Allison discusses common fears CEOs face when scaling their businesses and explains why managing a company at a higher revenue level can be easier with the right team and systems in place. The content is a motivational or business advice talk focused on leadership and company growth.

One of the biggest fears of CEOs as they're scaling up their business is that the whole thing at some point is going to implode and fall apart. But the truth is this is, you know, all of that story that we create in our mind. But it's actually much easier to run a company, let's say at the $50 million level than it is at the 5 million dollar level. The reason is, is that if you have a team managed company that has taken your vis with it and you have the right systems and processes in place, it actually takes you out of the day to day and chasing all of those fires and you are more in the visionary CEO role as well.
