This is a YouTube video titled "Create Higher Customer Levels 🚀🔝" featuring Allison Maslan speaking about offering premium, high-touch customer service options for clients who want quick, top-level access without going through standard courses or instructions. The content is a monologue focused on customer service strategy and premium offerings.

The other thing you can do is create higher levels. There is that customer that wants a higher touch point. That's me. Like, I just want to go. I don't want to take your course. I don't want to read the instructions. I don't have time. You know, just get me to the top. That's how I am. And that's who our customer is. They don't have time. For many of you, it's time that you're valuing. Right. And so that's that premium offering.
