BIGGEST mistakes business owners make!

And I was stuck in the weeds in my company as well. And I think one of the mistakes that I made was I didn't realize the cost of my time and I wasn't spending my time in the highest and best use. I mean, probably a lot of us do that. And also not realizing, you know, what you need. And sometimes we feel we're working the day to day and we really don't know what we need. We really don't understand. We get kind of caught there. I think once you hire the right people and you hire the strategic leadership that you need, things really change, you know, it reminds me of somebody here in Pinnacle that I wanted to mention, Lorena. We first started working with her, she was really heavily in the weed. She didn't even have free time on the weekends. In less than two years. She worked on her leadership, her time management, and now she's able to take vacations. She has time. Her business is doing better than ever, and it just goes to show how important that is.
