This is a YouTube video titled "Do you feel like your stuck in the weeds of your business?! 😝" featuring Allison Maslan delivering a motivational talk on business leadership. In the video, Allison Maslan advises entrepreneurs to identify their superpower within their business, delegate tasks that weigh them down, and focus on their visionary role to feel more purposeful and empowered. The content is a solo presentation recorded in June 2022.

Do you always feel like you're in the doing of your business? Like you're constantly in the weeds? You're meant to be the visionary in your business, and I want to get you there. Here are the three things to start to look at. Number one, you figure out what your superpower is in your business. Figure out what lights you up most in your business. Number two, write down everything else that you're doing that actually weighs you down in your business. Figure out which of those things are taking up most of your time. You're going to want to delegate those to a team member so that you can live in your superpower. You're going to feel more on purpose, you're going to feel freer, and you're empowering others to step in to their superpower.
