Andrew, I would love for you to share your perspective. And I think in the beginning, I had endless energy, not taking time off, reached a point where I just couldn't go on. And I kind of felt really, really trapped in my business. I knew doing the things the way that we had been doing them was not going to get us to the next level. That's kind of where we started our search to find mentors and found this amazing group. We loved being business consultants. You have to move from that consultant role to the CEO role. I knew that we needed some. Some kind of help. Roxanne and I have both been paired with these amazing men. It's really helped us see that it's possible. Things are really tracking. We've started to develop a leadership team, and as we start to drive the revenue, we can start to put in management layers and director layers and, you know, fill our org chart out and we're in alignment. That is key. You're looking for a CFO or a consultant or somebody to help with a certain function in your business. It's just this incredible network.
