This is a YouTube video titled "Empower to Delegate!" containing a motivational talk by Allison Maslan recorded in March 2024. In this content, Allison Maslan discusses strategies for effective delegation and empowering team members to take ownership of tasks rather than doing everything oneself.

Get off the hamster wheel. I know. The thought comes up, I'll just do it. I mean, even if you have a team member you can delegate it to. You're like, ah, that's gonna take too long. But then you're gonna have to do it over and over and over again. So instead of jumping in and being the hero or giving your team member the answer, what you want to do is tell them the result that you are after and then have them come to you with three ideas, three solutions. Have them pick one, or you pick the best one and let them put a plan together and implement it. Empower them to own it so they can take it and run with it.
