behind it? What do you love? Who are you a hero for and what fires you up? What do you love? Who are you a hero for and what fires you up and are you following that? Are you living by that? Think about this. With your businesses in your life, what do you stand for? Who do you stand for? If you really dig deep, what is it all about? You know, in what we do in Pinnacle, it's helping people reach their dreams, but it's also to help them to step into a higher level of beingness, of confidence, of feeling, that sense of accomplishment. Right? Changing humanity. People following their heart, like what drives you and have you been in touch with that? Is that what you're talking about? What do you love? Who are you a hero for and what fires you up? What do you love? Who are you a hero for and what fires you up? Say this out. What do I love? Who am I a hero for and what fires me up? What do I love? Who am I a hero for and what fires me up? Put your hand right here. What comes up around that for you? What comes up around that for you? Turn to the person next to you right now and share. What's the deeper purpose of what you do? Let's pull out this next tool. It's higher purpose messaging. What is your higher purpose? Be with me right now. Really focus. This is very important. Probably one of the most important processes I've taken you through yet. So be here. What do you believe your higher purpose is? Just write that down right now, top of mind. Don't think about it too much. Don't analyze it. What's the first thing that comes up? What are the dreams of your clients? What do they yearn for? What are your clients? Your potential clients? What do they need? What do they. What do they want a hero for? What's their pain? What's their yearning? What do they wish for? What do they dream of? And then what do you love? What do you love? What do you love? We love your business, what's important to you, your driver, your why? Who are you a hero for? Are you a hero for women that want to have more financial richness, structure, more financial education? Are you a hero for to help people get healthier? Are you a hero to help people feel better about themselves? Do you have some type of tool to make life a little bit easier. You can decide who you're a hero for if you sell tires. What's the deeper meaning underneath that? And who's your common enemy? Who are you fighting? What do you want to release? Do you want to release a certain type of illness? Do you want to help people overcome bullying? What do you want to help people let go of? Who are you a hero for? Who do you love? Who do you take a stand for? What do you stand for? And are you living, running your businesses in congruency with that? Are you in alignment? Because if you're not, what are you waiting for? Because there are people out there and they need you. They need that hero in you. They need you to stand for them.
