Finding Good Employees

How to find the perfect employee. First of all, you need to be super clear on the role. What does success look like for you and for them, so you can meet expectations. Now remember, great team members are looking for a great place to call home. They're going to spend more time with your company than they are their own home. And so how are you sharing your company culture? You want to lead with that. In fact, the post that you're making for this position needs to be the top third. Focused on culture, your vision, your values. You want to stand out from your competition, right? Just like in your marketing, you're marketing for that perfect person. Create a space that people want to call home.
