Drop the Micromanagement! 👌

What CEOs and founders do wrong as they're trying to scale their business is that they're operating the business the same way they did when they started. So even though you're growing and you're adding team members, you're still like that micromanager, or we call it the octopus that has their hands in everything. You're bringing great people on. Let them grow the company. Empower them to think, think for themselves. If they're always going to be dependent on you being that conductor, then they shut off that part of their brain and they're waiting for you to give them the answers. And if that's what you're doing, you will always, always be in the weeds of your business, and you cannot scale.
