Joes and founders. You can relate to this. It's lonely at the top. And I don't mean that from an ego perspective. What I mean is it's lonely at the top. You have so much pressure on your shoulders as a business owner. You have a lot of people depending on you for answers and paying them all of this, right? Who do you go to? You can't go to your employees and say, I'm really struggling with this. You sometimes can't go to your spouse. You can't go to your mom, because they don't get it. So you live in this sort of world on your own with all of these questions and decisions that you need to make, because if you don't make the decisions, you get stuck in limbo.
